Chapter 23: Trapped

Khushi: Nahi nanheji..Ab hame koi farak nahi padta...balki hum toh khush hain unhe khush dekhkar.. (It doesn't affect me anymore..I am happy to know he moved on)

Nk: But my heart is not big like you to see you getting humiliated...Let's go please.. (He held her hand forcefully and made his way back the main door..

A sudden banging sound halted her step in the midway..

Khushi turned and saw him injected a drug on her neck. It astonished her. He pushed lavanya away from touching her and she fall on the ground while everyone staring and talking with several question in their mind

Black out!

Lavanya rub her eyes and blink it two three times before opening it. She look around calling out Asr's name. Her mind cannot comprehend anything where she is in. She look puzzled finding herself laying in a floor. Suddenly her demeanor changes seeing the lady she hated most standing marching to her. There is lot of hatred and anger the way she greeted her.

Lavanya: ''What the hell you are doi..'' Her words been cut by a hard slap by her. The force was so hard that she landed back on the ground. There is darkness everywhere and nothing visible to her except a vacant room where they are in.

How dare you! She grew bewildered by her sudden audacity and call out Asr's name repeatedly. Khushi gave a wicked smile and laughed at her state.

''Don't mess with me Khushi I am warning you..'' Her threatening glare bring a huge smile on her face.

As far as Lavanya knew she were in party with her husband kissing him then how she came here. She is clueless.

Upon that this lady..she can't bear her husband ex wife for a single moment. Whenever she think about her, her blood boils. She had thought she get peace by humiliating her in front of all, then she never dare to cross her path but seems all her plan get backfired seeing her confidence and attitude. She look around and saw herself in a isolated room. Except them there is no one but where is Asr? How she came here? She have no idea.

Khushi: ''Kya hua..bahat gussa aa raha mujhpar..maarne ka maan kar raha hain..Nafrat hain na mujhse..itni nafrat ki mujhse mere sab kuch chinne ke baad bhi tumhe chain nahi mila..'' (What happen? Feeling angry seeing me all of a sudden..You Wanted to kill me..you hate me so much that instead of snatching all my happiness you didn't get the peace)

Lavanya: ''What do you mean?''

Khushi: ''You very well know what does i mean miss lavnaya kashyap..''

Lavanya: Mrs Lavanya Arnav singh raizada..''

Hearing this, she went all fired up. She gave another slap on her right cheek putting full stop on her bloody non sense.

Khushi: ''Don't you dare degrade Arnavji name by tagging your name with him..A women like you never deserve his wife..You call yourself his wife..? You just wanted him for money..he is only your obsession..this is not love..If i knew your real identity before i never divorce him.''

Lavanya: ''Oh really? As if if you won't Asr won't leave you!'' She got up and started to laugh seeing so much attitude. 'According to my general knowledge your so called ex husband throw you out on the very day he announced me his legal wife in front of entire media..Remember? Or should i make you remember that night when I and Asr become one!

Khushi: JUST SHUT UP! Her heart clenched recalling that bitter night.

Lavanya: ''It's so sad Khushi..I feel so pity for you. You fall for a wrong man..Asr is my property since the start. He insulted you, deject you and accept me his wife with all his heart yet you are hoping he will be yours..someone said it right love is blind.''

Khushi: ''No you are wrong..I don't want your husband because i already get over him. Keep him with yourself i have no problem''.

Lavanya: ''Ohh sweetheart don't be sad..I promise i find a suitable guy for you..Opps i forgot who will marry a pregnant women..a used women who already lost her virginity for some unknown guy..'' Khushi stood numb, holding her tears. She touch her swell and inhale some breathe before looking back at her with fuming rage.

Khushi grab her hairs warning her to stay in her limits. Lavanya remove her hand putting salt in her wound.

Lavanya: ''Babes don't worry i can understand your pain. You might had been tried to seduce him but my Asr madly in love with me..Instead of staying 6 months you failed to gain his love...his property. Other side look at at me where i am standing. My husband gifting all his property to my name.''

Khushi: ''That's the difference between you and me. I never love him for property. I had loved him deep from my heart without any expectation. Hume toh pata hi nahi tha ki woh shaadi shuda hain.. (I not even know he is already married)

Lavanya: ''Oh please cut your crap..i have no interest to hear your another emotional drama..''

