Shes pretty much just genderbent Rocket but if he was a 11 year old  who liked to steal stuff and was a Cockatiel hybird . Her name is Starry-Eclipse and when she likes a object and wants to keep it this is what she does : 

1. Claim said item by putting either a bottle cap or a flag on it.

2. teleport it to her secret stash

She is very sassy at times but is actually shy and sweet. she likes shiny objects
