Finally finished this one! For Tsunami113 's art contest, a dragon from WoF in a Halloween costume! Here we have Peacemaker dressed up as a vampire!

I really hope ya'll like it! He's got the bloodstained vampire teeth, a little shoulder-cloak thing, a hornpiece, some arm/legbands, and some silks on his wings! The silks are meant to look as if they've been stained with the blood of his victims, but aren't solid red, since they were once white. Anyway, another blobby, rushed background, but I actually kind of like it! Anyways... that's about it. I actually really like this!
