Anyone remember Junie? She's from my first art book. Little Splatoon Octoling character.

Yeah, that one.
She's been redesigned. Someone in my family gained an interest in splatoon, so I fell back down the rabbit hole.

And she's not alone, this time she's got a friend.

His name is Luke

Had fun doodling these two. Though I will say, I'm not sure what their story is. They just like hanging out.

Junie likes battling and dancing about, while Luke is a bit more reserved. He doesn't mind dancing sometimes but he's a story teller. He likes to write books, and is not a huge fan of battling.

Weird for an inkling, huh?

But Junie doesn't mind. She has plenty of other people she can battle, but Luke is someone she can hang out with outside of the arena.

There are times she'll manage to drag him into a turf war or two, but he mostly just stays behind, painting the corners of the map.
