Some Backstory:

Althea is Adopted by Myra. She doesnt know her real parents, only that she looks similar to Fengari who is... Basically a goddess. Ilios, another god, doesnt look like her though so she doubts that They're her parents.
Nightmare just sees them when he looks at her and so do a lot of people. It basically makes Myra just take her and leave the City cause she really doesnt want her Daughter to grow up there.

Are they her parents? Possibly
There might be an actual answer if i figure out the Backstory of Soulguardians
