Chapter 50: Complete love story

The beautiful weather was only blooming in the atmosphere. It was a most memorable and precious moment for Arnav and khushi. Khushi got everything she always dreamt. She thanks devimaiya for gifting the most beautiful relation in her life. Arnav who was driving the car tucked her hairs softly and bore his eyes on her time to time. She was getting impatient by every passing second wondering where they were going and keep on guessing by waving her hand in air. The anticipation and wait was killing her inside. Till now all her guesses were wrong and she pouted like a baby as he was not telling her where they were leading.

Arnav was mesmerized seeing her cute pout and feel like to crush her into his arms badly and never come out. It was the night after confession and she might aware he wanted to make it special and cherished. His eyes were fixed on her. She blushed profusely by his intense drooling eyes and knotting her dupatta. Earlier she can't stand him for a second and believe he was the most cruel person in the world- the heartless monster but now he changed so much for her. He is the onr who protects her and to whom she blindly trust. The life seems so beautiful being Arnav by her side. Love really can reduce to anyone, do anything. He was her strong weapon and she was sure he would be there in her worst phase of life. Arnav saw her pinkish cheeks and pull it adorably.

''Mujhe nahi pata tha ki khushi kumari gupta ko sharmana bhi ata hain..'' She remain silent and gesture him to concentrate on driving. But its getting impossible to take his eyes off her when his beauty right next to him. He took her soft palm and kissed her fingers. The moment he was waiting so eagerly finally arrived. His eyes sparkled with love by her sweet confession. She turned toward him and smashed a kiss on his cheeks. He was taken aback and immediately apply brakes by what she implying innocently. She looked back shocked of herself and inch her head down. Arnav gesture her to come close. She came near but yet it is far to him. Her breathe was heavily rapid and heart beat was pulsating that it could by heard by anyone. He inch a little more closer and cupped her cheeks ever so gently. She lifted her gaze and met his eyes.

''Khushi I can't believe you are with me...'' A sweet smile adore her lips and she look at him letting him to express his feelings.

''I wanted to thank you for forgiving me otherwise whatever I did, I deserves punishment instead you shower your unconditional love. I hurt you very badly in past and I swear It break my heart many times seeing you cries..I am really really sorry fo..'' she closed his mouth and denied.

''No Arnav..you don't need to..their is lot of happened in between that lead us to suffer drastically but now I wanted to forget everything and start afresh leaving behind all bitterness..No matter how much pain you gave me, all what matter to me is you..only you..no one can erase the love that I had for you..you know i tried so much to vanish your love from my heart but it was quite impossible..I should admit your love is so strong and magical it defeated all my hatred and anger...This sweet feeling was so adorable and i wanted to feel the love which you always had for me forever till my last breathe..will you gave me a little part of it for rest of my life?..''

''Always!'' He kissed the back of her wrist conveying the depth of his love and take out something from his pocket. Her eyes popped out looking at her wedding chain which she once threw it off. Gently he tied around her neck and a lone tear escape from the corner of her eyes. He kissed her eyelids and both were lost into each other eyes forgetting the surrounding. A sudden lightening in sky broke her trace and she hugged him tightly.

''I'm scared of darkness..'' She clutches his collar tight and he careless her back with his rough hand slowly and gently. She trembled by the way he mere touches affecting her. He pressed her more and more and she began pulsating against the ribcage. There is a kind of magical solace in her husband arms. He inched his lips near her and she shyly smiled and closed his mouth. She feel content touching her mangalsutra after ages. Suddenly a doubt occurred in her mind. Arnav smirked knowing well what is running in her innocent brain.

''You might be thinking how I'm keeping this mangalsutra still in my pocket..right? She shake her head and he raised his eyelashes.

''That's because I know you will come back to me and for that I executed a small plan so that your inner feelings burst out and see it works.. you came running into my arms and I got my khushi..''

