Y/N's POV: 

When we arrive at the Steel Mill, we see that the place is being guarded by snipers

Y/N: Remember, incapacitate, not kill.

Kate: Got it.

Kate incapacitates some snipers  and I fight two of them, getting shot in the process

Y/N: Little help here?

Kate shoots an arrow to the goon's rifle, disarming him in the process

I knock him down afterwards

After that, we get in the steel mill and see that Joker's men have taken over

Y/N: If we find Sionis, he'll know what the Joker is planning.

Kate: What do we do now?

Y/N: Watch my back.

I drop down to fight the goons

I take down the first two with strong punches

Kate then arrows a goon that was sneaking up on me

Goon: My leg!

I grab him by the neck

Y/N: Sionis. Where are you keeping him?!

Before he could answer, a group of henchmen and a large enforcer come out through a secret door on the wall

I try to punch the enforcer, but he grabs my hand and slams me down on the ground

After that, the goons kick me while I'm on the groung

The lights then go out and the kicking stops

Kate comes to the rescue and takes the thugs down, except for the enforcer

When the lights go back on, I get up and see only the big guy standing

Enforcer: Ready for round two, Batsy?

I spit some blood and look at him

I swing a punch at him and he falls down

Y/N: Second round knockout.

Kate looks at me

Kate: Really? If it wasn't for me, you'd be dead.

Y/N: Thanks for having my back.

I open the secret door and we see an elevator at the end of the hallway

We then hear screaming coming from over there

Goon: No! Get them off! Argh!

When the door opens, we see a Joker thug, dead

Kate: What the...

I then activate my evidence scanner and see that the cause of death was poisoning

Y/N: He was poisoned. His system shut down entirely.

We use the elevator to the floor below and hear more creaming coming out of a room

Roman: Get me out of here!

There are two men guarding the room

Y/N: Wanna take care of them?

Kate shoots an electric arrow and incapacitates them

Y/N: Stay out here.

Kate: Why?

Y/N: I can't afford Black Mask to see you.

I get in the room alone and see Sionis tied up

Roman: Get me down.

I release him and he falls down

Y/N: Where's the Joker?

Roman: Go to hell.

Y/N: Wrong answer.

I kick him in the ribs multiple times

Kate then calls me out on comms

Kate: Y/N? What the hell is going on there?

I don't answer her

Y/N: By my count, there are nine more ribs I can break.

Roman: You think that'll make me talk? After what he's put me through? The torture, turned my men on me. Stole from me. Murdered my woman. He's my kill, not yours.

Y/N: I can control your pacemaker remotely. Want to see what two hundred and fifty beats per minute feels like?

Roman: You wouldn't...

Before Roman could finish talking, an assassin jumps on me right before I could react

Y/N: Copperhead...

She jumps on me again and stings me with something

Y/N: What did you do to me?

Copperhead: I killed you. And in a few more minutes, your body will realize it.

Kate's POV:  

I hear that Y/N is fighting someone inside the room

I decide to get in

Kate: Batman, where's Black Mask?

Y/N: G-Gone...

I see that he's weak and shaking

Kate: What happened?

Y/N: Copperhead...poisoned me.

Alfred then comes on comms

Alfred: Sir, your vitals are off the charts.

Y/N: Alfred...I need you to synthesise an antidote...for a powerful neurotoxin

He scans a sample of his blood for Alfred

Alfred: Okay, just get up to ground level so I can send in an air drop. And after this, you're coming back here so I can have a look at you.

I let Y/N lean on me so we can leave this place

When we get to the hallway, he starts getting worse

Y/N: Need...to get to ground level...

Kate: We're almost there, Y/N, just hang on

After that, he falls to the ground

Kate: No, no, no. Stay with me...please. Don't die on me, Y/N.

Y/N's POV:

I wake up in a dark room and hear a familiar voice

Loeb: You could have saved me. If you'd only come sooner. What were you doing? You're no hero. A real hero would have saved me.

After that, Loeb turns into Alfred

Alfred: What would your father say if he could see you now?

Alfred turns into the Bank Manager Joker killed

Bank Manager: You. What's wrong with you? You couldn't save me? Why? Why didn't you stop him? Why didn't you save me!?

The woman turns into...my father?

Thomas: My son...thinking he's some kind of savior. Let me tell you...you're not. You're a goddamn disgrace, a failure.

Y/N: I'm not a failure!

I then wake up in the elevator

Y/N: What happened?

Alfred: You were having a cardiac arrest, Miss Bishop used the difribilators in your suit to keep your heart going.

Kate: That's twice now...I almost lost you twice

She hugs me tightly

When we go back to were we were, we see an air drop coming

Alfred: Sir. The drop container has arrived. Can you see it?

