Was Mia's hug with Felicity at the end of the seventh season future forward episode or William's hug where he runs into his father's arms during Oliver's trial in season six better?

Author's Opinion: Okay, I'm a massive Smoak-Queen supporter so, I thoroughly enjoy both of these scenes for their respective pairings, but I have to go with William and Oliver's.

Mia and Felicity's was a super sweet moment for them because it was like the official marker that resolved their problems with Felicity's lies, though we didn't get to see their relationship for as long as we'd seen the guys' relationships.

Whereas, with Oliver and William's problems, we saw them develope over the course of the season and in that particular moment, we see just how much William needs his father. It's just such a rewarding moment in their relationship so, I have to go with them :)
