Imma do this image by image so others feel free to skip

MOUTH FIRST, CLOSED OR NOT IT DOESN'T MATTER

Next, pick a colour and use airbrush (AND AIRBRUSH ERASER FOR SHAPING SO DO IT ON A SEPARATE LAYER FROM THE MOUTH) and make an almond shape
If you want a different lip shape, then just make a different one

ANDDD DARKEN THE BOTTOM LIP :D

Next get an add brush

Right here in custom brush settings, or use an add layer
Either works

Now make small little highlights in these spots
(I recommend a light orange for pink-ish lips)

And just fill in the highlights :D

If you're feeling fancy, you can make little extra highlights like these :D
