Meet Neptune the Siren, she can't speak so she makes works with her icy blue fire. She does't sing, so she hums. For those of you who don't know what a siren is, they are mythical creatures that are beautiful, but dangerous and have the ability to charm people with their music and even use singing to eat people. Thankfully, Neptune loves to eat fruits, especially strawberries!