''What? She was shocked. ''That means its all your plan..you deliberately told all harsh words that night and I thought I lost you forever..'' she fumed and pushed him away. Arnav smirked and held her wrist and wrapped her body with his. She began struggling showing little anger.

''Don't touch me..i don't want to talk with you..'' Carefully he took her to his embrace and whispered.

''Khushi I don't want to loose you and if you would have married Arjun how could I had survive without you? Did you ever thought? I know I become little selfish..but I did all this not for myself but for you because I know you cannot love another man, even you cannot bear anyone to be close to you and I'm the first and last love in your life..I cannot let you to destroy your life once again in return of wanting something else..'' She put her finger and gesturing him to stop.

''You are right..i am just a fool to not recognize our true love..'' She crossed the distance between them and hugged him tight.

''I love you so much and you are mine..''

''Always!'' She gave a hundred watts smile. Both wanted this to go on forever. He seems like a possessed man who got everything he desired. He lets go off her and drove toward destination where a surprise was waiting for her.

Dhruv: ''I told you I don't want to meet me..why the hell you don't understand..'' he was getting frustrated by her non-stop phone calls.

Person: ''Meet me tonight at sharp 9 pm..i will wait for you'' She stated seductively with grave confidence.

Dhruv: ''Then keep on waiting.. I have no intend to entertain you..'' He greeted his teeth.

Person: ''You will sweat-heart..'' Suddenly someone wrapped a hand from behind and hugged him. He shrugged her away angrily. Anjali was taken aback by his anger.

Anjali: ''Dhruv its me what happen? Why you being so rude to me now-a-days..'' He inhale some fresh breathe and approaches her. She felt saden.

Dhruv: ''I am sorry baby..i was just..'' He feel really guilty. She took a step back and look away dejected. He didn't even meet her eyes. He was about to say something when she interrupted.

Anjali: ''You are changed dhruv... you don't love me anymore..'' Her eyes moistened and she inched back. Slowly he was going away from her which was so painful to digest. From past few days she noticed many changes in his behavior which she never come across. Her eyes again dared him asking him lot of question.

''Look at me dhruv and tell me what is bothering you? Why you are being so rude to me?'' She retorted staring at him. He wasn't surprised to see this side of her. Anyone could react like that but unfortunately he was helpless.

In next moment, he hold her by her arms avoiding her protest by letting her to sit beside him comfortably.

Dhruv: ''There is nothing like that Anjali..due to work I am having lot of stress and headache..that's it..'' He tried to defend himself and she looked on unconvinced.

''I'm really sorry please forgive me one last time..'' he requested. She looked back and pushed away his hand and began walking.

''Okay tonight we will go out for dinner..only you and me..'' He tried to lightened her mood by blocking her way but seems she is not going to melt so soon.

''Be ready at sharp 9 pm..'' he again exclaimed to caught her attention.

Anjali: ''I don't want to go anywhere. She literally denied.

Dhruv: ''Please..'' She can't deny him this time when he extended his hand and she gave in. Her face curved into big smile immediately by their dinner date and she cheerfully retreat to get ready. He saw her disappearing figure and cursed himself.

''I m sorry anjali for the first time in my life I lied to you..'' he punched himself and pacing in room wondering something deeply.

Arnav open the apartment door and open the black cloth from her eyes which he put before taking her to this place. It was his last step toward redemption. He was not sure will his last attempt to bring her out of past be succeeded or not. They looked at each other eyes. There is only numbness from both end. Worries rising in her eyes when she scan the entire apartment and slowly it turned into terror. She clutched her dupatta tighter than ever. She wanted to run away from this place but her legs glued like jelly. Sweat bead form on her forehead and she began breathing hard.

''Please don't do this to me!!!!!!! leave me!!!!!! Someone please save me!!!!!

