Chapter 39: Truth unfolds

Shooter was standing in front his boss sweating badly, staring at gun that was pointing toward him but the person in front of him was in no term to melt by his begging. An evil grin appear on his boss lips seeing his miserable state.

Person: ''I gave you two choices either kill khushi gupta or be ready to be killed by me..''

Shooter: ''Pleas-e sav"e m"e..i ha-ve my fam-ily..don't kil-l me..'' he kneel in front of the person with joined hands but there is no mercy for him and in next moment his entire body filled with blood and he collapse on the floor as trigger directly hit on his head.

A loud laugh echoed in the entire godown. Taking small steps, the person staring at the wall where khushi and arnav picture were stick and in next moment khushi photo get crossed by that person.

Person: ''Two times you get saved by your husband but this time I get the biggest trump-card that were going to change your entire existence. Your weakness- dhruv and arnav. It would be really helpful for me to complete my task. I would hurt you to the place that directly hit your heart. The person scratch her picture and throw it on the ground ruthlessly.

All of the sudden the person's jaw clenched and gaze turned hard seeing someone coming out of darkness who witnessed everything.

Nk: Lavanya!!!!!!! He was splitting fire knowing the cruel reality of her. The person is none other than lavanya who killed the shooter. Shocked would be understatement for him. He can never imagine she can kill someone.

Since few days Nk was observing some drastic changes in her. Her talking someone in phone secretly and very casually she used to deny when he tried to confront her as if nothing had happened. She started ignore him. His doubt getting increased when he saw bullet in her cupboard. Sooner he realize she was planning something dangerous when he heard her barking orders to kill khushi and next day he came to know arnav was admitted to hospital. He started chasing her to find proof against her and finally went to this godown but the scenario in front of his eyes shaken him. He saw a man lying on the ground with pool of blood and gun on her hand was clearly a proof she killed him. There is no guiltiness in her eyes. It didn't took him time to join the dots how many more crimes she committed.

Nk: ''You bloody murderer..i never knew behind the make of this innocent face there reside ugly face of yours..'' He grabbed her neck by pinning her neck to the gliding walls and started yelling her angrily.

''So its you who shot my brother..! His grip getting stronger. There is no guilt in her eyes despite she was smiling more broadly putting arnav in such condition. A person whom she once claimed to love was now ready to kill without any ting or shame.

Nk: ''How dare you lavanya...I never thought you can stoop so low..you loved my bhai right then how could you fired him..'' She smile sarcastically and pushed him away with all her force.

Lavanya: ''Yes its true i used to love him but now he disgust me ..i hate him.. I bloody hate him and every single person that is precious to him I destroy it with my bare hand. My first target is khushi that is so dear to him then only he would realize what is the consequence messing with my life..'' There was a pin drop silence after that. He was tried to decipher her real intention behind everything.

Nk: ''I don't care if khushi live or die I just want my brother to be safe. Do you have any idea at which condition he was in..You bitch..because of you my bhai life was in danger and my sister marriage is at stake..'' He slapped her hard on her face making her cheek print by the red mark given my him. ''No matter how much clashes we have but I cannot tolerate anyone to hurt my family members...I would exposed your real deeds in front of everyone and put you behind the bar..'' He take out mobile from the pocket to dial inspector when she snatched it from his hand and throw it away.

Lavanya: ''Not so easy Nk..'' She wickedly smile and in next moment her men trapped him with his hands tied by the robe. He was screaming, shouting and fidgeting but of no use. She slightly bend down and put the gun on his head passing an evil smile. He was getting furious in helplessness.

Nk: ''I am not scared of you...Why you do this? Answer me right away!!'' he asked curtly.

Lavanya: ''So much desperation, wasn't you?'' She laughed.

''Since now you are no more useful for me and considering it as your last wish I would tell you everything before death embrace you. This all started from the day khushi joined Arnav office. It was always I that hold special place in Asr's life but that down market girl, khushi took my ASR far away showing her charms. He was attracting toward her. I was started feeling insecure the way he keep staring at her from his cabin every now and then. He always find a way to get closed to her. Asr was getting furious by her repeated rejection by his every move. One day khushi slapped him for crossing his limits that was something he cannot tolerate and decided to teach her lesson. I was completely unaware what is running into his mind. Whenever I tried to ask him he shouted me saying to stay away from his matters and insult me in front of everything. All because of that khushi gupta. Later, from my sources i heard he secretly called khushi to the AR backstreet photo-shoot. It didn't took me longer to know about his real intention. My patience was on the verge of loosing it when I saw them into each other arms in so much close proximity. Asr was trying to kiss her and khushi was struggling by his grip.

Nk: ''Shut up! just shut up.. Stop talking bulshit.. my bhai can never think in his wildest dream keeping an bad eye on his own brother's girlfriend. You are lying.. its khushi who trapped him and betray me for his property..'' She raised her eyebrow in disbelief and laughed by his delusion.

