"Do you, Choi Seungcheol, take Yoon Jeonghan as your wedded husband?"

"Yes."

"Do you, Yoon Jeonghan, take Choi Seungcheol as your wedded husband?"

"I do."

"Yoon Jeonghan and Choi Seungcheol, having witnessed your vows of love to one another, it is my joy to present you to all gathered here, as husbands. You may kiss."

Kiss? Oh yeah, kiss.

Jeonghan looked at Seungcheol hesitantly, having no idea over what to do. For the first time, his heartbeat was racing as he was drowned in nervousness.

Seungcheol took a steady step towards him as he grabbed the younger's waist and shifted him a bit, "Don't worry." He whispered as he got closer to his lips and successfully created a facade of a kiss.

The cheers coming from the guests were an evidence that everyone had believed something which had never happened.

The couple displayed a fake smile after which they walked off the stage. They were introduced to close relatives and business partners and had some conversations with their own friends. After dealing with the exhaustive event, they got into the car to reach the venue of after-party with the close friends only.

The awkwardness between the two of them was increasing as they were sitting together in the back of the car, looking out of the window.

They had been mentally preparing themselves after their marriage was fixed but now since it had finally happened, it hit them like a truck.

They were married now.

Seungcheol clenched his fist, he didn't want it. He was tied to a person he never wanted to see. He really didn't want to fall for Jeonghan anymore. Loving him was tempting but as he fell deeper, it was heartbreaking.

Things had changed in those long years but his love for the younger didn't move even by an inch. He himself couldn't believe, how? Why couldn't he just move on?

Meanwhile Jeonghan was into his thoughts as well. How was he going to initiate his plan of apologising to the older? He knew that Seungcheol was kinda repulsive towards him but that's exactly what he had to overcome.

Lost in thoughts, he didn't realise that they had reached their new mansion, and the after-party was organised there itself. Seungcheol was standing with the door open for the younger to walk out, "Jeonghan come out, will you?"

"Yeah." Jeonghan nodded in embarassment as he stepped out and both of them walked in.

Their friends were already present there to loudly cheer for them. The chaos settled down after a while but they managed to settle down.

"I think most of us know each other." Seungkwan initiated, "But still, let's introduce each other once, including both of you." He referred to the couple.

"Alright." Jeonghan chuckled, "I'm Yoon Jeonghan, probably older than you all so you can address me as hyung or informally, whatever suits you."

"I'm Choi Seungcheol, often referred to as S.Coups as it is my stage name." Seungcheol mostly looked at Jun and Minghao who were the only strangers for him, "And you can call me hyung!"

"I'm Yoon Jisoo, but call me Joshua. And as you all probably don't know, I'm going to marry Seokmin soon."

"So are we telling these things too?" Jun laughed, "So I'm Wen Junhui, Jun in short and I'm dating Minghao."

"Aish hyung!" Minghao smacked his shoulder gently, "I'm Xu Minghao, nice to meet you all."

"You don't need to be formal, hyung." Mingyu stated.

"I'm same age as you." Minghao retorted with a grin.

"Ah really? That's great. Anyways, I'm Kim Mingyu! In-charge of this cat here." He placed his palm beneath Wonwoo's chin who just laughed, "I'm Jeon Wonwoo and I'm not a cat, I'm a human."

"Totally opposite of this brat." Woozi pretended to choke Hoshi's neck, "I'm Lee Jihoon but I go with the name, Woozi. And this HUMAN who thinks he's a tiger is unfortunately mine."

"I'm Kwon Soonyoung." Hoshi held Woozi's hand and squished his cheeks, "I go with the name Hoshi. And I'll stop calling myself a tiger when this person will accept that he's cute."

"Two impossible things." Seungcheol scoffed with a smile.

"I'm Chwe Hansol but I go with the name, Vernon and somehow my company's CEO happened to be my boyfriend."

"That was kinda mean but I'm used to it now. Heya everyone, I'm Boo Seungkwan, and this statue-like person is the one I'm dating."

"And I'm still the youngest, Lee JungChan but call me Dino. Watching all of them bicker like they're younger than me, is my favourite drama."

"Woah wait, Seungkwan, aren't you younger than them?" Jun asked, "How do you keep up with being the CEO?"

"He's very good at that, I must say." Jeonghan patted his shoulder, "I've seen in the meetings and also when we talk about these things."