Y/N: I see it.

I open the case and inject myself with the antidote

Kate: Are you alright?

Y/N: Better now.

Copperhead then arrives to where we are

Copperhead: You think you're cured? My poison, is still in your veins and it will remain there as long as you live, which won't be very long. 

Y/N: Bring it on...

I punch her in the stomach and slam her to the ground

Kate then helps me to tie her up

I then throw her inside a shipping container

Y/N: I'd like to see you get out of this.

Copperhead: I know where he is. The Joker.

Y/N: Tell me.

Copperhead: He's called the meeting. All the assassins will be there. When you set me free. I'll tell you where.

Y/N: Thanks. I owe you one.

Copperhead: Wait! I can tell you the location.

Y/N: You already did.

I close the container door

Y/N: Alfred - send NYPD an anonymous tip. Tell them to look inside the shipping containers at the steel mill.

Alfred: Does that mean you've dealt with Copperhead, sir?

Y/N: Yes. And I'm about to deal with the Joker.

Alfred: I don't think that's wise after what you've just been through. You should come back here for medical...

Y/N: Not now. Alfred. Electrocutloner's gloves emit a powerful electromagnetic signal which I can follow with my scanner. He'll lead me right to the Joker. Cpuld you track It for me?

Alfred: Hmm...It seems that Mr. Buchinski is in the Royal Hotel, sir.

Y/N: I'm on my way there now.

I head off to the hotel with Kate and see that The Joker and his men have already taken control of the hotel

Alfred: Master Bruce. Has the Joker taken a room at the Royal?

Y/N: He's here.

Kate: I think I can find out where he is. We can use the cameras to find out where he is.

Kate then uses the cameras in the security room

Kate: Got it. Top floor, penthouse.

Just as Kate says that, we see on the cameras that Electrocutioner was thrown off the penthouse

Third Person POV:

With Electrocutioner dead, Joker dismisses all the assassins...or at least most of them

Batman then takes Electrocutioner shock gloves

Y/N: I need you to get to be building opposite the penthouse, you'll have a good view from there

Kate: Fine. Be careful.

Y/N: I will.

He grapples up and goes all the way to some floors below the penthouse

Batman then enters a room with a timer and explosives ready to go off

He jumps out the window and grapples to a Daily Bugle helicopter before the room could blow up

Vicki Vale: Good lord! I don't believe it! Tell me we still getting this.

Cameraman: Yeah, we still live.

Vicki Vale: This is Vicki Vale reporting live from the New York Royal Hotel where there's just been a massive explosion! And now it appears the Batman has been blown from the building by the blast and is somehow hanging from the bottom of our helicopter! Wait what's this? Several armed men have gathered on a balcony.

Batman drops down from the helicopter and fights Joker's men

The camera attached to the chopper films Batman fighting the thugs

Just as a henchman was about to shoot him, he gets hit by an arrow to his shoulder, Kate was giving Batman some backup from the other building

Y/N: Nice shot.

As Batman gets closer to the penthouse, Alfred contacts him

Alfred: Sir. I've just seen the explosion at the Royal on the news. The hotel guests...are they safe?

Y/N: Not now, Alfred.

Alfred: Sir? Are you alright? Your voice...

Y/N: I'm fine, Alfred. I've dealt with psychopaths before, but this...

He gets to the elevator that will take him to the penthouse

Batman decides to hide on top of the elevator when he hears someone coming

Bane gets in the elevator and smashes the roof and gets Batman out of there

He grabs the vigilante by the neck and throws him around, smashing him against the walls

Bane throws Batman inside the room where Joker is

Joker: Nice of you to drop in...and just in time.

Bane: He's mine, payaso.

Joker: Ah, ah, ah. Remember, you gave your word.

He shows him a detonator with "Royal" written on it

Bane: You have one minute.

Joker: Do they even have manners where he comes from? You see, it's a tradition in my house - to open one present each on Christmas Eve. Hmm... How about... this one?

He pushes detonator lever and blows up the entire building nearby.

Batman grabs Joker by the collar

Y/N: How many lives did you just take?!

Joker: None...I think. That was just a little stocking-stutter. A construction site blocking my view.

Batman repeatedly punches Joker when Bane interrupts by punching Batman

Kate: Y/N? What the hell is going on there?

Y/N: Not now!

Bane then pins Batman down with his elbow

Bane: I've long waited for this moment. With your death, I will find peace.

He picks Batman up and throws him out the window, making him land on the balcony

Kate sees him from where she is

Bane drops down to the balcony

Alfred: Sir, I won't stand by and watch you kill yourself! I'm calling captain Gordon.

Batman gets up and gets ready to fight Bane
