Okay so on social media, people have started this thing for people with depression or suicidal thoughts, letting those know that they're never alone in their battle of mental issues.

Anyway, so it was my turn to post this: send me an x if I can count on you.

And one of my friends, who I haven't talked to in AGES sends me an x. I'm like "omg thank you!" And he responds back "no problem broski"

Then I felt all squishy inside, because this guy, who I haven't talked with in a long time, is letting me know I can still rely on him if I ever need him, which is super heart-warming. I'm glad to know he'll be there for me in a time of need.

We've known each other since our first day of pre-school together, and are now juniors in high school. It's crazy. We live only a few minutes away from each other, but sadly, we don't talk as much as we used to, because we're both really shy and nerdy lol.