Khushi: ''You never understand the pain of loosing a person with whom you had shared so much deep connection and beautiful memories and this baby is the culmination of our love..''

Lavnaya: SHUT UP YOU bi***..Asr never make any relation with you so don't you dare put false allegation on my husband..Definately you might had slept with any of your boyfriend.

She look at her amused.

Khushi: ''Okay i agree you hate me, my presence unbearable for you..i had left Arnavji for his happiness..You should be proud he had left his pregnant ex wife for you. But i don't understand one thing why you killed Anjali Di.. Bolo jawab do..what you had killed that innocent soul..

At first lavanya get shocked by her revelation but then she accepted thinking her to be harmless. A weak, class less pregnant women won't do anything infact it will be a great joy to kill two lives in one go.

Lavanya: ''You are right..I had killed your Anjali Di..I killed her because she never like me and wanted me to left this city...she became a biggest threat to me. That foolish lady only reason I had almost lost my Asr..her stupid blackmail made Asr to marry you unwillingly and when i got chance to have him, she stood against me and ask me go away from his life. But that women didn't know whatever lavanya wanted she got by hook or crook. See i got my Asr and i defeated her...I defeated your love. With my bare hands i killed her. Poor lady shouted so much calling out her chotte's name while taking her last breathe..It was so much fun to murder her.''

She laughed maniacally totally oblivious her entire conversation is playing in the screen arranged by ASR. All the family members including buaji, Akash, rocky, payal, Shyam, shashi and garima were froze hearing this. While media were busy telecasting this breaking news in their respective news channel.

Khushi: ''You are so sick Lavanya..She was Arnavji's Di..his life..how can you be so ruthless..she was a cancer patient..If you had truly love him you never snatched the most precious thing he admire all his life''.

Shyam felt like choking her neck. He felt so guilty. Anjali was right he shouldn't brought her back in raizada mansion. Due to his one wrong decision three lives were spoiled. Khushi, her unborn and Arnav.

Shyam: ''I am sorry Arnav! It was all my fault..I shouldn't believe this venomous lady.''

Arnav: Don't be..Anyone at your place must have believed her. One such example is standing in front of you. If anyone should be responsible then it is me.

Shyam(Putting hand on his shoulder): I am glad today Anjali's soul rest in peace.

In Room:

Lavanya: Oh come on..Don't give me stupid lecture like her. She already eat my brain a lot waise bhi whoever come between us never remain alive. You know there was a girl in college who had a crush on Asr. On valentines eve, she dare to give rose to my Asr. You know what i did..? I throw acid on her face. (Her eyes widen) After that day she never dare to show her so called ugly face to anyone and committed suicide..poor girl! And now it's your turn miss Khushi gupta.''

Khushi: You think it's so easy to get rid of Khushi gupta.'' She folded her hand and gave her witty look. Lavanya grab the pot and throw it toward her direction. she caught it and put it back toward her. It hurt her legs letting her to shout in pain.

Khushi: Nice try! But you failed again like last time.

Lavanya: ''So you know i had attempted your murder to crush you with truck that night.'' Khushi went shocked to know the truth. ''You think you are smart..? I won't spare you khushi..Your death is near..'' With that Lavanya remove gun from her purse pointing toward her. 'But firstly i want to know how much you know about me..'' While Khushi pretending as if she know everything as per their plan.

Khushi: Yes you are right! I know every single crime you committed...since the college days you were behind Arnavji.. You were expecting your first child in college by your boyfriend Ronit when Arnavji proposed you, isn't it? Lavanya raised her eyebrow in astonishment.

Lavanya: So what i just had one night stand..What's a big deal. That wasn't love I never know later i will fall in love with him. That's why i aborted that child and decided to marry Asr breaking up with Ronit.

Khushi: ''Stop lieing lavanya. You had married Arnavji just to gain his property otherwise you never made your fake accident and hurt Arnavji making him believe he was the reason you died. Do you have any idea how much he had cursed himself in these years thinking himself responsible of your death.

