Chapter 24: Her denial and his promise

Arjun began toasting to and fro in the search of arnav. The way he left the room he can imagine what he must be feeling seeing his wife with him. He have no idea why khushi married him and what's her motive behind all these cheap acts but he won't let her ruin her life. Marriage is not a game its lifetime achievement and he will make her understand. Its true he love khushi deeply but his love is not selfish that he let her ruin her life for tha sake of any damn revenge.

He yet remember how painful arnav looking at her by seeing them in compromise situation. He was helpless due to her promise but not now. He made up his mind he would tell everything. He began asking waiter and then someone pointed toward a man leaning outward. He look at the direction and finally got him. Arnav was stood still in one corner glaring at moon aimlessly when he felt someone hand on his shoulder. As soon as as his eyes cast upon him, his blood boiled. Arnav grabbed his neck furiously and raised his hand to punch him but stopped looking at khushi who is standing in a distance and people around her whistling at her.

Arjun: ''Arnav, I want to tell you something about khushi...actually what you thinking was...'' He didn't gave any attention to arjun and by avoiding him, he rushed near khushi''! She was still wearing robe and the people passing from there roam there eyes upon her lustfully.

Arnav frowned seeing her clothes and hurriedly grab her hand. She keep struggling in his grip but he didn't care about anything all he want was her safety.

Arjun: ''Arnav wait listen to me first?'' Arnav turned back throwing an angry glare firmly yet not leaving her hand for a second and clutches her possesively as if his life entirely revolve around her and it didn't got unnoticed by arjun. He can clearly see the intensity and love in his eyes for khushi.

Arnav(With a stern voice):''Stay miles away from my wife else I won't think before killing you right away'' he said in a deadly voice with a different kind of madness in his voice and dragged khushi inside the room and kicked the door shut.

Khushi: ''Leave me Mr raizada..you are crossing your limit!!'' He swing her inside furiously.

Arnav: ''And the limit which you pretend to crossed behind these closed doors..what about that?'' He spoke by pressing each and every word. She get stunned by seeing the trust in his eyes. How he knew all this was a facade she wondered and it irked her more by his faithfulness.

Khushi: ''That's none of your business...I can do whatever I want..you are no one to interfere in my personal life and for your kind information its not any kind of pretend..its truth of my life and you have to accept this fact sooner or later that your newly weeded wife sleep with another man and this will go on''. He raised his eyebrow amused as if she pass any kind of joke and stop her voice placing his finger on his lips.

Arnav: Dare you again go to him. She pushed his hand off.

Khushi: ''What you will do again force your right upon me''. He can sense the situation is slipping from his hand so he prefer not to stretch the topic ahead.

Arnav: ''Whatever!! Go and change we are leaving for home''.

Khushi: ''No mood..ouchh..i am feeling pain all over my body..do you have pain killer its arching a lot''! she stretches her body indifferently showing him marks purposely to hurt him more and by now she can assume target directly hit on the right place. He is controlling so hard but yet not helping at all as he know if he lose his sanity it would be harmful for her and he cannot hurt her again by his actions. Without giving any single glance, he called waiter and handed her tablet. She smirked seeing his face.

Arnav: ''Now happy!! Can you please go and change...I don't like someone eye on my girl''

Khushi: Your girl??? She rolled her eyes fiercely. ''Are you serious...what make you think like that''. She paused for a while and observe his expression keenly.'' By now I knew one think something was surely cooking in your mind that's the only reason you are tolerating all my acts without uttering a single word.. right?

The Arnav singh raizada whom I knew never accept his defeat and without any profit, you cannot make a deal where there is not benefits and the point is why you married me? A girl once you announced to hate..a girl whom you already used and disgrace in front of entire society and ruined her carrier..her life, snatched every fiber of happiness  married the same girl..it cannot be digestible..what made you do that?'' He closed his eyes and all the humiliation he given her came before his eyes.