"Indeed." Seungcheol agreed, "He knows exactly when he needs to be the CEO and when a good younger brother."

"Stop it y'all, today's not my day." Seungkwan clapped, "Let's cheer for you, Seungcheol hyung and Jeonghan hyung!"

Jeonghan and Seungcheol looked at each other, the awkwardness and hesitation was inevitable in their eyes. They were suddenly being referred as husbands, of course they needed time to adapt.

"First of all, let's click some pictures when we're sober enough." Mingyu stood up and settled a camera.

"You came all prepared." Jun admired.

"Of course." Hoshi chuckled.

And as stated, a small and customised photobooth was settled up. All of them began to click pictures and soon enough it didn't look like they were sober at all.

Mingyu, Hoshi, Dino and Seungkwan even kicked out Seungcheol to have some solo shoots with Jeonghan so Joshua and Jun adopted the older for the meantime.

After the chaotic mess, Seungcheol gestured Jeonghan to accompany him out of the hall. They walked away from everyone and reached the kitchen.

"What happened?" Jeonghan asked. This was their first private conversation of their wedding day.

"Actually, I had to tell you that you don't have to force yourself here." Seungcheol stated.

"Pardon? I didn't understand what you wanted to imply." Jeonghan cocked a brow.

"I mean, I know they're being loud and chaotic but they're always like that. I'm one of them too." Seungcheol explained, "But you don't need to bother yourself and bear with their tantrums."

Jeonghan just stared at him with squinted eyebrows. When the older didn't get an answer, he hesitated, "Why are you not saying anything?"

"I'm just trying to understand how ridiculous you can be." Jeonghan crossed his hands against his chest.

"What?"

"Now don't act up, what are you even talking about?" Jeonghan inhaled a deep breath, "It's not like I'm meeting them for the first time. Yes, I'm not very close to them except for Seungkwan, Vernon and Dino but still, I know they're great people and I want to embrace them in my life. Why do you think I'm getting stressed or something?"

"I was just making sure." Seungcheol nodded, "If someone I barely know is meeting my friends through me, I should definitely do this."

"Of course." Jeonghan chuckled bitterly at the choice of his words, "Thank you for teaching me some basic manners Mr. Choi. Are you alright if my friends, Jun and Minghao and my brother, Joshua, stay here for a while?"

Seungcheol fell silent. He was speechless at the payback, "Of course I'm fine." Now he wasn't in the condition to add words like 'Why would I mind?' or 'You didn't have to ask me.'

"Anything else?" Jeonghan asked calmly which contradicted his clenched jaw.

"No-" Before Seungcheol could say anything else, Jeonghan began to walk away but the older was quick to grab his arm and pull him back.

"Now that's something you shouldn't do to someone you barely know." Jeonghan looked at Seungcheol's hand gripping his arm.

"Fine, I know I asked you a wrong question but I genuinely didn't mean it that way." Seungcheol clarified, "I just wanted to make sure that you were comfortable."

"Why do you need to worry about that if we mean nothing to each other?" Jeonghan stepped as close as he could, weakening the older's heart, "You know what? Stop acting like we're strangers because you very well know that we're not. Your hatred towards me won't turn us into strangers."

"Then? What are we?" Seungcheol's grip on the younger's arm tightened, he hated it, he hated how his heart was racing due to the proximity, "If not strangers, then what are we, Jeonghan?"

I can't organise my heart that has accumulated so much
Overflowing with countless emotions
I looked at myself again in daze, left alone
A very painful night without any reason

"Husbands." Jeonghan displayed his ring finger to the older showing their wedding ring, "We're married. To each other."

"You're taking it seriously?" Seungcheol laughed dryly, "Do you even know about the dedication you need to have in such a relationship, in a marriage? Snap out from your school days Jeonghan, this is a phase where your commitments would matter, a lot."

"I know, I've learnt that from my past mistakes." Jeonghan's voice softened, "It's you who needs to stop judging my whole life based on one mistake I made, for which I'm still apologising."

"As if your sorry would help." Seungcheol rolled his eyes, "I've said it earlier and will say that again, it's not easy to fix a broken heart. Playing with someone's feelings is not a mistake, it's a choice which you took up willingly. There's no apology for-"

He was cut off when both of them heard a sound. They looked at the door only to find Dino picking up the plates that were on the ground.

"What happened Dino, are you alright?" Seungcheol asked as both of them walked towards him and helped him.