Lavanya: ''I never had any intention to leave him but that Ronit started to blackmail me he will tell everything to Asr if i won't come back to him..Upon that i wanted to be a model and Asr always against of me wearing bikni and so was his family. So i flew away with Ronit in abroad to fulfill my desire in acting carrier.

Khushi: ''But to your bad luck he lost all his money in share market and get bankrupted putting water to your so called dreams..You went so mad that you decided to leave him and go back to Arnavji. When Ronit didn't agree you get violent, even try to kill him in your aggression. m'I right?'' Lavanya were quite impressed by the information she had gained which she had hidden from everyone including Asr. But she don't know all those information were told by Asr to Khushi.

Ronit spat everything to Asr. Thanks to Aman who find out every single detail about her past. And now he is in police custody.

Arnav: ''Thanks Aman! I really really owe you for the rest of my life..''

Aman: ''All i have done only for my sister..You hurt her a lot which i never forgot..i won't let anyone to harm her not even that Lavanya.

While on the other side Khushi continued!

Khushi: That incident made Ronit to admit you in mental asylum. And the moment you came to know about Arnavji second marriage, you made another fake drama of going to coma. You convince Ronit you recovered from your illness and both of you killed Anjali di as she had came to know about your truth.. You are such a shame Lavanya..I feel so sick to even stood in front of you..Arnavji had loved you so much and what you did in return!''

Lavanya: Haan i did it everything..what you will do...!'' She hit khushi making her to loose her balance. She hold the side table and somehow balance herself.

Arnav clenched his fist. He can't bear anything happen to his Khushi and his child.. If she hadn't took promise he never allowed her to risk her life like this.

Khushi gave a sly smile before adjusting small camera to her ear without her acknowledgement.

*Flashback*

Arnav: Why did you came here..It's not safe for you to stay here..?

Khushi: ''Kyu apko kya farak padta hain..humhari marji hum jaha jana chahe vaha jayenge..'' (Why does it matters to you I live or die why does it affect you?) A sudden pain on her abdomen made her to cry.

Arnav: Khushi please calm down...!

Khushi: If you want me to be calm then tell me what all you are hiding. I want to know everything Arnavji..''

Arnav: There is nothing like that.. Lavnaya is my wife and i am happy with her..You don't need to interfere in my personal life..GET OUT..''

Khushi: ''Toh khayiye hamare bachhe ki kasam..'' (Then take promise of your unborn) She put his hand on her belly. ''I know you don't love me..our marriage was a mistake for you...i doesn't matter to you at all but i know you do have soft corner for this baby..''

How badly he wish to tell her what she value in his life. She cannot imagined. He is scared to loose her. After his di, he don't want to loose his life..his khushi..

Khushi: ''I am asking you one last time..if you don't tell me i will stop taking medicines and then your baby wil--..''

Arnav: KHUSHI..STOP IT..!!!!!!!!!! She smiled as she had triggered at the correct point. He does care for her child. Least did she know this concern is not only for their child but for her as well.

''Listen khushi..this is not the right time to argue i will tell you everything but not now..Nk take her home for god sake..''

When she denied, he had no other option and told her everything from starting to end. Khushi went utterly shocked when the truth of Nk being Arnav's cousin came out in open. Some of the credit goes to Rocky who already hinted her in the party about Lavanya evil deeds. And the moment she saw Lavanya being injected by Arnav her doubts get more prominent and she decided to confront him.

Arnav gave a deadly glare to Rocky after knowing about this. In return, Rocky show his tongue and hide behind his girlfriend for protection.

Khushi: Don't you dare eye my Rocky like this..i will..I will..beat you..samjhe aap..'' Her words brought invisible tears in his eyes. How much he had missed his khushi she have no idea. For a moment he get drowned in the memory of past until Nk clear his throat and ask Khushi to let's go but she is adamant and ask him to be a part of this plan. She never forget all the trauma and humiliation she had suffered. She took promise from him as she herself wanted to expose her deeds in front of all. At last he give up and agreed.

He stop her when she started moving away. An unknown fear troubled him.

Arnav: Be safe..that women is very dangerous..If you find any danger then signal me..always remember i am right here for you..'' His words felt meaningless to her. She felt a tug in her heart thinking he don't care about her all he is concern about his child.

