♡📝 DAY 2 (foundation day 2018)

Before I actually get into what happened on the second day, I just want to show you guys this...

2K READS?! WTH GUYS?!!

I've barely reached 20 chapters and I already have 2k reads, 300+ comments, and 200+ votes! You guys are C R A Z Y!

This is awesome! Thank you so much tomatoes :3

Ok, now let's talk about the actual topic...

So yesterday, we held a Eucharistic celebration (a mass) at the gym to start the day. (Again, I study at a Catholic private school so it's no surprise that we have to do religious activities)

After the mass, they handed out service award to the staff of the school. One of the staff members worked in our school for 30 years! 30 YEARS OH MY GOLLY HOW LOYAL!

And then after that we had a quiz bee. We had to work as a class against the other classes. It was super tense! We weren't sure if our answers were right so we get nervous when they show us the right answer. We were constantly tying up scores with the other section.

At the end we tied up, and there was a conflict with one of the questions. If our answer was considered, we would automatically win. If it wasn't considered, we would have to answer another questions to break the tie.

T H E N   T H E   W O R L D  T U R N E D  U P S I D E   D O W N

our answer was considered and... WE WON!!!!

ALL THE STUDYING WAS WORTH IT

*Sees my triggered friends from the other sections* (sorry guys 😁 hahahaha 😂😂)

Break time came around, we were free to do what we want to do. I bought a green tea ice cream (which was kind of expensive, but I love green tea flavored food).

There were speakers blasting songs and we found out that we can request a song to be played! So we asked if they could play "Soap" by Melanie Martinez (I'm not a fan of her anymore...but I still love her songs) and "DNA" by BTS (becuz my friend is an ARMY and she requested that).

They also played "Whistle" by BLACKPINK (AND I FREAKING LOVE BLACKPINK) and some other BTS songs. We didn't request them, someone else must've. But we're glad they did! XD

And then the Adopt a child program rolled around.

Adopt a child is also a yearly event that happens in our school. We had to "adopt" a child from a nearby school for an hour or so AND WE HAVE TO GIVE THEM WHATEVER THE HELL THEY DEMAND FOR.

Apparently all students have to do it. It usually works by pair anyways. (This is the reason why all students are broke after foundation day because the child usually demands for a lot of stuff and the stuff in school are usually expensive)

The booths with games cost 25 pesos (about half a US dollar). We bought 4 tickets so that was about $2... THOSE BOOTHS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE CHEAP!!! AND 100 PESOS FOR 4 TICKETS IS TOTALLY NOT CHEAP.

I got paired with a random boy from our class because we had no choice. The kid that was assigned to us was also a boy (let's call him Jeoff.)

Jeoff was a nice kid. He was veryyyyy talkative but polite. I only spent about 60 pesos (for a drink and a game) because I let my partner spend his money on the rest. :V

Andddddd that was all that happened.

I enjoyed the day a bit... I guess.