"Nothing hyung." Dino stated, "I came here for water but looked like I interrupted something. I was just walking away but unfortunately, my hand accidentally hit these plates and they fell down. Sorry."

According to him, the couple was having their time because obviously he didn't hear anything. Both of them were too close to each other for anyone else to overhear their conversation.

"No it's fine Dino." Jeonghan grinned, "And you interrupted nothing. We were just talking. Let's go."

Jeonghan went away with Dino and Seungcheol simply followed. The youngest had just saved them from having a heated argument.

When they reached the hall, they found out that a discussion over Seungcheol's previous rumour was going on.

"I'm so happy that his dating scandal got cleared up." Seokmin scoffed, "I didn't know that Park Jaejun was still trying."

"He is still up with his plans but it wasn't his fault this time." Seungkwan casually sipped his drink as everyone turned towards him.

"What do you mean?" Seungcheol asked.

"Yeah. The rumours started when you and Miss Hari had a photoshoot and you held the umbrella for her." Seungwan recalled, "It was an act of humanity but it was twisted by the people who saw it."

"That's ridiculous." Seungcheol let out an irritated sigh.

"I know but I had to bring up an extremely believable story to completely end the scandal." Seungkwan explained, "So I falsely framed Jaejun. He's always on the radar anyways."

"But it wasn't the truth." Vernon nodded.

"Do you think that matters?" Seungkwan chuckled, "I honestly don't care about the truth when clearing up false rumours are important to me."

"You're doing great Seungkwan." Jeonghan laughed as they both shared a high five.

"Why are you both so wicked?" Mingyu joined in the laughters.

"As if you all are so innocent." Seungkwan mocked, "So pure, so kind, just like angels."

"We need it to survive and grow in this business world." Jeonghan stated, "We aren't harming anyone, we're just making a way for ourselves. It's not about being wicked, it's about playing smart."

"He always plays unexpected games." Kim Leehyuk scoffed as his fashion designing company, Blue Vintage, once again lost an important deal to Jeonghan's Rose Quartz.

"SIR?!" A man barged into his room while he was drinking, "Did you see the news?"

"What is it, Shin?" Leehyuk asked his assistant.

The man, Shin Hyeojin handed him the tablet which displayed an article. Leehyuk's jaw clenched as he threw the tablet across the room, "How the fuck?!"

It was when a lady walked in. Hyeojin bowed to her as she asked him about what happened. Kim Taeri, Leehyuk's older sister, was worried about him, "What is it Lee?"

"Two things happened." Hyeojin mumbled to the gorgeous lady, "Blue Vintage lost the deal with an Italian company against Rose Quartz. And second, Mr. Kim had his eyes over a man, he married someone else."

"Let it be, you'll find someone better than him." Taeri picked up the tablet, "Oh? Is he that guy? Yoon Jeonghan?"

Hyeojin nodded.

"Then I take my words back." Taeri chuckled, "You'll probably not find someone like him. But anyways, it is what it is, leave him."

"NO!" Leehyuk hissed, "I want him and his business, FOR SURE!"

"So you want him for his business?" Taeri crossed her arms against his chest.

"At first, I just wanted to take over his business." Leehyuk turned towards his sister with moist eyes, "But trust me Ri, I couldn't resist his charms."

"But he's married to Choi Seungcheol now." Taeri held his shoulders, "You can't do anything."

"I don't fucking care." Leehyuk squinted his brows, "I. WANT. HIM. I'll do anything and everything for it."

"Lee! That's not good." Taeri raised her voice, "If you're planning to play your dirty tricks then I'm warning you in advance, you'll have to face your downfall."

"You don't know, Ri. Even he plays filthy tricks to win in business." Leehyuk grinned, "I'll use his own ways to win him and his wealth."

"Whatever. Business is a different thing." Taeri scoffed, "You're not planning to harm him or his husband, are you?"

"Not yet." Leehyuk nodded, "But I won't restrain if I'll need to. No one can stop me, not even you." He stomped away after glaring his sister.

"Mr. Shin." Taeri turned towards his assistant, "You'll inform me if he tries to do something wrong. Or else, you'll say goodbye to your job."

"Yes ma'am." Hyeojin nodded after which Taeri left as well.

A/n : I was cringing out while writing their intro part but I tried to make it chaotic lol, I hope it came out well. So well, I gave you a small hint here but the lead characters are going to have some dark sides too. Not only one or two but ALL of them, it's thrilling.
