the girls kinda get to choose their outfits a lil bit, so Rose just picked the frilliest thing possible bc she's addicted to shoujo manga
while Rebecca picked a clean and stylish dress bc she likes to look pretty
and Pervinca just,,, kinda went off as you can see

when she steps out Rebecca just looks at her like "yOU LOOK LIKE SOME 8 YEAR OLD'S COWGIRL HALLOWEEN COSTUME"
and Rose is very worried about the lack of frills because she believes frills = more magical girl power (Rebecca yanks away her sailor moon manga as she says this)