Her own pleading voice began echoing to herself. Her entire body was shaking. She closed her eyes tightly when the flashes of that night rolling back in her eyes. She couldn't hold herself and looses her balance. Arnav immediately hold her before she fell down and gesture her to come inside but she don't have that courage left to face the same past that broke her drastically. Both didn't exchange any word for a moment. It was the same farmhouse where Arnav raped her and torn her body and soul at the same time. She don't have courage to face the same past.

''Arnav I can't..please let's go..'' She turned boring her eyes upon him. He avoid her protest and she saw him closing the main door.

''Why khushi..?'' He began taking baby step toward her with his eyes showing an unusual and unreadable expression. She gulped down in fear. Every cell of her were hyper aware by him. His eyes were dark.

''Arnav what are you..'' He pressed her mouth by pinned her back to the wall and gave her murderous stare. She was about to say but he didn't let her speak.

''So my plan succeeded to bring you back to the same place where it all started..'' Her body was shaking hearing those words.

Plan? What plan he is talking about? Her every cell was screaming for answer.

''What happen khushi kumari gupta..are you scared to see the same devil which is hidden behind the mask of your lovable husband..'' Her eyes sprinkled with tears but he remain unaffected. His hold grew tight and she hissed. She can see the same monster before her eyes which she had witnessed 3 years ago.

''Arnav you are hurting me..'' She weakly quivered and he gave a bitter smile.

''You deserve it..''

''What I did..you love me right?

''I won't..i hate you..'' Those words pricked her heart. She raised her hand to touch his cheeks instead he grabbed it roughly and pulled it behind her back.

''I don't love you miss gupta..it was all pretend to show your real place..that time also no one hear your scream..your plead and today also no one going to save you by what I'm going to do with you in next couple of minutes..'' History repeating itself and the same incident occurring which she fear most. And in next moment he picked her up in his arms and began walking toward the bedroom in the same way he did that night letting her destroy in the hands of him.

The room where she lost her everything for the same man who is now her husband was dragging her forcefully. But this time she didn't protest nor wanted to believe on his action because her heart knows how much he loved her. She was staring him without blinking her eyes with a small ray of hope.

''I don't believe you.. stop it..i know you love me..'' He didn't say a word and dumbed her on the bed aggressively. Slowly, he started approaching her. His every step was loosing her belief on him but she remain firm. The same panic began to filled her senses that she felt that dark night. He went on top of her and bite her ear with his teeth.

''Ask me to stop dammit..'' His inner voice screamed but she didn't. She was silently bearing his torture and didn't move as her belief is much stronger than his actions.

''I am a heartless monster khushi how could you think a monster like me would ever change and started falling in love with you...'' He provoked her. She looked on distraught. His every word bruises her heart into million pieces but she prefer to stay numb.

''Stop me khushi please stop me! He prayed and saw her vulnerable state. He saw a tremor ran through her when his hand roamed on her skin. They both was looking at each other. It was now unbearable and in next moment she pushed him and throw everything that come on her way.

''YOU HATE ME RIGHT THEN KILL ME FIRST BEFORE REPEATING THE SAME SIN..!!!'' She screamed on top of her voice and fell on the floor and started crying. The fear already vanished miles when she saw a slight hint of pain in those eyes. She indeed had a clue he was doing it all to erase that night from her mind but his way was totally not appreciable but disastrous. Arnav turned and took her into her embrace but she pushed him with all the force making him fall beside her.

''Baap re itna gussa..main toh maar hi jata aj..'' (So much anger for your husband..i would have died today..) His words add fuel on fire and she slapped him letting her finger print mark on his skin.

''THIS IS NOT AT ALL FUNNY..WHAT THE HELL YOU THINK OF YOURSELF..WHY YOU BRING ME HERE AND NOW ALL THIS TO SCARE ME.. WHAT IS THE NEED OF ALL THIS...ANSWER ME!!!!!!!!'' She scream with all the strength she stored within her heart and pushing him against his chest furiously.

He wipe those strain of tears and looked at her profusely.

