She was removing her make-up while standing in front of the mirror when she heard the sound of door being opened. Her eyes then went on Sidharth, who was coming out of the bathroom after changing his wedding attire.

Her eyes became wide and jaw dropped a little as he was wearing his shorts with no shirt on. Her gaze was fixed on his bare chest only. Her eyes then slowly followed the trail of water droplets dripping from his wet hair until it disappeared beneath the waistline of his shorts.

He couldn't help but smirk seeing her expressions and went close to her to tease her. Hearing the faint sound of footsteps, she came out of the trance and blushed seeing him coming close to her.

His every step towards her was increasing her heartbeat and to avoid his intense gaze, she turned her face towards the mirror again and started removing her necklace abruptly. Her heart skipped a beat when he back hugged her tightly.

Kissing her on the nape of her neck, he, in the husky voice said, "Careful darling"

"Let me help you" he spoke again while his lips continue to lingered on her neck making her close her eyes tight.

Her breath hitched and she let out a soft moan when he took her earlobe between his lips and started tugging it gently while removing earring.

Gently holding her shoulders, he made her turned towards him and removed her maang tika. The moment his long wide palm touched her soft cheeks, she opened her eyes and saw him smiling. A soft and shy smile appeared on her lips when he kissed her forehead and thanked her for coming into his life.

Saying this, he placed his hand on her bare waist and pulled her more close to him. She was feeling weak under his touch and closed her eyes again.

He let out a soft chuckle as he could feel her heart racing fast and leaned into her and started kissing downwards towards her cheeks trailing down towards her lips.

Their lips were just inches apart now. Brushing his thumb along her cheeks, he whispered over her lips to seek permission. A barely audible moan slipped through her lips in response.

He smiled softly before pressing his lips onto hers. They were so soft, so warm, and so gentle. He pulled back his lips only to capture her lips again. She parted her lips to respond the kiss while her hands started moving subconsciously over his shoulder.

She moaned into his mouth, as his finger trailed down her stomach and this made opened her mouth wider causing his hot tongue to collide against hers in a dance of passion.

After the long passionate moment, they pulled back because of the lack of oxygen and started panting heavily. He cupped her cheeks again and rested his forehead against hers while she was blushing even deeper. Moments passed but they continued to stand like this.

He softly brushed his lips on forhead to which she smiled sweetly and looked into his eyes. So did he. The love, admiration, respect and care for each other was clearly visible in their eyes.

Sensing the tiredness on her face, he realized his mistake. Because it was indeed a long hectic day and from above, it is so difficult to carry heavy wedding attire and in the heat of the moment, he forgot that she must be tired.

Brushing his thumb on her cheek and kissing her forehead again, he asked her to change into something comfortable.

Smiling at his inner thoughts, she hugged him tight and kissed his chest softly while mumbling 'I love you' and after that she made her way towards the bathroom.

The next few days were actually very hectic for them due to the reception ceremony and other post wedding rituals. All the guests had gone and Shehnaz's family also returned to Punjab.

With each passing day, they were getting closer to each other. They started to learn more about each other. They talked a lot about each other's past experiences. From where Sidharth came to know about that phase of her life which she spent without his family. His heart wrenched knowing how much this innocent soul of his had to gone through. He promised himself that he will not let this happen again no matter what. He will never let her feel that she is alone, that nobody loves her and he will always be there for her, to pour immense love on her.

And about her bond with Rita Maa, it was already strong even before the marriage and after the marriage, it was getting even more stronger day by day. If she does not understand anything, then she tells Maa first. Even she involves her in doing prank on Sidharth and to irritate him.

Whenever she misses her family, Sidharth and Rita Maa are always ready to cheer her up, to make her feel comfortable and takes her out to uplift her mood. Both of them never let her feel that she was away from her family. The way they treat her, take care of her and love her, she thanks her stars daily that she found husband like Sidharth and mother-in-law like Rita Maa. That is why she doesn't get much chance to miss her family now a days.

One day they were sitting in the balcony and enjoying the coffee while looking at the pictures of their honeymoon.

"Yeh kitni achi picture hai" she excitedly said looking at him to which he responded with a smile.

He looked at her again when out of nowhere she asked how much he loves her and narrowed his eyes as he was confused as to why she is suddenly asking such a question.

"Bolo na" she nudged him and he came out of his trance and replied her,

"Itna ki tumhare liye kuch bhi kar sakta hoon"

"Acha ji?" she asked to which he nodded and taking a small pause, he said,

"Tumhe idea bhi nahi hai ke tumhare liye maine kya-kya papad bele hain"

"Matlab?" she asked confused.

"Matlab yeh ke..." and then he explained everything to her that how he realized his love for her and what did he do to marry her. How he was shocked when his mother told him about her marriage. How he manipulated Neetu and Shehzad to deny the marriage proposal that came for her and how he told his mother that he is ready for marriage and all.

