Chapter 20: Revelation

Khushi look at Nk and then back at Arnav who is showing steal like expression on his face. There is only numbness on both the ends until she whisper his name in a soft voice.

His presence evoke a ray of hope in her heart. He still care of her, her inner voice spoke and it brought a weak smile on her face. Slowly her steps move toward him, her eyes shined. She wanted to hold him, feel his warmth and asked him why he was away from her. She missed him, she missed him terribly. She know he loved her, she can read his eyes. Although he asked her to go away from his life but her heart knows whatever they shared meant everything to him. They had love, he truly loved her, she believed. the concern in his eyes clearly reflect by his face and once he know about her pregnancy everything will be fine between them. They will be one AGAIN. Because they relation is unbreakable- it is made by devimaiya and she had full faith in her devimaiya.

She continue to stare him with her eyes overflowing with love.

She wanted tell him she is incomplete without him. All she wanted only him. For him, she is ready to pay any price, she just wanted to hear those three magical words.

She touch his hand and a tear drop fell in his palm which he hide it without her acknowledgement.

Hum jante the ap jarur ayenge.. (I knew you would come) She touch his cheeks and look in those brow orbs. He avoid his gaze but she cupped his cheeks gesturing him to look at her. Furiously he shoved her hand off and inch backward.

Don't you dare! His sudden loud voice astonished her.

Arnav(With a mocking voice): Don't sky so high Miss gupta that i am hear because of you..you think you can trap me again by your so called innocence. You were wrong..i don't love you..suna tumne (Did you hear) i don't love you.. keep that in your bloody head very clearly!!!!! He pressed last phrase that literally shaken her body.

Tears pricked her eyes. She felt humiliated and dejected. Nk felt really bad for her.

Arnav: Don't show these useless tears..it doesn't melt me..i know what kind of women you are! (He gave a side glance to Nk and raised his eyebrow surprisingly.) We aren't divorced and you already started trapping other men..not bad miss gupta i am impressed by your skills..I am still wondering what di saw in you that she had bind me with a women because you don't have a character..

Tears finally made his way down her face.

''You are such a low class..''

Chilane se sach nahi badal jayega khushi kumari gupta..aur sach yeh hain tum puri raat yeh admi ke saath.. (By shouting you cannot change the fact that whole night you are having fun with a..)

His words halted when he felt a burning sensation on his face.

Khushi(With agitation): Don't you dare point finger on my dignity..i know what i am, i don't need to justify myself why i am here and what i did entire night with him..I always think what is my mistake that i am getting such kind of treatment from a person who is once my called as my husband..even my getting betrayal from your family i accepted you only and only for your and di happiness..I fall in love with you with all my heart and respected your family, love them like my own family..

Arnav: Toh koi aisaan nahi kiya..(So what you hadn't did any favour..) everything had a price and by doing this you are filling your bank account with my money..your so called family get a luxurious life and in return you took care of my family and sometimes fulfill my physical needs..what's a big deal!

She closed her eyes feeling revulsion..never in any wildest dream she imagined his thinking is so cheap..Its better to die rather than breathing a second in one roof with him.. But he didn't stop there..He continue disgracing her love..

He took a sigh and continued...

Thankfully lavanya came back to me on right time else my life would have spoiled fulfilling duties of your husband..you are such a pain khushi..i am glad i get the chance to get rid off this relationship..Since the day you landed in my life. you made every minute hell.. I agree due to some weak moments i accepted you my wife, not because i felt something for you but because i have no choice..My di wanted it and you know that i can do anything to make her happy.. GOT IT!

Khushi: So everything we Shared was just for Di. Not for a second you love me? Her voice was barely audible..

Arnav: What did you say, i love you..? Silly women..How you thought i love a classless women..Well let me tell you the real reason why i am here..Mr Roy.. (He call someone inside and a man wearing black coat enter in and hand over file to him..)

This is my lawyer, i am filing divorce with this women..(He turn to khushi and smirked) Within 6 months our so called marriage drama would be over..if you create any drama or try to come between me and lavanya i swear you face hell..and yah don't expect you are going to get a single alimony from my property..that only belong to my wife, Lavanya..not a bloody middle class girl like you..

Khushi: Even I have no interest in your money..serve it to lavanya..I am liable to earn it..

Arnav: Of-course that i can see how you are making money, sweetheart!

Khushi: Just GET OUT!!!!!!!