Arnav: ''Its not a deal khushi...I married you because i..!'' he stopped with a thud.

Khushi: Because? She asked.

Arnav: ''As I saw error on my way...I am really sorry khushi and i really mean it''.

Khushi: ''A singe sorry doesn't make any difference Mr raizada''. How deeply he had hurt her whenever he looked back at her there is not a single trace of sorrow visible through her face.

Khushi: ''What are you looking at me like that? I guess you are thinking why I am saying all these things so casually.. i bear so much pain that nothing is affecting me. You tormented my soul so harshly that now when I look back on my past I don't feel a sting of pain..i became a stone hearten no feeling no emotion left inside me...!''

Arnav: ''Khushi please don't say like that..i want to see the old khushi..an innocent khushi who is so lively and open hearten.. she always laugh and make other laugh...she was so pure and unique and her way of living life was so different and colorful.''

Khushi: ''The day your dark shadow appear on her fairytale world and ruined her purity..she died!'' she spoke in a sharp voice.''Mar gayi vo khushi..tumne kuchal diya use..tar tar kar diya..mar dala tumne usse aur aj jo tumhare samne khadi hain vo sirf badla chahti hain..badla apne apno ko dur karne ke liye...!'' (That Khushi is died..you killed her in your own feet..you killed her and now the girl is standing in front of you only want revenge..revenge of snatching away her loved ones.''!) He was hating himself of giving so much pain to her but then pierced what she she said it last''!

Loved ones?? What does she meant..??

Arnav: ''Khushi what you saying..when I harm your loved ones''

Khushi: ''Enough Mr raizada...don't act smart as if you don't know anything..i am not going to fall in your trap and be alert because upcoming days going to be hell for you..these 30 days going to be worst day of your life which you never able to forget''. He cannot countered the meaning of her words.  In the meantime she changed into nighty and went back to sleep while he was standing and admiring her leaning in one corner.

She opened her eyes noticing something strange and then caught him ogling at her. She tightened her fist by his glare.

Khushi: Mr arnav singh raizada...I am warning you last time stay in your bloody limit'' She pulled duvet over herself and sleep covering her whole face and turned to other side so that he would be able to see her face.

Arnav: ''I will fill these days into most beautiful  and memorable ones for you that would vanish all your hatred from your heart...its my promise''

Next morning:

Arjun was sitting in his sofa keeping his head down lost in his own thoughts when lavanya came and barked upon him.

Lavnaya: ''What I am hearing Arjun..khushi married to someoneelse how can she deceived you?''

Lavanya: ''Didi please leave me alone for something I don't want to talk about it''. She flinched by his calmness and observe his sad face and lean beside him.

Lavanya(Patting his shoulder): ''Arjun I can understand what you are going through but how can you stay silent after seeing all this.. khushi is your love...you have to get her back by hook or by crook I cannot bear my brother suffering.. I know how much you love her and cannot live without her''. She is trying to manipulate him but his mind is somewhere else. By getting no reaction from his side, she shook him. ''Are you listening what i am saying or not?''

Arjun: ''Huhh..didi I don't want to create any chaos in her life she had suffered a lot..i just want her happiness nothing else''.

Lavanya: ''Are you nuts? How can she used and dumb you like that..no, I won't let this happen''.

Arjun: ''Shut up didi..you are not going to do anything...samjhi aap!! Firstly I also feel cheated when I came to know about her marriage but my perception changed meeting them. I have seen some spark in his eyes for her..arnav really loved khushi, didi and I will make everything to bond them''.

Lavanya(In thoughts): ''He is such an emotional fool.. don't know what magic she always create on men..firstly she snatched asr from me and now trapped my brother in her flithy plan but I won't let this happen..i will ruined her life. She have no idea what is going to happen with her in future.

''Ab tak jo hua usse bhi bhayanak hoga aur tab jake mujhe sukun milega''! ('More than dangerous than previously going to happen and then I will get peace.''!