She was blank listening all this and upon getting no reactions from her, scared, he shook her but she didn't speak anything infact stood up from there and started looking at him weirdly and then turned her face. He too stood up to try to explain.

"Shehnaz I know tumhe bura lag raha, but..." before he could give any explanation, he saw her shaking. He got scared and the moment he turned her towards him, he was stunned because he thought she was crying but in actual, she was laughing.

He was shocked by her reaction because he expected that after knowing all this, she would be angry or understand it but he didn't expect this reaction.

The thought 'What happened to her suddenly' was confusing him and seeing her laughing hysterically from past few minutes, he finally spoke,

"Shock ki wajah se pagal ho gayi ho kya?" he asked confused.

"Oh my god... Strategy...Master... Sidharth...Shukla" she couldn't complete her sentence in flow as she was laughing in the middle of every word.

"Apne yeh sab Plan kiya tha?"  she asked still laughing to which he nooded confusingly and she kept laughing.

Seeing his confusion filled face, she pulled his cheeks and she dragged him to the lobby, where Rita Maa was watching TV.

Rita Maa turned when she heard Shehnaz calling. Seeing her laughing hard, she got confused and asked smiling, "Kya huya beta, tum aise...."

"Yahi toh main puch raha hoon, lekin yeh kab se has rahi hai" said Sidharth to which Shehnaz replied,

"Han toh aapne baat hi aisi batayi hai, jisse meri hasi ruk hi nai rahi hai" saying this, she pressed her cheeks with her hands while, because it was aching due to constant laughing.

"Lekin bat kya hai? Mujhe bhi toh btayo" Rita Maa asked confused.

"Maa, inse miliye... Strategy Master Sidharth Shukla..." she said giggling while pointing towards Sidharth. Seeing her confused, she added further, "Inka kehna hai, humari shadi ki sari planning Inki thi" she stressed on the word 'inki' more

He got scared what would happen if she told Maa everything, so he tried to stop her. But Shehnaz being Shehnaz, whatever Sidharth told her a few minutes ago, she told Maa all.

Now Sidharth feared, how would she react after knowing all this but on the other hand, hearing all this, Rita Maa pressed her lips tight to not to laugh but she couldn't help and ended up giggling.

Seeing his mother laughing too, he became even more confused and said, "Mom aap bhi...?" before he could complete, Shehnaz interuppted,

"Maa inki galat fehmi dur kar hi dete hain" she said placing her hands over Maa's shoulder.

"Kaisi galat fehmi?" Sidharth asked confused.

"Patience pati-dev patience" Shehnaz replied and and looking at Maa, she asked giggling,

"Maa flashback mein chale?" Rita Maa smiled and looked at Sidharth, who was waiting for her to speak.

"Sid tujhe yaad hai jab Mrs.Aggarwal tumhari shadi ke liye rishta leke aayi thi?" spoke Rita Maa.

He nodded in yes and drifted into the flashback of how he had behaved with his mother's friend when she had come with an alliance six months ago.

"Mom kitni bar aapko bola hai ki mujhe abhi shadi ni karni hai"

"And aunty aap, aapko meri shadi ke bare mein itna sochne ki jarurat nahi hai. Mera jab mann hoga, main kar lunga shadi"

He came out of the trance by his mother's voice, "Uss din bina yeh jaane ke ladki kon hai, kahan se hai aur kaise dikhti hai, tune saaf mana kar diya. Agar uss time tum agree karte toh, aaj tum dono ki shadi kab ki ho chuki hoti"

His eyes widened in shock hearing what his mother just said. "That means uss time Shehnaz ka rishta..." he could not finish as he was in complete shock.

Shehnaz chuckled while Rita Maa nodded in yes and spoke, "Aur nahi toh kya? Lekin tune toh meri sari umeedon pe pani pher diya tha aur mujhe yeh soch ke bura lagne laga tha, ke itna acha rishta hath se chala gya"

Mrs.Aggarwal's husband, who often goes to Punjab for business purposes and knows Shehnaz's father well, told her everything about the family. She was very impressed when Mr. & Mrs. Aggarwal showed her pictures of Shehnaz and told her everything about her and family and she immediately agreed to think about it. Even she talked to Shehnaz's parents about this through her friend and they also agreed to think about this proposal.

Only thing was bothering her, would Sidharth agree? Because whenever she tried to start a conversation about his marriage, he didn't even care to listen. So she called Mrs.Aggarwal in hopes that she might convince him. But he immediately refused the moment when they started discussing his marriage. And then, with a heavy heart, she had to let go of this proposal.

"Aur phir jab 2-3 mahine bad, Neetu ne Shehzad ke bare mein bataya, you don't have any idea how happy I was that day. Kyunki uss din mujhe do-do khushiyan ek sath mili thi" Maa smiled remembering all this.

Both Neetu and Shehzad met in the Mumbai only. Shehzad, who is a Software Engineer by profession, came to Mumbai for a project in the same company where Neetu used to work. And then slowly they fell in love with each other and decided to tell the families about it.