''This heart of mine cares for you..only you..it hurts when you cries..it hurt seeing you in pain and it hurts more when it remind you of my deeds...I wanted to erase all those bitter moments before start a new beginning of our married life..i wanted to replace all the past moments which you experience..i thought you will hate me again but you...'' But her one question brought back the memories of past, where she had only seen pain. She could see change of emotions in his eyes.

''You are wounded and my biggest punishment is to endure my sins and to see you suffering in front of my eyes and I thought you won't trust me..'' He sighed. Apart from hatred, destroyal, pain and anger, one thing is common between them and that is love. This one thing capable of healing and redemptive anything. That's reason she never punish him for what he had done and always keep hidden about his identity from her brother.

''How could you ever think I won't trust you..'' she pushed him again and said those words with lot of aggression. It was a healing source to him hearing those words.

''I trust you more than myself, more than anything and love you more than this world..'' Even once he didn't saw any doubt in her eyes. Instead she is bounded with trust all the time.

''You already win me Arnav. The trust and respect which I have for you will never fade..'' Seeing so much faith and trust in her eyes literally swell his heart in joy. He was in cloud 9 now and wanted to give her all the happiness in the life which she never got. Arnav brush her hairs behind her ears and she closed her eyes letting few more tears to fall out. The fact that she trust him so much changed something within his heart. How could anyone love him selflessly to an extend.

He leaned forward and took the rose petals within his lips. She keep accepting his touch and let his tongue played with hers. He was the same man, the same monster who ruined her but today the weight of his guilt lifted from his heart. Their body paralysed due to the heat of temptation. He didn't make the kiss of passionate. He was gentle than ever and pouring out his pain within this simple kiss. He felt the most happiest person achieving everything he ever wanted. He pulled back which didn't give an opportunity for khushi to consume it. She was standing like a statue, still not recovered by what they shared. Khushi smiled and breathe heavenly. Every fear, every bad memory washed out and it replaced with new memory of their togetherness. And now this place no more haunt her. Her eyes were filled with newly found happiness. She was so happy which she cannot explain into words. And now she realized why he brought her here to make them forget the biggest wounded part of her life.

Arjun stepped in and clear his throat to gather his attention who was lost in his own world.

Arjun: Bhaiya, you called me..?'' he nodded and signal her to take the seat. There was seriousness gripping on his face. Arjun was probably thinking what is the need that he asked him to come so urgently at this time. There was a pin drop silence between them. After a moment while, he broke the silence.

Dhruv: Main chahta hu ki tum...'' There conversation being interrupted by a sound. They got up and immediately rushed across the direction that leading them toward Aditi bedroom. The moment they walked inside, their eyes gasped in shocked seeing her disheveled state. Aditi was laying on the floor lifeless with her face turning pale. Arjun immediately approaches her and shake her. Panic filled them. She was looking weak.

''Aditi what happened to you? Open your eyes?'' But she was not responding. Dhruv brought water from outside and sprinkled over her face.

''What happened to her?'' Arjun asked again.

Dhruv: ''Don't know..I think we should call a doctor! He nodded. Dhruv was about to call when she started moving. Arjun lifted her and placed her in the bed securely. She slowly started moving and open her eyes.

Arjun(Cuppping her chheks): ''Aditi what's wrong..you alright?'' He made her sit with her back supporting the head board and took a seat on the edge of the bed while dhruv began searching his eyes for khushi.

Dhruv: ''Where is gudiya? Let me call her!''

Arjun: ''Bhaiya first call the doctor...she need it..'' He got worried seeing her state. Deep down she feel good seeing concern in his eyes. But this worries is only for a friend, nothing beyond it. She felt upset and look away. Dhruv was about to call when she urgently interrupted.

Aditi: ''No need..i m fine..'' She tilt her head aside. In the meanwhile dhruv excuses himself and went to search khushi. Its late midnight and there is no news of khushi. He look at the wall clock. Its already 9:00 pm.. where is she?