Arnav and khushi are welcomed by anjali and samitra with lots of love and blessings. Grahpravesh followed by muh dikhai ceremony was quite biggest affair. Khushi didn't paid much attention to all these functions and went back to her room making some excuses.

Anjali(With a concerned voice): ''Bhaiya, bhabhi thik hain na? Jab se ayi hain tab se kuch khoyi khoyi lag rahi hain?'' (Bhaiya, is bhabhi alright? Since when you are back, she looking quite lost?)

Arnav: ''Yah she is perfectly fine..probably she is missing her brother..you don't worry I will talk with her''. He said in assurance and she nodded yet unconvinced by his words and went back to her room before handling a glass of milk to him.
Anjali was going to her bed but them blushed seeing dhruv name flashed in her mobile.

Anjali: ''Missing me?'' She smiled contently.

Dhruv: ''Anjali, how is gudiya?''

Anjali: Oh god dhruv again khushi? You are so bore in few days we are getting married and you are not paying any attention on me''. She pouted.

Dhruv: ''I love you anjali you know that I was just worrying about khushi. Tum toh janti ho vo meri aankhon ka taara hain..bahat pyaar karta hu main usse''. (You already knew she is so precious to me..i love her a lot.)
Anjali: Oh really more than me? Okay tell me one thing if get any choice between me and khushi, whom you choose? Your love or your sister?

Dhruv: ''What rubbish you are talking anjali..it will never happen..my life is incomplete and meaningless with you both''!

Anjali: Still I want to know please tell nah..please... please for my sake. She insisted. There is only numbness from his end. She keep compelling him again and again and finally he broke his silence.

Dhruv: I won't not lie anjali...khushi is the biggest part of my life..i only choose my sister...for her I can sacrifice anything...even my love. Anjali feel hurt by his straightforward answer and fresh tears spilled from her eyes thinking she have no importance in his life and before he say anything she put the phone down brokenly.

''Anjali listen.!!'' He tried her number many times but everytime she is disconnecting making him grumble.

''Oh god what I have done..i have hurt her..she is right in her place I never keep her granted''. He is getting restless and feel an urge to talk with her but she is highly upset with him not picking his call. He hurriedly got up and rushed to her house without thinking about time.

He was about to knock the door but then stopped seeing his wristwatch and thought to directly entered in her room. He saw her window opened and jumped directly inside her room.There he saw a beauty laying in the bed clutching her pillow near her heart and her eyes were filled with unleashed tears. He feel bad realizing he is reason of her tears. She yet didn't noticed someone entered in her room and was continuously sobbing that's when she feel someone hand resting on her shoulder. She jerked by the sudden touch and opened her mouth to shout for help but dhruv stopped her voice pressing her mouth with his palm. She get highly frightened and wriggle in his arms. Due to darkness she cannot able to look at his face.

Anjali: ''Uhhh..chod..ummhh mujhe..leave me..bachao..bachao..bhaiya..bachaoo!!'' She keep hitting his chest and tried hard to pull him away.

Dhruv: Shhh..! Anjali stop it..its me..!! Her mind went blank. She is so scared by his presence that cannot even recognize his voice. Its getting impossible for him to handle her. He scanned his eyes to search switch button. His one hand grabbed her mouth and other twisting in air to lighten the room. By sensing his hold get weaken she grab the opportunity and bite on his mouth making him winced in pain and she took the pillow and began beating him.

Anjali: ''Chor chor...gadhe ullu teri himmat kaise hui mere kamre mein ghusne ki ..tu janta nahi main kaun hi..agar mujhe ek kharoch bhi ayi na toh mere bhaiya teri hadi pasli ek kar denge..main tujhe chodungi nahi.'' (Stupid, idiot thief..how dare you step inside my room..if a bit of snatch occur on me then my brother would broke your bones..i won't spare you.'') That's' it he lost all his sanity and instantly pulled her both hand behind her back. She widen her eyes and open her mouth to yell for help when he sealed her into a passionate kiss.
