Part 35:

Morning, in RM, Delhi

"Mom..., Dad... Di... Dadiiii... come fast we are getting late" Akshaya heard his son calling them

"I never thought Chote would become this desperate. I don't know what happened to him" said Akshaya setting her hair

"Love happened, Khushi happened. You will never knew what we men would feel when love happens to us. We feel like, if we don't go to our love then our world will stop" said Aran

"OH really??? You are sounding so experienced" said Akshaya smiling little

"Of course I do... After all I too married Love of my life" said Aran cupping Akshaya's cheek.

Akshaya smiled looking at him with respect and love

"You know, when you had Arnav in you, your pregnancy wasn't complicated. I asked doctor to say that"

"What??? Why did you?" Akshaya gasped in shock

"Because I want you to be with me always. I didn't want you to go to your mother's place to deliver Arnav. I missed you so much when Anjali was born. I wanted to be with you when you enjoy your pregnancy. So, I asked doctor to say" Aran looked at Akshaya

Akshaya hugged him feeling content. She felt lucky to have such a wonderful person as her better half. Their little time got disturbed by sudden opening of their room door

"Oh come on... There I'm thinking to go to Lucknow on correct time and here you both are spending your time? It's not your time to do all these things. It's my time" Arnav said in irritating tone

"Chote... it's still 7 in the morning. We have flight in the afternoon 3. Why are you behaving like a desperate" Akshaya scolded her son lovingly holding his ears

"Oh come on Mom... after years of marriage, you and dad couldn't stay away for some time. I'm still young and going to get marry to love of my life. Then how can you ask me to stay quiet? What do you say Dad?" Arnav asked looking at his parents mischievously.

"Um... Akshaya I'm leaving to office now. I will come back by lunch" Aran tried to escape

"What? No you are not going to office" said Arnav

"I have a meeting Arnav" Aran said

"No you don't have. I asked your manager to cancel your all appointments till my marriage done" Arnav said in determination

"What? You cancelled MY meetings? that's not done Chote" Aran is shocked

"Then what do you want me to do? You kept yourself busy till night 10 with meetings. You didn't even remember about our travel. So, I cancelled your all meetings till my wedding gets over. No more arguments on this. Mom, you both get ready fast. I will go check with Di and Dadi. Don't know what they both are doing" muttering Arnav left the room to pester them to get ready, leaving amused parents behind

Same time in Morning, Khushi's house, Lucknow

"Titalitya... Did you talk with Arnav babua? When are they coming to Lucknow?" Buaji asked Khushi

"No Buaji, I didn't call him. He messaged me saying he is really busy as he is coming here for wedding. But he didn't mention when are they coming" Khushi said

"Okay... Now call him, I want to talk with Akshaya ji and Aran ji" ordered buaji

"Why buaji?"

"I want to invite them here first before they goes to Sheesh Mahal" said buaji

"Of course we have to invite them. I will prepare lunch for them too. Or else how will they manage there in Sheesh Mahal?" Latha asked exciting, thinking about to show Khushi as worthless

"Oho... Jeeji... what do you think? They will like to stay here? In girl's house? Never... they may come here not wanting to reject offer, but they will never think to depend on us" Khushi said and turned to Buaji "No problem buaji I will call Arnav ji and make you talk with Ma ji"

Nodding her head, buaji asked both Khushi and Latha to bring the list which they prepared few days back. They all settled in living room and checked the next work.

"We already finished buying all the things for puja. So, now we have to buy for Arnav babua's family" Garima said

"I will go and buy the cloths" Khushi said excited.

"What? YOU will go and buy clothes?" Latha asked in terror remember Khushi's taste and way of selecting dresses taking long time than needed, not knowing that Khushi did deliberately

"Yes jiji, I want to buy clothes for them. Don't worry I will go like this and buy and will come before you know"

"Where will you buy?" Latha asked guessing worst

"Where will I buy? The same market I took you previous day, atta market ( A/N this is in noida and it's not cheap but reasonable market. As I don't know anything about Lucknow, I used this here ), everything will come so cheap there. I will go there and buy" Khushi said with so much excitement. She rubbed her hands together in glee.