Arnav: Ohh i am sorry did i disturb your privacy..? (She close her eyes, painful anger rushed in every pore of her cells.)

Nk: Stop it..You can't humiliate khushiji like this..

Arnav: See your new lover didn't like it..I am really sorry. He turn to move but turn sideways..

Waise technically our marriage is illigal since lavanya is my first wife yet i don't want someone to tag me with you..Its over..Enjoy your life with whoever you want, dare to come behind me..I hope you mind your own business and never show your damn face to me..Good bye!

Hearing all those accusation, khushi break down into tears. She fell down on the floor while Nk rushed and hold her.

Nk: Khushiji ap thik toh hain na.. (Are you okay?)

Arnav: Ofcourse..thik kaise hogi uska plan jo fail ho gaya mujhe fasane ka..(Her plan ruined to trap me) You can enjoy with her because i am done. There is a devilish smile on his face. He left from there leaving behind completely shattered khushi. She swallowed painful lump, something break inside her and it flow in the form of her tears..

Khushi: Thank you for breaking my illusion..It was my fault that i fall in love with you..i hate you Arnav Singh Raizada..You said it true..ITS OVER..Today our marriage breathe its last..

Today all her love vanished for this man..

Arnav banged his hand on his car as his own words echoed to him.

Dammit! Why he hurt her so badly! He couldn't bear her vulnerable state. It is crushing him. He look at the sky apologetically hoping his Di forgive him, but he know she would never.

Nannav what you have done..?

Nk came back to him to confront him after making sure khushiji is asleep. To avoid further conversation, he grabbed his keys and open the window ti get inside..

How could you behave so rudely with her.. (He shut the door and snatched keys from his hand.

Arnav: What the! Give it to me..

Nk: Not until you tell me why you break her heart so badly..?

Arnav: Go back to her..i don't want her to suspect anything again..

Nk: Aj tumne jo bhi kiya uske baad khushiji tumhe kabhi tumpe dubara bharosa nahi karegi..(Whatever you had done..she will never trust you again..) You have any idea after all this, you had lost her forever!

Arnav: I know.. (He wipe his tears through his thumb and turned to face him as he pulled him.)

Nk: Why you spoiling your relation with her..You have such a lovely and caring wife like khushiji.. She love you so much..Why you playing with her emotions repeatedly..

Arnav: At present khushi need a friend...go and help her to get over from this pain..i wish i able to hold her but to my bad fate i can't go near her else lavanya---anyways let it be..you know I can't risk her, Nk..It doesn't matter to me what she think about me..she is very precious to me and no one can hurt her other than me..this is my cursed fate that i can't tell her the truth.. He said with sigh and turn to go in his car.

NK loose his calm by his behavior..!

Nk: Stop it Nannav, just stop it..She is PREGNANT..why don't you understand she need you more than me...

His legs rooted in the spot. He closed his eyes absorbing his words and then open it with a bright smile on his face. Thousands of emotions display by his features.

Nk: How can you hurt her at this stage..if anything happen to her baby, will you ever forgive yourself..

Swiftly he turned with gritted teeth and clenched his jaws.

Arnav: How you utter this word..Nothing would happen to my baby..NOTHING..did you understand!

Nk was pleasantly surprised seeing his reaction.

Nk: I thought you aren't aware about it..I was going to inform you last night when doctor came for her check up and gave this news...but you..(He turn his gaze away and turn around feeling the most vulnerable than ever. It pain him more she is suffering all this..all alone and even loving her unconditionally he can't tell her how madly he loved her.. But he is helpless to break her heart again and again..

Nk: You know it? But how?

Arnav: Yes i know..(He turn and walk to him)

Arnav: Since the start i know.. all i wanted is to protect her and our baby from lavanya..She is a psycho..mentally ill..Her doctor told me about her mental state is not good..after accident she lost her mental stability..she is very dangerous and her evil truth reveal to me that night when i caught her red handed..

Flashback*

The night he was driving his car in full speed not knowing which path he should choose. He remember Anjali's words and decided to do what his heart feels. Every pore of his heart whispering only one name- KHUSHI. He close his eyes and see her face. He decided to call khushi and tell her he love her but the ringtone beep and he got a call from hospital.

Person: Mr Arnav singh raizada!

Arnav: Speaking!

Doctor: Mrs Anjali jha post-Morton reports came and as you asked me i get it done privately..can you please come here..! He immediately turn his car and rushed to hospital.

