Now let me explain the Akik made of light and shadow in Blaza's subconcious.

That is basically his form of "guardian angel," I guess. When he and Akik became a thing (idk how else to word that without it being weird), that guy just kinda showed up to protect Blaza. He's not a ghost, for he was never really a person. Just a figure of Blaza's subconscious who's purpose is to protect him. But there are certain instances, like the latest chapter, where he can't help Blaza, like when there's actual demons involved.

Which I feel defeats the whole purpose of a guardian angel, but this is an AU. Anything could happen.
