I'm so proud of this I cannot stress to you guys enough
I've been wanting to draw this character for so long and I finally did and I'm super proud and I miss/love her so here you go

I honestly don't how I did this??? I've been trying to draw her for days now and giving up because it kept looking awful

This is Barbara Kean from Gotham btw [spoilers but who cares because no one I know other than myself really loves this series/is currently watching)

I can't believe she's dead, especially by Tabitha's hand, too, considering Tabby was in love with her. I always liked her, she was awesome as Jim's fiancé, and as part of the maniax and then in the mayoral gang, but I do hate the fact she butted herself into the whole "Isabella" situation. She wouldn't be dead if she just would've shut up. Part of me almost think she kind of blames Oswald for involuntary ruining her life. He was the reason she couldn't trust Jim, so she left, meant Jason, he made her kill her parents, she went crazy, and then down from there. So when she found out Oswald killed Isabella to be with Edward, she wanted to ruin Oswald's chances with Edward like he "ruined" her chances with Jim. Just a thought.
Some people are saying she'll become Harley Quinn in season three, and that theory does make sense, but I feel like it fits Leslie better. Leslie worked at Arkham, she knows Jerome, I just think it would make more sense for Leslie to be Harley if it's either of them. But I wouldn't bet on it.

Anyway the red/blue lighting/shading is for her rumored to become Harley Quinn, and the umbrella/??? is her destroying of Edward and Oswald's "friendship" (cough cough)
