Here's a breed description of a Whimsicloud. A whimsicloud is based off of a weather condition, clouds, storms, tornados etc. A Whimsicloud is its own unique weather. No Whimsicloud can be the same weather condition. Even if they are twins. Even when a Whimsicloud dies, no other Whimsicloud can be that weather.
Whimsicloud's are closed and the one below is an OTA, in one of the eggs there are an WhimsiCloud.
