Type: Fallen Angel

The name Vaga is Arabic and means 'Fallen Vulture' which is a reference to her being a fallen angel

Design: Dark brown hair with dark brown eyes with eye liner. Since she's a Fallen Angel, she has quite the human design with only a few demonic looks. A tail with a Diamond shape over halfway of it's length, and a heart near the end as a Diamond shape as the tip which is as sharp as a blade yet tiny. Claws on her hands.

Clothing design: Dark suit with a miniskirt. The jacket has Diamond shaped buttons and so does the collared shirt with a Diamond decoration holding up the collar. Two feather shaped hair clips to symbolize her name and demon type.

Personality: Intelligent, Musical, Self-asserted and snobby

Abilities: Prehensile tail she uses to either stab or strangle with. Claws for closer range.

Backstory: Vaga lived as a wealthy woman and a successful musician who was never polite to anyone unless they were more successful than her. She'd always kiss up to people higher than her, but treated people below her as peasants. She died by being stabbed to death by a friend who she treated especially terribly.

That seems like how Katie KillJoy the news anchor would treat people.
