"Jeonghan, I don't understand what's going on in your brain." Joshua blurted out as he sat with his brother on a table at Seokmin's restaurant.

"Wait for him to arrive, I'll explain everything to you." Jeonghan bit his nails.

It was when Seokmin arrived, "Oh hyung, good morning!!"

"Good morning." Jeonghan chuckled.

Joshua instantly embraced the younger and mumbled a few words which were inaudible for Jeonghan. He separated both of them, "You can romance later on, hear me first."

"Yeah yeah!" Seokmin was embarrassed but both of them sat down along with the older.

"First of all, let me explain to you the base story." Jeonghan went on to recite everything for the two about his differences with Seungcheol and how he was planning to win his trust once again.

"Hyung, that's a bit impossible, isn't it?" Seokmin hesitated, "As far as I know about Cheol hyung, he would never uh- you know-"

"Never forgive me." Jeonghan completed his sentence, "But there's nothing wrong in trying. I want you to pass me his schedule and all so I can figure out the right timings to see him and plan a few things for him. My plans shouldn't clash with his schedule right?"

"Yeah but I don't have his schedules." Seokmin nodded, "Why would I have them? It's his professional matter."

"Then how can I get them?" Jeonghan leaned forward.

"You can get them through his team mates." Joshua suggested.

"Yeah but I'm not very close with them." Jeonghan paused, "Seungkwan would never agree and Vernon would definitely talk about it with him. Plus they're a bit young to know about this whole mess."

"I'll help you." Seokmin declared, "I think Hoshi hyung and Mingyu are the best choices for this job. They'll definitely help you, should I call them?"

"Please do."

The next moment, Seokmin called the two and requested them not to tell anyone about it. Although both of them were a bit busy, Seokmin insisted them to buy some time.

So as planned, both of them arrived at the venue and were surprisingly met with Jeonghan and Joshua.

"Oh, hello hyung." Mingyu chuckled, "We didn't expect you both to be here."

"Actually-" Jeonghan stood up, "Seokmin called you because of me."

"You?" Hoshi asked, "What happened? Is everything alright?"

"Yeah everything is fine." Jeonghan nodded, "Don't worry, take a seat."

"Jeonghan, I think you should talk alone." Joshua suggested, "We'll leave."

"Yeah fine." Jeonghan agreed to which Joshua and Seokmin left while the other three sat in silence.

Jeonghan didn't know how to begin it. They were Seungcheol's best friends after all, he didn't know how they were going to react.

"What is it hyung?" Hoshi gently asked, "Are you okay? Should we call Cheol hyung?"

"No no!" Jeonghan interjected, "Actually I've to talk to you about him."

"I don't understand." Mingyu looked at Hoshi then back at the older.

"I don't know how to start." Jeonghan squinted his brows, "I think you probably don't know that I have known Seungcheol since highschool-"

"We know." Hoshi hesitantly intervened, "I mean not all, only me, Woozi, Mingyu and Wonwoo know, that too accidentally."

"Accidentally?"

"Yeah. He was probably stressed so he drank too much on the day of his bachelor's party." Mingyu informed, "When we brought him back, he spilled everything to us while being drunk."

Jeonghan looked down. He didn't know why but he was feeling ashamed of himself. He knew what he had done to Seungcheol and the fact that the younger ones were now aware of his wrong doings were a threat to his confidence.

"It's alright hyung, he told us that you tried to apologise." Hoshi eased the tension as he held the older's hand, "Don't feel bad, we know you were guilty for it."

"But hyung, if you want us to talk to him, we can't." Mingyu hesitantly stated, "Because we have already tried to but he dismissed us."

While the conversation was going on, both of them were oblivious of one fact. Mingyu and Hoshi didn't know that Jeonghan accidentally overheard Seungcheol saying that he still loved him, while Jeonghan didn't know that the younger ones were well aware of Seungcheol's feelings.

"And please don't think wrong of him that he told us everything without your consent." Hoshi explained, "He never talked to us about this before getting drunk that day."

"I understand, don't worry." Jeonghan nodded, "And I don't need you to talk to him, I'll do that myself. I just need a little help."

"Yeah sure, what is it?"

"Do you have his working schedule?" Jeonghan asked, "I want that. I want to make sure that my plans don't clash with his work. It's already sorted from my side but he'll ask too many questions if I'll directly ask him."

Mingyu and Hoshi looked at each other for a while. It seemed like they were communicating through his eyes.

"Okay hyung, we can do that." Mingyu agreed, "But you know that he can file a lawsuit against all three of us over this, right?"

"What?" Jeonghan was in disbelief, "He would sue us for this?"

"He can but he won't, of course." Hoshi assured, "Leaking an artist's personal information which is not publicly issued by them or their label is a criminal offence."

"Oh right." Jeonghan recalled, "But he won't do that so it's fine right?"

"Yeah, all the best hyung!" Mingyu chuckled, "We genuinely want everything to be fine between you and him."

And that's how they took the most risky decision of all time.

"You're 15 minutes late." Minghao informed.

"For what?" Jeonghan raised his brow as he settled in his cabin.

"Did you forget? You've a meeting with Mr. Park Jaejun." Jun added, "The CEO of the Charms Label."

"Didn't we already deny his tender?" Jeonghan looked at his managers, "And where did Joshua go? He came with me right?"

"Yeah he went to his cabin." Minghao retorted, "And Mr. Park is waiting in the meeting room."

"What?" Jeonghan stood up, "Why?"

"You're seriously forgetting everything hyung." Jun scoffed, "He asked us to schedule a meeting with you so we did. I even mailed you the whole information."

"Okay it must have slipped from my mind." Jeonghan massaged his temples, "I'm going to the meeting room."