"OO sankadevi... did you lose your mind somewhere? What are you talking? You buy clothes in atta market for your in-laws?" Buaji asked faking shock

"Leave it Buaji, that is where her mind related and thinks. Khushi you no need to go and buy anything. I will go and buy clothes for everyone. I know where to buy and all. You just sit in house and help amma and buaji." said Latha with much irritation.

"But jiji..." Khushi pouted

"Enough Khushi... do what I say" Latha said and stood up to go to her room, but stopped hearing Khushi's words

"Teeeeeekhhh hai... I won't go out and buy anything. I will stay inside only. But buaji you said you and amma need to go somewhere? Then what will I do in house alone?"Khushi said and suddenly she shrieked in happiness and said again "YEEEE... I will cook lunch for us all... as you all are going out... I will cook for us. You all just go and finish your work. I will take care of things here"

"What? You will cook? Um... Khushi, I may not come back before lunch. So, you don't prepare anything for me. I will have food outside in market. You just prepare for amma and buaji, okay?" Latha said. She just lied not wanting to eat horrible food after tiring day

"But jiji?"

"It's okay Khushi, I will eat something. Now I'm going late, I need to leave" saying this Latha rushed to her room to get ready and leave soon.

After an hour later, Latha went out to buy clothes for Arnav's family. Latha decided to buy costly ones. Then she can tell that those cloths were selected by herself not by Khushi. Then she will be able to get close with family members. She needs to buy something else for mami ji, so that she can grab mami ji's attention. Thinking this Latha took an auto and left.

After Latha went out, Khushi prepared lunch while buaji and Amma sat in Living room and talked about few things. Later both the elders left the house for inviting few closed family and friends after having early lunch

Afternoon 4.30

Khushi sat in living room after having lunch while watching tv. After Amma and Buaji left the house she drifted into sleep unknowingly. When she woke up, it's already 3 in afternoon. She hungrily had the lunch. Now, she is sitting idle changing the channels. The doorbell rang and she rushed to open the door, thinking amma and buaji might came. But seeing the person on the door, she stood shocked and surprised.

Afternoon 3, Airport, Delhi

"Pheww... at last... you all got ready... Thank god..." Arnav said smiling broadly while buckling his seatbelt in flight.

Everyone looked at him astonished seeing him like this

"If Chote's employees sees him like this, then they will faint for sure" said Anjali looking at her brother

"I agree with you Anjali" said their mother

Dadi looked at Aran and both shared contented smile and thanked God for sending Khushi in their lives.

"Chote, Did you inform Khushi about our travel?" Aran asked

"No... I want to surprise Khushi. I don't want her to know about our travel" Arnav said looking at his family members

Everyone nodded their heads accepting his order/threat and settled well in their seats hearing the pilot's announcement of take off

After travelling for an hour, Raizada-s reached lucknow. Arnav, Anjali, Akash and NK ( A/N I hope you guys remembered about Akash and NK. They both are Mami and Mama's children. Mama working in government in high level where Akash is working with Arnav's father and NK works with Arnav) waited to collect their luggage, where all the elders went out to spot their cars. After few minutes all the youngsters came and they started their journey to Sheesh Mahal.

Arnav is restless and desperate to see Khushi. One week - it's really loooong period for him to stay away from Khushi. He just want to see her and hug her and if she allows then kiss her hard. He sighed and closed his eyes, resting his head on headrest. After sometime, he opened his eyes, feeling a tap on his shoulder. He looked at his father who stood outside the car door

"Don't you want to come with us?"

"Where?" Arnav asked before he see surroundings. He is pleasantly surprised seeing Khushi's house in front of him. A bright smile appear on his face "Dad!!!?"

"We too want to see our Khushi once before we leave to Sheesh Mahal" Dadi came and said

"Oh... I love you guys... saying that Arnav rushed to the door and rang bell.

Arnav stood in his place with the same bright smile on his face looking at his lady love.

"Arnav ji!!!!??" Khushi called him in surprise.