Lavanya: ''Cut the crap..i don't care whether you believe it or not what I am saying was true..your so called brother was not any saint. He fooled you so that you started hating khushi and he can get her. He wanted khushi anyhow and I helped him to have her..'' Nk widen his eyes in shock by the bitter reality. She continued narrating.

''I was unable to take this shit anymore and wanted to erase khushi entire existence out of his mind. However, I called anjali through my manager help and as expected she saw him forcing a girl but didn't saw her face. All her dilusion of considering her brother as god was drained into seconds...I succeeded to proved him a beast in front of her own sister. She get completely broken seeing this side of her brother. That day I got relieved seeing Asr state. Anjali met with an accident and I execute the situation in such a way that he thought it was khushi behind anjali accident. Anjali started hating him neither wanted to see his face ever again after that. That was the only chance I have to get back Asr. I proved him innocence showing fake evidence in front of anjali and once again he started trusting me.

I saw an unusual fury in his eyes for khushi. I thought it was only his attraction for her knowing about his past records he never took any girl seriously so I gave him idea to took revenge from khushi but..

*Flashback*

Lavanya house:

Lavanya was making drinks for him and he was slipping it in one go to sooth his pain. The pain to see hatred in anjali's eyes was unbearable for him. An evil grin appear on her lips.

Arnav: ''I hate that girl...she did a grave mistake messing with Arnav singh raizada... anju hates me..my own sister not ready to meet me all because of her..don't know what she said to her..i will not leave her...'' he bang his fist angrily. She smiled.

Lavanya: ''Asr calm down...'' She seductively come near him and touch his cheeks moving closer. Suddenly he saw khushi in place of lavanya. Anger began gripping him.

Khushi: ''I won arnavji, I won..you lost your sister and now she will never trust you..she hates you.. i will make sure she will root in hell and you cannot able to save her..this is your punishment for taking advantage of a girl helpless state..YOU LOOSE.. YOU LOOSE..'' She laughed devilishly. He was burning in fire and grabbed her shoulder by pricking his nails on her forearms.

Arnav (With greeted teeth): I won't let you succeed in your plan..nothing will happen to my anju..nothing!!'' he yelled on the top of his voice making her laugh more loudly. He fist her hairs with her both hands pinned behind her waist.

Lavnaya: ''Asr you are hurting me..stop it..'' She pleaded but he was in no terms to stop. She anyhow managed to pushed him away but then get horrified in terror seeing knife in his hand. She immediately splashed water on his face to brought him back to his senses.

Lavanya: ''Have you gone mad..i am not khushi..I'm lavanya dammit..'' He clenched his fist to control his grief and collapse on the chair holding his head.

''Is tarha haath pe haath darke baithne se kuch nahi hoga..go and teach her good lesson..'' He looked at her.

Lavanya: ''She tried to hurt your anju and now its your turn to gave taste of her own medicine..'' He closed his eyes hurtfully. Anjali harsh words began ringing in his ears. With greeted teeth he got up and dashed out. Lavanya smile victoriously.

*******

Lavanya: Asr..you really for-ced her..? She asked unbelievably seeing nail marks on his neck from behind. He nodded weakly. She smile inwardly but then saw him lost in some another world like he was unhappy.

''What happened? Are you okay?''

Arnav: Her modesty is very precious to her so I took it away and now she will never imagine in her dream to mess with me..'' he concluded but something within him was not right. Her sorrowful face not letting him to rest in peace. He was feeling uneasy but immediately shrugged all unwanted thought from his mind and made himself believe that she deserve it..she deserve all the pain.

After that day I thought her chapter is closed once and forever but I was so wrong in judging her. She once again entered AR bringing police and create a big fuss putting charges of rape on him.

I helped him to proved khushi characterless in front of you and brought up a man who gave the statement that khushi was with him not with Asr that night. Day passed by, I began noticing some unusual changes within him. Whenever any employer took khushi name, he get impatient. Once he was getting out of control and frustratingly started to throw everything from his desk. Khushi started affecting him slowly. Once in drunken state he told me he wanted to put full stop of those unknown feelings.

Lavaya: Asr are you feeling guilty? He didn't reply instead he said he wanted to get rid off those forbidden thought.

Next day:

''I want that khushi gupta out of this city!'' I have heard him saying on the phone. There was frustration in his voice. But khushi was adamant in her decision. she refused to go away and even Asr non stop threatening calls didn't affect her. She challenged him that she would punished him at any cost and for that she file case against him but she was unable to stand in front of his power and strength for long time.

I tried every possible way to erase khushi out of his mind and heart but she started ruling him. Many times I have heard him murmuring khushi name subconsciously. Even though how much he tried to deny but I can clearly see he was falling for her. Till now he was unaware of the feeling that was blooming in his heart. I cannot tolerate any random girl take my position in his life.

