After Harry left we were still standing there awkwardly. I decided to break the silence "So! Umm... does that mean I am appointed?"

Dr. Johnson looked towards me as if I am the most foolish person on earth and maybe I am to ask such questions. "You are seriously asking me that question Dr. Williams. Obviously, the owner of this company appointed you. Who am I to question his decisions. Go ahead get your appointment letter and you can join from tomorrow." "Why tomorrow? I would love to join now" He huffed "There are some code of conducts that we have to follow. It will be better if you officially join tomorrow. For today you can have the hospital tour or anything you like." I nodded and left along with Liam and Louis. "Let me show you around Althea. I am free for a while" Liam said once we left the administrative area. "Uh, I am free too for a while. If you don't mind me joining" Louis interjected. Liam gave a knowing smile to me. I rolled my eyes. "Sure you can join. There is no need to ask."

For the next hour I was given a grand tour to the hospital. Liam put his arms around my shoulder "The food of this hospital cafeteria is yum. Unlike other hospitals they actually do provide good food, the pizza is worth tasting for" I laughed "You can't be serious" "I am" he said with determination. Louis cleared his throat and said "Not to be rude or anything. But are you guys dating or something?" Liam chuckled and wiggled his eyebrows. I sighed knowingly "No we are just best friends. We are sort of nappy friends, if that is any word. Basically I know him since I was three and he was four or five I don't exactly remember." Liam put his hand on heart and said melodramatically "Aww, don't tell me Althea that secretly you don't love me. I know you have wet dreams about me"
I made a puking face "Eww that was so gross Liam. You are basically my brother." I shuddered while imagining what he just said "Don't you dare say such things again" "Ouch!" he fake hurt "And here I was planning our future together with little kids roaming around" I crinkled my nose "Did you bump your head or something Liam. You are talking nonsense" I said irately. He giggled "Relax. I was kidding" Louis was looking towards us amused "This way, come on" he said breaking our bickering and we entered the hospital cafeteria and the first thing I heard was an obnoxious and sweet girlish laugh and soon I found the source. It was an Indian girl around mid twenties laughing and talking with a doctor. "Who is she?" I asked with interest. Liam fake gasped "Don't tell me this is love at first sight. Are you interested in girls? Maybe that is the reason you were immune to my charms! "Shut up Liam and stop exaggerating. You are just average looking. Don't boost your ego" I replied playfully. He pouted and Louis laughed. "Come let's meet her" Louis said. When we approached the table she stopped laughing and looked towards us. She got a petite body and dark black natural hair. Louis introduced us "Althea she is Dr.Priya Gupta and Priya she is Dr. Althea Williams, she will be joining tomorrow." I took my hand out to shake with her but she looked towards me disappointed "I kind of believe in giving hugs" And just like that she took me in an embrace.I was surprised at first but then returned her gesture by hugging her back. She was genuinely warm hearted girl. "I think you and I will get along well" I said. She winked and said "I have sort of found my new best friend. And I will get a break from this man Louis. I am getting bored of him as friend and need a new one just like you. He is very serious and boring" Louis glared towards her and she giggled. Her aura and her energy was contagious. She was clearly a bubbly and high spirited human. "This maniac of a girl from India is my best friend since our medical school." Louis said. She giggled and then gasped "Hey I and Louis are going to a club tonight. You guys can come join too. We will party all night." She said enthusiastically. I and Liam agreed and we nodded. "Eep. Tonight we are so gonna rock. New Yorkers here we come" She said rather a bit loudly. Louis put a hand above her mouth "Lower your voice down Priya. We are in a hospital"
She glared towards him and then smiled looking towards us. "Althea I guess you are friends with Liam. Let me tell you, only we two are sane here. Rest all are mad, insane" I laughed "Ya I can clearly see that" "So it's decided. Tonight at 8" Louis said cutting our nonsense of a talk.

