Cant sleep love

I cant hide it anymore

I woke up in a panic attack 20 minutes ago

I tried sleeping since I was doing a 3 day straight all nighter (yesterday's sleep was amazing omfg)

And it was scary..

Now im kinda here being scared and crying

Cause

Panic attacks scare the shit out of me

And it doesn't go well with insomnia