Arnav stepped forward and hugged Khushi tightly

"I miss you... I..." before he says anything, he felt a pull on his shoulder. He broke the hug and looked back to see his mother and Dadi looking at him angrily. He looked at Khushi again hearing her excited voice

"Sir... I mean Papa ji... Ma ji... Dadi ji... Anjali ji... oh... you all are here. Please come in... Mama ji, mami ji, Akash ji and NK ji... you also came... wow... please come in... please..."Khushi invited everyone with so much happiness in her face. They all can see how happy she is after seeing them. They felt relaxed seeing her smiling face. Everyone entered inside house

"Where is everyone Khushi?" asked Akshaya

"Didi went to shopping and amma, buaji went to invite some close friends. Please take your seats..." Khushi showed them sofas and rushed to kitchen to bring water.

"I don't know you all are coming today. Actually Buaji wanted to call you all before you go to your home. It's a pleasant surprise..." Khushi said coming from kitchen with water, she is still smiling broadly.

After talking some pleasantries, Khushi said

"I called amma and buaji and informed about your arrival. They are coming home. Till then, I will go and prepare tea. If you want to freshen up, please feel to use that room. Dadi, do you want to lie down for sometime?" Khushi asked with concern

"I'm not that old dear..."

"I didn't mean in that way Dadi ji... I'm sorry... I am just..." shock and hurt clear in Khushi's face

"OH stop it Ma... Khushi... don't mind, she is trying to tease you. Ma, come on you should lie for sometime..." Aran signalled his wife to take his mother to the room. Khushi showed them the bedrooms to freshen up. She rushed to kitchen to prepare the tea.

"Why amma and buaji taking this long time? OH god... what if I do something wrong? Devi Maiya... please help me" Khushi talked out praying her goddess

Suddenly two manly hands hugged her slim waist. She jerked little feeling scared but relaxed hearing "Shh... it's me" from his manly voice . She felt him burying his face in crook of her neck which made her close her eyes.

Arnav took deep breath filling his lungs with her aroma. He closed his eyes and pressed his cheek on her ear and pressed little making her bend her head little sideways

"I missed you a lot..." he whispered in low voice which shivered little, in her ear sending chill in her spain. "I love you Khushi" he kissed her temple and caressed her stomach on her dress

Khushi turned and hugged him tightly. Both closed their eyes tight, feeling each other in their arms.

"I missed you too..." Khushi whispered back.

Arnav broke the hug and looked at her face. Khushi gulped seeing his darkened eyes. Arnav slowly cupped her left cheek and then right after moving the hair strands aside. He looked in her eyes then lips then again her eyes. His eyes asked what he couldn't voice out - the permission to kiss her, which she gave by closing her eyes. Arnav slowly placed his lips on her. Khushi moaned in relax for being in Arnav's arms and Arnav groaned in satisfaction of having her in his arms. The kiss isn't passionate one or deep one. They both had others lips on them, that's all. But both can feel how much they missed each other. They broke the kiss after a minute or two. Arnav kept his forehead on her, still cupping her cheeks. Khushi held his hands and closed her eyes. Both stood there like that, feeling each other.

"I missed you like crazy, Khushi..."

"I missed you a lot, Arnav ji..."

Both said at same time and looked at each other and smiled little

"Just few more days... then no need to miss each other" Arnav said in low voice

"Hmm... I'm waiting for these days to end... How are you Arnav ji?" Khushi asked.

"Hmm... fine..." Arnav said, before they talk any other they heard buaji and amma coming inside calling for Khushi

"Titaliya..."

Arnav sighed and moved away from her little giving her chance to compose herself and continue preparing tea. If anyone sees them like that, they can never think these two were in so close posture just few seconds back.

"Arey Arnav babua... you are here? Where is your family? Did they leave?" Amman asked

"No Amma... they are freshening up in bedrooms." Khushi informed.

Thanking God, both Garima and Buaji left to the rooms to meet them. Immediately after they left the room, Arnav held Khushi's upper arm and pulled her towards him, making her hit his chest.

"Uh... Arnav ji... what are you doing? Someone will come..." Khushi looked at the door, trying to free herself from his hard grip.

"Tonight... Keep your room window open. I will come at night..." he said in his husky low voice

"Tonight? But why?" Khushi asked innocently

"Because I missed you a lot and I want to have you with me. As I can't do that now, I think night will be better option. No more arguments. Keep it open..." before she says anything he pecked her lips one more time and left the kitchen before someone comes there.
