The word is my deadname (Madelyn)

On the right arm, above the cherries is a Rose, (my middle name) and then an eye. 

On the top of the legs, they are vines.

On the left leg there is bandages, while the right leg has another eye.

The chest has something to signify the scars from top surgery, and then thorny vines on the bottom. On the back is a continuation of the vines.

Above the scars is a series of bandages, showing the injuries suffered when living in the End.

On the left arm, there is a smiley face (from The_Dr3am war), and a heart, to show loyalty to partners.

The only tattoo not shown is one on the neck, which the PI symbol.

(Please note that some tattoos were caused by the watchers, being the two eyes, the smiley face was basically branded onto him, and the cherries are meant to be the same tattoo my own mother has on her back.)