Flashback end*

Lavanya: Not bad Khushi..tum toh mere baare mein kafi kuch janti ho.. (Not bad..you know lot of secrets about me)

Khushi: Tumhara plan toh acha tha par tum yeh bhul h
gayi..agar main apne parivaar ki khushi ke liye apne pati ko chod sakhti hu toh unki khushi ke liye kisi bhi hadh tak ja sakhti hu.. (Your plan was nice but you forget one thing if i can leave him for his love then for the safety of his family i can go to any extend)

Lavanya: You are such a fool khushi! By telling me everything you put yourself into trouble..How many times i try to kill you and finally today my wish going to be fulfill..i will kill you with my bare hands and have Asr forever..

'It's good you came to know my truth.. Ab tumhe maarna mere liye aur bhi asaan hoga..'' (Now it will be easy to kill you) With that Lavanya put his finger on the trigger

''You don't know me how possessive i am for Asr.. whoever come in between us never kept alive. That Anjali try to separate us i finished her chapter and now it's your turn..Soch rahi hu pehle is paap ko khatam kare what's say..'' (Thinking to finish this sin first) She smirked staring at the swell before giving a kick to her stomach. On the very moment, a strong push from behind made her to fell down.

''HOW DARE YOU...'' A familiar voice made her to turn her neck 360 degree. She get rooted in ground in terror. He grab her hand and took her out of the room and brought her to the party where a special guest is waiting for her bidai. That is police inspector.

Lavanya get the biggest shock of her life seeing her footage on the screen. She gulped and look here and there for escape.

Arnav(Coming back in the room): Tum theek ho?

Khushi stare into his eyes and then back at his hand that is protectively holding her waist preventing her from falling down. He scoop her into his arms and brought her at the premise. Many emotions rushed inside her just by looking at him. Instantly She regain herself hearing a sharp voice from lavanya. She stand on her feet and Arnav hold Khushi hand bringing her behind him.

Lavanya: Why did you cheated me Asr..I will kill that Bit** In no moment she unlock the gun. Currently Arnav stood like a pillow between Khushi and Lavanya.

Arnav: ''Until i am alive You cannot harm mother of my child..''

Lavanya: What does you said..No..This is not true..'' She shook her head in dilusion.

Arnav: You heard it right..It's my baby..She is mother of my child. (Khushi felt her heart cry hearing his words.)

Lavanya: HOW DARE YOU ASR..I WONT SPARE YOU..HOW COULD YOU GO CLOSE TO ANOTHER WOMEN..YOU HAD PROMISED ME YOU ONLY LOVE ME..

Arnav: I am so grateful that i broke your promise and this angel came to my life..Thanks to my Di who made me marry khushi otherwise i never came to know difference between you and her.. You are a bloody murderer..I curse that day when i met you..Di was so right, how many times she had warn me about you but i was so blinded by your fake love I never gave any damn to her..I hurt this innocent soul innumerous times for you..''

Lavanya: Asr don't test my patience and move from Khushi before i shot you..

Arnav: Chalao goli... (Who is stopping you..shot me)

Khushi: Arnavji No! Please go..She will shot you..

Arnav: ''Khushi you stay out of this and let me handle this cheap women..she had spoiled my life..I hate her..She had killed my Di..I won't leave her..''

Chotte..! Nani get horrified seeing her obsessed side coming out in open. His every word making her more mad. Police warn Lavanya to surrender herself and drop the gun but she warn them if anyone took a single step she will shot him.

Lavanya: Asr agar tum mere nahi hue toh main tumhe kisika nahi hone dungi..You are just mine..

Arnav: You can never have me, My heart and soul only belongs to Khushi.. This words made her hell agitated. Her eyes turn red shot. She give khushi murderous glare while she is only begging Arnavji to move away.

Lavanya: I know baby you love me..Say that you love me..'' She yelled but all she could see only khushi in those eyes.

This wasn't go well to her nervous system.

Lavanya: Fine! So get ready to die Mr Arnav Singh Raizada..this is your punishment for betraying me..'' Saying this, lavanya pull the trigger and a loud gun shot echoed in the entire mansion. Getting scared, people who were present there started to run here and there.

ARNAVJI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The burden were too harsh to bare for khushi making her to fell on the ground.