Arnav: What are you saying doctor..! This is not possible! Shock would be understatement for him to bear the reality.

Doctor: Yes Mr raizada, even i didn't believe it but its true..we found a deadly cancer drug, imatamib in her blood. It make her condition worse. Tumour was under the control but by taking this drug her tumor size grew much larger than original size!

Arnav: No this is not true! HOW YOU LET THIS HAPPEN, DOCTOR! Why you didn't saved her on time? Arnav lost his cool. His di has been murdered.

Doctor: Relax Mr raizada..The time she was admitted it were very late..I wish her test been made before then probably she..

Arnav: Why you didn't inform me about her health issue..(He grabbed his collar furiously and raised his hand to gave a punch..)

Doctor: Because your brother in law and sister gave me instruction to not tell you anything about it (His grip loosen suddenly getting this information.) Her health were recovering from last 2 weeks so Mr shyam jha and Anjali jha wanted to surprise you by telling you this good news about her quick recovery but..

He punch his hand to the wall, he really wanted to beat himself being away from her. It is all happen due to his carelessness..His di would be alive only if he was there by her side..Why he left her? Why??????

Who is her murderer..only question arise in his mind while driving his car in a lonely street. His di smiling face came before his eyes. His heart cried for her.

His eyes splitting fire and body went cold as the words of doctor raising his temper to the peak. No way he is going to spare that murderer..

He apply the brake on reaching the Raizada mansion. He is getting mad by each passing second and there is only one place that give him peace currently- Khushi.

His legs halted in the midway as he heard a voice coming from lavanya's room.

Lavanya(On phone): I don't want to hear any excuses..arrange one shooter as early as possible..i want that bi** out of my Asr life..how dare she sneak into my bedroom..today i will finish her chapter once and for all..i can't tolerate another women in his life..whoever come in between me and Asr has to die..Firstly Anjali and now that khushi..Why everyone wanted to separate true lovers..Asr is mine..He belongs to me..Thankfully due to your help i close Anjali's chapter and now its khushi turn..as per our plan, you are going to kidnap her at night and then kill her..yah if you wanted to enjoy her before killing i won't mind in fact i would be very glad..she dare to eye at my husband in my absence..this punishment is enough for her deeds.. Asr is mine..he is mine.. (she mumbled continuously staring at the mirror..)

His sharp gaze turn dangerously red. He clenched his fist that indeed tore the skin of his closed palm. How badly he wanted to kill this women. She killed my Di, and now wanted to kill mother of his child, this truth was too harsh to bear. He is feeling ashamed to think there was a time he had love her and decided to spend entire life with her..

He paced in the empty place with a frustrated hands through his hairs..he breathe sharply and decided to bring out her evil truth in front of all..

*Flashback end*

Arnav: For khushi safety i took this step..i throw her out from my house but she always remain in my heart.. i wanted to protect her and my baby from that women evilness..

Nk: But nannav why don't you tell khushiji about lavanya..Why you accept lavanya in front of all?

Arnav: What do you think i didn't tried to tell her truth!

After knowing about her deeds i was going to tell her but lavanya played her cards bringing media in our house on exact moment..That night i saw very dangerous type of madness in her eyes..she tried to kill khushi with knife without caring about anything..i saved khushi on right time but till how long..i can't be with khushi 24*7..if i didn't accept lavanya that night she successfully killed my khushi..she is a mad women and such kind of patient get violent if they didn't got what they want...i wanted to get rid of her but not in a cost of loosing my khushi..According to law, Lavanya is my wife, not Khushi. She can go to any extend to hurt her

To save khushi, i announced that i loved my first wife..Not only that she involve Aman into this by kidnapping his family..I can't trust anyone..So i rang you and made this plan to shift Khushi in my farmhouse..Atleast she is safe here..Till then i need to gather proof against her and continue to pretend that i love her not khushi..

Nk: And what's the need to bring lawyer..?

Arnav: It is my and lavanya divorce papers..Never in any dream i thought to divorce Khushi.. Nk check and saw lavanya name into this.. (He breathe in relief)

Nk: You really think she will sign it..?

Arnav: Definitely she will..

Nk: But how? She is very cunning lady..

Arnav: Not smarter than me..[Paused] I have a plan!

Khushi cried bitterly hugging herself from past one hour. His harsh words trembling her in pain. She crushed all the symbol under her feet given by him starting from bangles, wedding ring and anklet but how she crushed the biggest symbol of his love growing in her womb. She touch her stomach. Her heart soften.

