How I Relax..

Just now have i realised how easy it is to light some candles, and accually relax...
For me, relaxing is when i dont have to worry about my anxiety, panic attacks, stress, or anything that makes me panic. Its when i relax that i can finally breathe like normal again. I dont have the sour taste that i usually, (i dont accually have a sour taste in my mouth, its just a thing that i imagine. The source of that is my fear of vomiting)
So to me, relaxing is important, but im just not really used to it.
If you need some tips to relax, i can share some simple that i know. C:
1~
The simplest; light some candles.
Turn off all lights, or keep some dimmed lights in the room, and bring some candles. I have atleast one scented in the room, the suddle smell makes me calm. c:

2~
Choose a spot that makes you comfortable.
I chose my bedroom. Its the place i feel the least anxious on a normal day.
So, the only thing i did was i brought extra blankets and pillows and placed the on my bed, and i found a comfortable position to sit or lie in.
3~
Bring something you like with you.
To get even more comfortable in your current space, bring something you like,
For example:
Music, low/medium volume.
Paper and pencils, sketch something, do a list, draw something crazy then color in. Be creative with pencils!
These are also the things i brought with me.
My thing i drew:
Since i love being creative, i did a diy list on the right, a shipping list (mainly for things i need for the diys) on the left, and a normal list for things to do when bored in the middle.
4~
SNACKS
In my opinion, this is the best moment for me to eat some healthy snacks. I dont exercise to relax, but more to that in the next tip...
I like to bring almonds and stuff like that. I cant bring chips and such, because when i relax i lay still, aka imma gain weight. -_-
5~
Exercise/Yoga
As i said up there ^^, i dont exercise to relax.
Many of my friends does that, (mainly calm exercising to music), and they told me it works. It doesnt work for me, i dont like to exercise when i need to chill, but it might work for you!

Like you probably noticed in the beginning, you arent alone when it comed to that kind of stuff. I know you can get through it, and you can always come and talk with me if it would help you feel better.