I always had a fear what would happen what if he accept her. I cannot stay quiet hand in hand. I had to do something as early as possible to took her out of his life. Initially I thought khushi was only his part of revenge once he used her he would threw her out of his life like useless stuff but I was so wrong. God know what magic she created upon him that her tears started affecting him. Several times I tried to made him against khushi like before but he get angry and scolded me. Later he came to know I was stealing his shares from AR. He humiliate me and throw me out of his company. He ruined my entire carrier. No person was ready to hire me and upon that I cannot bare khushi in his life at any cost. So I decided to confront him. That day I get to know he was working on holiday so I directly reached his office in a hope he forgive me and if he didn't agree then I would kill him right away for putting me on the road but what I saw that day made my task much easier to separate them.

Khushi: ''Leave me, I said leave me..how dare you touch me like that..''

Arnav: ''I had touch you everywhere..every curve, every inch of your body..''

Khushi: ''Please let me go..now what you want.you had already taken away my everything that I possessed.. now what you want?''

Arnav: ''I don't want anything from you..i already took what I wanted but if you don't want me to do anything to you and your beloved family you have to leave this city..''

He was blackmailing her to leave the city and then i send my men to mandir and...

*Flashback end*

Nk: And you killed khushi's parents..'' he completed her statement.

Lavanya: ''Not bad Nk..you are so clever..'' He looked at her disgustingly.

''Yes I killed khushi parents and put entire blame on Arnav so that khushi hatred for him increased day by day and she go miles away from his reach. In one stroke I hit two targets- Khushi to leave the city and arnav to loose her forever. That day I felt relief separating them. But destiny again bring them together. She return to the same place where it all started. Unfortunately now Asr started loving her badly. But don't worry I will not let them together at any cost so what they are married.. I will kill that khushi gupta and after that asr will be completely mine..'' A lone tear escape from nk's eyes for his mistrust on khushi.

Nk: ''You are sick lavanya..you are so bloody sick! Being a women how could you destroyed another women life..i was such a fool to trust my bhai..khushi loved me so much but my stupidity ruined it everything..'' He punch himself or hurting her. His face was pale.

Lavanya: ''I am not in a mood to listen your boring lecture..'' she took the gun and pointed toward him.

''Remember your loved once one last time specially your aditi..'' he closed his eyes broken hearten. With a second a loud gun shot echoed in the entire godown.

Arnav was lying in the hospital bed with khushi sitting beside him smoothing his hairs lovingly, looking at him intently.

Khushi: ''Ab main tumhe apne apse kabhi bhi dur nahi jane dungi..itna pyaar dungi ki tumhari saari dard mita dungi..'' (I will never let you go away from me..i would gave you my lots of love and erase all your bitterness and pains..'') She kissed his eyelids soothingly. Suddenly she heard someone footsteps. She jumped out of skin when she saw dhruv entering the ward putting gun toward her husband direction. A maddening rage visible through his eyes.

Dhruv: ''You bas*** what you thought I will never came to know about your real deeds..'' Arnav slowly opened his eyes hearing dhruv loud voice and looked at him blankly.

Khushi: ''Bhaiya what you doing..put the gun down.. please..'' She begged him with shivered hand.

Dhruv: ''Gudiya not this time..you lied to me..you lied to your dhruv bhaiya..? Did he blackmail you to hide it from me? Tell me..don't be scared of him, untill I am alive he can never harm you..''

Khushi: ''No bhaiya he was at no fault please listen to me once...'' she tried to make him understand.

Dhruv: ''You already aware how much I hate liars. That monster wanted to create rift between us but not anymore now I am here..he cannot do anything to you..'' With harsh steps he went toward him and gave him hard punch on his face.

Khushi: ''Bhaiya.. no!!!!'' He trigger arnav.

Dhruv: ''How dare you touch my gudiya...I won't spare you..you played with my gudiya dignity and made her life a living hell and miserable. Death is a very easy punishment for a monster like you..i won't kill you..'' he took the gun down.

''I wanted you face each and everything I bare seeing my sister shattered state all the time. Like the way you ruined khushi's life in the same way I would destroy anjali's life and punished you. I would push anjali in the same place where once khushi was standing..You will see your sister helpless state but unfortunately cannot able to protect her...mark my words..''

Bhaiya!!!!!! She got up with a jerk. Her body shrieked seeing dhruv sitting in front of her and stare at him horrified.

Dhruv: ''Gudiya what happened? Why are you looking at me like that.. did you saw any dream?''

Khushi: ''Don't do this bhaiya..please don't harm anjali..she is innocent..don't punish her!!'' She started crying hugging him by his knees. He made her stood and cupped her face.

Dhruv: ''Relax.. calm down..what's wrong bachha..Why should I punish anjali?'' He asked confused looking at her tensed face. She turned her gaze and saw arnav sleeping peacefully on the bed and then reality drawn upon her. She took a sharp breathe and prayed to her idol for her husband and anjali's safety.