No matter what she can never hate her baby..

Khushi(Touching her belly): You are the only reason i am alive..But your father.. I hate you Mr raizada..i hate you..How could you think so low about me! I never forgive you..never! Do hell with you and your so called wife..

From now onward, You are dead for me and for my baby..I wanted to give this good news to you thinking you were so happy but its good you are oblivious about my pregnancy..you don't deserve to be a father..I never let your shadow affect my child under any circumstances..I HATE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She screamed loudly hoping it lessen her pain but with time it is getting sore and unbearable..

From now on..your Mumma only your father and mother..i love you so much you never remember your father..i promise to you beta..That man is gone from our lives..I never meet this man ever again..It is my mistake that i allow him to rule my heart and soul..But not anymore!

She wipe her tears and decided to start afresh. She hold the newspaper in her hand and started to search something that can give her one ray of hope for new beginning. Her eyes sparked as she saw job vacancy in a company..But her happiness didn't lasted for long. One phone call and again pushed her into dark shell.

Phone slipped from her hands. Her entire body started trembling receiving the news on other end!

Lavanya: Asr i missed you..

She kissed his cheeks and hugged him tightly. She broke the hug as she smell a female perfume smell on his shirt. She flinched.

Lavanya: Where were you my love! (She snarled)

Arnav: Some important work come up.. He said walking past her but she tore his shirt button. He was taken aback by her movement. She roaming her fingers sexily.

Lavanya: No work in the world is more important than your wife..isn;t it? Her eyes flashed dangerous again while she pressed herself against him to feel him more.

You are mine only mine..only i have right to get close to you..to be with you..to have you inside me.. She started to plant kisses on his chest. He feel disgusted but control himself putting a fake smile on his face when she look back at him.

Lavanya: Kahi tum us khushi ke saath.. (Did you and khushi..)

Just stop it lavanya...stop bringing her between us.. He pushed her, button up his shirt.

Lavanya: What should i do..i can't help it..You were with her since 6 months...tell me one thing..did you make out with her..? (His eyes narrowed by her sudden query.)

I hope not! She prayed in her mind for his positive response, if by chance his answer were yes she will definitely throw acid on her body not leaving a single part to be burned and make sure she would not be liable to pleasure another man in her life..

Lavanya: Answer me Asr.. Her voice was calm but there is lot of hidden madness in it.

He turn to other side not knowing what to do.

Should i lie but what if she read his eyes.

Lavanya: I saw that footage where she is kissing you in front of everyone shamelessly..Did you and her had sex that night..?

Ofcourse they did (His heart whispered)

No! We aren't! (He spoke avoiding his gaze)

Lavanya: Then why she kissed you! She is too tempting for any man..It is hard to believe not once you felt attracted for her..

Arnav: I love you lavanya and you knew i had no interest in another women..Regarding that night, She were drunken..It was her approach..i never accepted her as my wife ever..

Lavanya was in cloud 9 hearing that. But her smile faded to know she share kiss with her man..her Asr!

She snake her arms around his neck and pull him under her arms.

She lean closer, touch his lips seductively..

Lavanya: How does you felt when she kissed you..did you enjoyed? (She asked brushing his lips with her thumb.) He clenched his fist.

Arnav: What non senses is that! Stop it lavanya..I told you there is nothing between us.. He try to remove her hold but she trapped him in her clutches.

Lavanya: Her taste still linger in your mouth..let me vanish her touch..You might have felt disgusted isn't it?

She inch closer and gesture him to kiss her..

He was stuck in a situation where there is no path. If he deny her approach she came to know he is acting and then he never got divorce from her. All his plan will go failed. On other side, if he does he never able to face khushi ever..

She had her eyes closed waiting to taste his lips. He took a sharp breathe, unwillingly and erase the gap.

I am sorry khushi, Forgive me! He whispered in his heart and tilted his head to capture her lips.

To his good luck, his mobile started ringing on the exact moment and he got the chance to stop this awful act. She stop him from moving but he said its very urgent.

Lavanya: Damn your phone..spoil my romantic mood..She cursed him and walk off.

He come outside and pressed the green button.

Arnav: Yes Nk!

Nk(In a panic tone): Nannav woh..khu..shiji.. Arnav get worried in an instant hearing her name..

Arnav: What happened to her? Is she alright? Speak up!

Nk: khushiji is missing..

His heart sank hearing that!