*******

Arjun: ''You take rest...I am here with you..'' Arjun spoke carelessing her hairs. Aditi look on frustrated.

Aditi: ''No need to show your fake concern..leave me alone..'' She shrugged his hand away from touching her and shifted on other side of bed. He looked on confused by her changed behavior.

Arjun: ''But..'' She looses her sanity by every passing moment.

Aditi: I said out!!!!!!!! He was taken aback by her unusual mood swing which he never come across and take a leave. Suddenly her stomach started growling up. She started feeling uneasy and immediately rushed to bathroom and started puffed out. Her body was not supporting her and head was spinning. Then she fell down again.

Khushi and Arnav laying in each other arms with their eyes drowning. Both have terribly missed the warmth of their love throught the years. Khushi always believed in true love, fairy tale stories but never knew it actually happened some day. She rested her head on his chest and listen his rapid heartbeat. His every beat which belongs to her. She encircled her arms around him. Then, he took something from side desk and make her wear on her wrist. Khushi keenly observe the kangan and touched it.

Khushi: ''They are beautiful..'' She lovingly admire it.

Arnav: ''Its dadi blessings for you..she gave me when..'' A lump form on his throat and closed his eyes. A pain lifted him.

Khushi: ''She always wanted to see us together haina..'' He briefly nodded.

Arnav: ''I promised her to bring you back into my life when she took her last breathe and today I m happy I'm able to fulfill it. you are with me and her soul rested in peace..''

Khushi: ''So you did all this only due to dadi wish not because you want me in your life..'' He raised her chin and gave her intense look.

Arnav: ''What you think..'' His voice send chill her spine and she gulped hard.

Khushi: ''I think you love me but still not said those magical words..'' She made a face.

Arnav: ''Do we still need words to express what we feel for each other..'' She look away. He made her look at him and she spat.

Khushi: ''Still Arnav I wanted to hear it..'' She insisted and he rolled his eyes showing attitude. She pushed him away and he pulled her back into his arms. She wriggle to free herself. He advance her so that his nose touching her's.

Arnav: ''What do you think, I am?'' He took a seductive move.

Khushi: ''A devil monster..'' He pressed her tightly against his body. She was still fighting but then he lean forward and started torturing her exposed skin by his rough ones.

Arnav: And what does a devil capable to do?..''

Khushi: ''I don't know..'' Her lips was trembling and his eyes were analyzing her expression.

Arnav: ''But I know and will make you experience it...'' He spoke touching her neck seductively. A pulsating sensation flustered inside her. She had no words and feel her heart will explode anytime if he keep gazing her like this. He was waiting for her respond but she remain silent lost somewhere. Sensing her uneasiness, he left her.

''I will wait...'' He kissed her forhead giving her little space as she need some time to take their relation to next level. Saying this, he was about to move when she held his hand.

Khushi(Cupping his cheeks): Arnav I want to tell you something..''

Arnav: ''What..?''

Khushi: ''Before we go ahead in our relation I wanted to solve some issues..i wanted bring happiness in Aditi's life..she also deserve better like we do, and Arjun..i need to tell him everything about us..about our love.. i. was being so selfish and rude with Arjun many times..He loved me but I always used his friendship''

She was feeling really bad and wish he could have someone in his life. He hold her hand and nodded in understanding.''

''Once I reached home..i will tell Arjun and dhruv bhai everything and after all sort out we will marry again..'' He was aware about Arjun but what about aditi? How she was connected?

Arnav: ''What you trying to say, khushi?'' She don't know how to reveal the truth as he consider Aditi her sister but now she can't hide it anymore. She started narrating to arnav what she witnessed few days back.

*Flashback*

Khushi was winding up kitchen lights before going to bed for sleep. That's when she noticed Aditi's room were on. She started walking and was about to peeped into her room when she noticed her gloomy face. Aditi was staring at something for a while longer with her tears flowing unstoppably. Khushi was about to go inside but her next word rooted her to go inside.