He walked towards the desired place and as expected he was met with Jaejun's wicked yet innocent smile. He ordered his assistant to leave the room as the two businessmen were left alone.

"Yes, Mr. Park?" Jeonghan took his seat.

"Don't you think you were too reckless in denying a deal with Charms?" Jaejun got straight to business.

"No, not at all." Jeonghan replied. He was very well aware of Jaejun's intentions.

He knew that Jaejun was behind most of the fake scandals of Seungcheol. And the fact that he wanted to deal with Jeonghan just after his wedding was a bit too suspicious.

"Look Mr. Yoon, I really want Rose Quartz to be in charge of the costumes of the upcoming comeback of my label's most important group." Jaejun explained, "What's wrong with the deal?"

"It simply doesn't fit right with my profit ratio." Jeonghan stated, "I can't close this deal."

"We can raise the payment." Jaejun offered, "Double? Triple? What amount do you want?"

"You being this desperate sparks the possibility of you having some other intentions Mr. Park." Jeonghan smirked subtly.

"Not at all, I just want the most famous clothing brand to design costumes for my most successful group." Jaejun lied, of course.

"Still, we can't get this deal done." Jeonghan scoffed, "I'm already dealing with three major companies in this field, two of them being your direct rivals. They're my oldest clients-"

"I get it now." Jaejun cut him off, "Is it because of BSK? Or more accurately your husband?"

"Probably?" Jeonghan chuckled wickedly, "Tell me Mr. Park, if you're already dealing with a particular company who's the source of your constant profits, would you deal with another company which can possibly ruin your relations with your older clients?"

"That's not how business works, Mr. Yoon." Jaejun squinted his brows.

"That's exactly how business works, Mr. Park." Jeonghan stated, "Whatever you assume, doesn't concern me but this deal is not fruitful for either of us."

"Fine." Jaejun stood up as he offered his hand, "It was nice meeting your Mr. Yoon. You're exactly like what I had heard of you."

Jeonghan shook hands with him, "Depends, on what you heard about me."

Jaejun left with his staff as Jeonghan smiled in victory. He has successfully dodged a plan to ruin his reputation which could eventually harm his business.

"Yeah she's the one." Seungkwan introduced a lady to Seungcheol, "Miss Kim Hana, your new manager for the upcoming months."

"Good afternoon Mr. Choi." Hana bowed, "I hope I can serve you the best."

The said lady was in her mid 20s. Her long, brown hairs complimented her charming smile and innocent face. She looked like a person one could rely on.

Seungcheol bowed back as he smiled awkwardly, "Thank you."

"You'll begin from today Miss Kim." Seungkwan ordered, "Mr. Yang Jungwon, Serenity's overall manager would guide you for today."

"Overall manager?" Hana asked.

"Yeah he's in charge of their schedules and demands." Seungkwan informed, "You can assume that he's the CEO specific for Serenity. He does all the things for Serenity which I do for the whole company."

"In short, he's your boss." Seungcheol summarised it.

"Okay I get it sir." Hana nodded politely.

"He'll assign you all the work so meet him by 2 pm sharp." Seungkwan looked at his watch, "You may leave."

Hana bowed and left the cabin after taking one subtle look of Seungcheol.

"So, have you done all the background checks right?" Seungcheol asked, "Is she worth our trust?"

"As far as my sources informed me, she's fine for this work." Seungkwan nodded, "Plus she's just a temporary replacement until your original manager comes back."

"Okay." Seungcheol nodded.

"And you all have costume fittings this evening." Seungkwan informed, "Don't take it easy just because your husband is the dealer."

"Of course, I'll be even more strict, okay?" Seungcheol rolled his eyes.

"I know." Seungkwan chuckled.

"Sir, Mr. Park is here." A staff member informed Leehyuk who was going through some fresh designs of their upcoming clothing collection.

"Yeah I'm coming." Leehyuk stood up to reach the meeting room.

"Nice to see you Mr. Kim." Jaejun stood up as they exchanged a hand shake.

"Should I be happy to see you or feel pity over you." Leehyuk sat down along with him, "I heard you tried to deal with Rose Quartz before coming to me?"

"But that doesn't change the fact that I want to deal with Blue Vintage now, does it?" Jaejun retorted.

"It does." Leehyuk nodded, "Not that I mind, I'm used to it. Blue Vintage is always second. A second choice for everyone whose deal is rejected by Yoon Jeonghan."

Jaejun thought for a while. He could totally acknowledge the grudges Leehyuk seemed to have against Jeonghan. And he couldn't demand for a better partner in crime.

"Seems like someone is bitter over the success of Rose Quartz." Jaejun smirked.

"Yeah, just like you are always trying your luck against BSK." Leehyuk retorted.

"Well, instead of bringing each other down, why don't we work against them, together?" Jaejun proposed.

"What do you have against BSK though?" Leehyuk asked.

"Exactly what you have for Rose Quartz."

"No." Leehyuk nodded, "I, not only want Rose Quartz under me, I also want Jeonghan himself."

"Pardon?"

"I want him, what else do I need to explain in that?" Leehyuk scoffed, "And please don't start with the fact that he's married. I know and I don't give two fucks about that."

"Oh." Jaejun grinned wickedly, "I get it. Then, you're an even closer friend to me. I want BSK's downfall, especially Serenity's because they're BSK's backbone. Once Seungcheol's reputation collapses, the whole of Serenity and BSK will be thrown under the bus."

"And? That doesn't make any profit for me, does it?" Leehyuk cocked a brow.

"It does!" Jaejun leaned forward, "Why don't we ruin both of them together along with bringing differences between them? You get Jeonghan and I get their downfall. C'mon, something's better than nothing."

"You sound convincing." Leehyuk chuckled.

"Deal?"

"Deal."
