Like I said on my message board, I'm gonna out it here to because not alot of people look at the message boards, but I was diagnosed with scoliosis when I was in sixth grade getting a physical. My parents insurance wasn't to good and my mom has it as well so I thought "oh well it won't bother me" welp I should have gotten the back brace when I was young because I need one now like really back. My lower back hurts occasionally, and being in band your suppose to sit up straight well its gotten hard for me to do that XP so if anyone knows of like ways to help it pls tell me, I'm getting a brace though. Also I never did anything for 200 followers XD so might as well show you a face reveal
