There are literally SO MANY amazingly sweet families in the Arrowverse that it would be impossible to choose just one. Which is why I'm narrowing down this question to only a few (I love hearing all of your opinions on this subject, I just think it would be too hard with all of the families in option).

So for this one, you'll have to decide who's relationship is best with their father figure. Oliver with Quentin, Barry with Joe, or Kara and Alex with J'ohn J'ozz?

Author's Opinion:

Wow, this one was tough because I personally believe that all of these pairings are great in their own ways.

I never would've expected J'ohn to take up such a paternal ole in Kara and Alex's lives, but after Jeremiah was forced to leave the family, he really showed everyone just how prepared he was to step up to guide the two young adults.

Ironically, Oliver and Quentin have almost the exact opposite situation in my opinion. It was such a slow burning relationship that grew from Quentin hating (and in most cases, hunting) Oliver because he despised everything vilgantes stood for to this unlikely father-son pairing. Both men were hurting in more ways than one, but they helped each other through that pain. And that moment where in season six where Quentin says that he's proud to be able to call Oliver a son is just heartbreaking sweet 😭💚

But I just have to pick Barry and Joe, though.

It's honestly summed up with something that Barry said in season one:

"Yeah, you're right, Joe. You're not my dad. You're just the guy who tucked me in every night, bought me clothes, kept me fed, and the one who stayed with me during the night because I was scared of the dark. Sounds a lot like a dad to me."

They have always been so sweet together because they have a mix of both of the other two's relationship. Not only being a pair thrown together by coincidence, but also how their pairing benefits both father and son equally.

Overall, I really love all of these pairing but I have to go with Barry and Joe on this one :)
