I made a bunch of different versions of today's prompt. Which one looks best?

And here's the thing for throwing short people day (which was 2 days ago):

And this is a drawing inspired by my health science class (which I'm taking cuz my parents forced me to cuz they want me to be a doctor). In class we had to memorize medical words and abbreviations. One of the was SLE (systemic lupus erythematosus). I completely forgot to study for the quiz we had over the spellings of the words, so before class I tried to think of a way to memorize the spelling. The only thing I remembered was Eryth/o means red. And then the rest of the word looks like "the mato sus". So my brain was like mato=tomato and tomato=amity and sus=among us. So I made this:
