it's a ichthyovenator, a species of theropod from the spinosauridae family from the spinosaurinae side. anyways I based it's colors n patterns off the blue gularis killfish 

btw!! did you know the reason why crocodilians and spinosaurids look soso similar it's a from a process of evolution where two separate lines of species evolve to share the same purpose in their ecosystem, having both crocodilians and spinosaurids being fish eating carnivores (mostly) they both evolved to have narrow long jaws and mostly sharp conical teeth!
