Orbitor! Head on down to the Arcade, follow the hidden path, and enter the room, and you'll find him! Challenge and beat him in a game and you'll win a special prize! Just don't show others where he is. Don't want the room changing places now.

Also in the Arcade, he'll be hopping on to machines, games and the like, testing them out! You can play with him, just do your best!