''Oh god please save me..do I..m.. really pre...? No aditi don't think like that..this may be a coincident..'' She don't know why she is feeling so nervous. Its just a missed period and she cannot come to an conclusion on that basis. From past few days, she can sense something is changing inside her. She was feeling little unwell. Therefore, she made her routine check to clear her doubt. The reports were out but she is frighten to face the reality. She cannot bare the consequence of her one mistake which she committed out of haze.

She open the white envelop with her hand trembling in fear. She is praying to her inner goddess and breathe deeply before reading the contents on the reports.

On opening the envelop, her hand shivered seeing report showing positive sign. She get froze and collapse on the bed while a paper slipped from her hand. Khushi was confused and clueless what is going around. Slowly, she raised her hand and touched her stomach. She can't believe a life was growing inside her. She closed her eyes remembering that night.

Khushi don't know what is going on and what is bothering her? What is in that envelop that made her so tensed? She need to found out when she heard her weak voice.

''What I have done? I ruin my life with my own hands.. when I know he don't love me then why I let him so close...I am carrying his child..'' Khushi were shocked and bewildered as last words echoed in her ear drum. She closed her mouth unable to believe ears. May be she heard something wrong. She went straight to confront her.

''Di what is going on?'' Aditi immediately composed herself hiding those papers behind and wipe her tears.

''Did I really heard that you are pregnant? Its not true right?'' Aditi gulp down the saliva and look away hiding her emotions. Her expression said it all and gave all answers. She ran a frustrated hand.

''Main woh...I..I..'' she stammered unable to look into her eyes.

''Who is he? Answer me di..how the hell is that bas*** who destroyed your life..I won't spare him..'' She roared.

''Shut up khushi..not a word against him.. i will not tolerate it and who gave you right to poke your nose in my personal matter..go away'' Khushi made her sit calmly and gave her plane glass of water to chilled out.

''So you loves him? Aditi stare her. ''Di I am your sister..please tell me his name..we both will go to him and asked him to marry you and settle everything..I would be hapy if you also moved on in your life..''

''Its too late khushi..he is getting married and tomorrow I am going to abort this child..'' She widen her eyes.

''What the hell!!!!! Are you mad...How could you think like that..I won't let this happen at any cost.. you couldn't punish a little bundle of joy..''

''Its my baby and my decision so its better you stay out of it..''

''Okay you are not listening nah..i will tell Arjun..he only make you understand..''

''No!!!!!!!'' she suddenly raised her voice. Khushi eyed her by her sudden changed behavior hearing his name.

''I me..mean..khushi please don't tell this to anyone..i beg you i really don't want this child..it was a burden to me..you know how much I love karan and no one can take his place..you have no idea how much I cursed myself when I get intimate to..[Paused] it was entirely my mistake and if this baby come to this world how would face myself and specially karan's soul whom I betrayed..he is my first and last love and I won't be able to survive with this baby by my side..it saffocating me..''

But khushi is in no term to listen any of her plead. She walk past her and dial Arjun's number and he is the only one person who could stop her for doing all this stupidity.

''If you tell anyone I will kill myself..'' Khushi looked back shocked seeing knife she was holding near her pulse.

She quickly stepped near her and snatched it off. Her stubbornness was pissing her tremendously. She give up.

''Okay I won't tell anyone..'' Aditi unwillingly take promise from her and khushi without any option agreed. How could she let him know about her pregnancy when he don't love her. She don't want any burden on him..she will never let this to happen.

Di I promise I won't tell to anyone but only in a condition you wont harm this baby..'' Aditi nodded and khushi get some time to found out about that person's name whom she is protecting.

*Flashback end*

Arnav was stunted. He don't know how to react by this news. Aditi is pregnant? She was about to say when a bell rang distracted her. It was dhruv call and he yelled her over the phone.

''Okay bhai I m coming...!'' She disconnected and both exchanges worry glances.