At 7.30 I and Liam reached the destined club. I was wearing a knee length blue dress with square neck line. It was quite decent and Liam was adorning a jeans and T-shirt. Soon we saw the duo coming towards us after parking their car. Priya was wearing skin fitted jeans and crop top and Louis was wearing V-neck T shirt and jeans. "Ready to rock" Priya asked. We nodded and started walking towards the club. "No alcohol for me please" I said before entering the club. "You are a non- drinker too!" Priya asked "What do you mean by too?" I asked "Well I don't drink either. How can we ask our patients to avoid it, if we are not following the rule" I looked towards her with adoration and respect. She is definitely a woman with class and words. When we entered the club we walked towards VIP section. Perks of being a billionaire in New York. "Why didn't anyone stopped us?" Louis asked confused. Liam laughed "Just enjoy the luxury mate" Louis nodded without pressing the issue. We took our seats and we were about to order or drinks when I heard a familiar voice. "Althea, Liam is that you guys?" I looked towards the source and found Ashton standing along with Harry and some other blond guy. Wait Harry Styles! How the hell my brother know him. I gulped nervously. I don't know why this guy makes me nervous and giddy. He was wearing a T shirt with leather jacket and Jeans giving bad boy aura. I looked towards my brother and smiled   "Hello brother" I stood up and took him in a hug followed by Liam.
"Wait this chic is your sister" Harry asked amused. Ashton glared towards him "She is not some random chic, she is my sister. And you better stay away from her." Ashton warned. "Well that is difficult mate." Harry replied and my brother groaned. Harry smirked. "You see Ash, she is appointed as a doctor in one of my hospitals. So we will meet each other." Ashton looked surprised "You got the job!" I nodded and pointed towards Harry "Thanks to him" Ashton looked confused. "Later, brother. Long story" He nodded and I noted the blond guy standing and looking amused, he was cute to look at. The kind of cute and  calm with whom you can share your secrets. Ashton followed my gaze and introduced us. "By the way this man here is Niall Horran. He is one of our business partners" Ashton told. "I didn't know you knew Styles" I said. Ashton laughed "Althea even Liam knows him. Liam's parents, our parents and Styles are dealing with each other in business." I looked utterly confused and shocked towards him. He laughed "Never mind. Introduce  us to your friends" He said motioning towards the long forgotten people sitting on the table.

"Oh! Right, that was so rude of me. Ashton this is Louis Tomilson, he is a doctor too and this is Priya Gupta, she is my new found friend" He shook hands with Louis and then with Priya but with a new found interest "Priya! Indian?" She nodded. "So, tell me something about you" Ashton asked. Liam and I looked towards each other knowingly. I smirked and cleared my throat and Ashton let go of her hand. Priya blushed and Ashton coughed awkwardly. To ease the tension I asked "So how come you guys are here?"

"We came here to celebrate our victory, but I guess we have found a new reason to celebrate" Harry said watching me with so much interest and passion. I felt nervous and jittery.

"What could be the new reason?" Louis asked irately. Harry shoot daggers towards him and said "Althea got the job. Isn't it something to celebrate?"

"Why am I sensing competition here" Liam whispered in my ear. I nudged him and looked towards Ashton for help but he was busy ogling Priya, I smiled and from the corner of my eye I saw Niall studying me, like he found some new project for experimenting. I shifted from one toe to another awkwardly. He noticed that.

"Oh sorry I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable. I was just trying to see what Harry found in you that he was continuously talking about you since I met him." Niall said.

I looked surprised and blushed "Why would he talk about me?" I asked

"Clearly, that is what I am trying to figure out" he answered. I nodded and found Liam and Harry conversing and Louis sitting idly. I excused myself and sat next to him "What happened to you?" He sighed and answered "Nothing. Althea Harry is a player, stay away from him." I looked confused towards him. I was about to ask him why but I heard that husky voice "Is this pretty lady free for a dance?" I looked up and saw Harry standing with his hand out. I looked towards Liam and he was smirking, then I looked towards Louis he was glaring towards him. I cleared my throat "I don't know how to?" He smiled showing his dimple "Don't worry Love, I will teach you" I nodded and placed my hands in his.

When we reached the dance floor I saw Ashton dancing with Priya and I smiled.

Harry pulled me towards him and put his hands on my waist and started swaying along with the music. This sort of closeness was making me giddy. His cologne was becoming my addiction. "I would like to know you well Althea. I don't know why I didn't notice you earlier despite you being Ashton's sister. I blushed "maybe you were busy in some other things" He nodded "Clearly I was. Or else how did I not notice you?" I turned red.

"This is just the starting of long and beautiful night" Harry promised and I blushed.
