When ever I have a paranoia attack.

Music will play. Music, or a scene that repeats over and over and over.

Like something you wouldn't want to see.

Depending on how much I calm down the paranoia will change what plays in my head.

Right now its "beep beep I'm a sheep" over and over and over.
I've calmed down the paranoia a bit.

Shoukd I blame what happened before I will ruin my progress to stop this.

So.....yah....I wont sleep well tonight