When Neetu was showing Shehzad and his family's pictures, she was surprised to see the picture of Shehnaz. Her happiness had no bounds when she came to know about Shehnaz.

"Mom this is Shehnaz, Shehzad's sister"

At that time, the only thing going on in her mind was, that it was all a game of destiny. Her gut feelings were saying that Shehnaz is the girl who is made for her son. That is why destiny has sent her again as a second chance and this time she will not let the chance go. That is why when Neetu's in-laws asked to perform the wedding ceremony in Punjab, she immediately agreed. The main reason behind this was, she wants Sidharth to observe everything by himself. The people and the atmosphere there and especially Shehnaz.

And that's exactly what happened. When they visited Punjab, she was really overwhelmed because the family is so nice and loving. She observed that everyone's life is revolving around Shehnaz. Although Shehnaz was not there at that time but she thinks that was the plus point. Because she believes that if she had been there, she would not have realized how loving and caring Shehnaz is. The way, even while away, Shehnaz took care of every little thing, the way she helped every member of the family, even took care of Her medication, it touched her heart.

Rita Maa caressed Shehnaz's cheeks, while she hugged Maa tight. And Sidharth was admiring the duo with a soft smile on his lips.

"Mujhe pata tha, tu bhi yeh sab deeply observe kar raha hai. Teri aankhon mein jo desperation thi na Shehnaz se milne ki, woh saaf dikhayi de rahi thi mujhe" he blushed hearing this while she continued to speak.

"Aur jab Shehnaz ke aane ki khabar mili, I witnessed a never ending smile on your face. Aur yeh sab baate Shehnaz ko meri bahu bnane ke decision par pakki mohar laga rahi thi"

And then she explained how she deliberately told Shehbaz that Sidharth was also going to the same place from where he had to pick up Shehnaz.

"Now I realize, uske baad se tu gusse mein kyu ghoom raha tha" she chuckled while speaking.

"What? Yeh bhi aapka plan tha? Aur Shehnaz ko pata tha?" asked Sidharth.

"Nahi. Mujhe bhi tab pata chala tha jab main Mumbai aayi thi" said Shehnaz and Maa started explain further.

She had already discussed about their alliance with the elders of Shehnaz's family and apologized for what happened last time. Happiness was evident on their faces and they just said that if both are ready then they have no problem. She promised them that this time Sidharth will not say no.

She knew she would attend her friend Sargun's wedding. So she requested her to come a few days before the wedding  which Shehnaz couldn't deny. And when Shehnaz came Mumbai, she used to send them out intentionally so that they could spend more time with each other and get to know each other. She could see their liking for each other and they bonded well together.

One day when Shehnaz was massaging her feet, she couldn't help but ask,

"Sid kaisa lagta hai tujhe?"

Shehnaz stopped massaging and looked at her in confusion as to why she was asking such questions and replied, "Acha hai, understanding hai aur sab ka khayal bhi rakhta hai"

"Agar main kahun ke main tumhe Sid ki wife banana chahti hoon toh..?"

"Aunty aap..." she couldn't complete because she didn't understand what to say.

"Look beta I know tum soch rahi hogi, main achanak yeh sab... Sana mujhe na, humesha se hi tum jaisi ladki chahiye thi, jo sab ki itni parvah kare aur sab ko itna pyar de. Main daave ke sath keh sakti hoon ki mere Sid ke liye tum se better ladki ho hi nahi sakti. Aur rahi bat Sid ki, toh woh bas upar se tough dikhta hai, lekin andar se bahut soft hai woh. Trust me, bahut khayal rakhega tumhara"

Seeing her not saying anything, she spoke immediately, "I'm not forcing you beta, but think about this"

Days passed and she can see their growing feelings for each other. Shehnaz had also left and both of them had not yet opened up about their feelings.

"Tum dono toh kuch bol nahi rahe the, isiliye maine ek plan bnaya"

"Plan? Konsa plan?" Sidharth asked out of curiosity.

She remembered that once Shehnaz's mother had told about the Canadian marriage proposal but they refused it, saying that they don't want to send Shehnaz far away. So she thought up an idea and called her mother to discuss Shehnaz and Sidharth's marriage.

"Kya? Sidharth shadi ke liye maan gya? Aur Shehnaz..." asked Shehnaz's mother eagerly.

"Usko manvane ke liye hi toh yeh plan banaya hai"

"Kaisa plan?"

Then she explained to her mother that she has to tell everyone in the family that you are ready to marry Shehnaz with that Canadian boy. And when Sidharth and Shehnaz come to know about this, both will confess themselves, especially Sidharth. She also told her not to share it with anyone except elders and they did the same.

After that she was going to tell the same to Sidharth but before she could, Shehnaz called her.

"Aunty woh... Main aapse..."

"Mujhe pata hai tumhe mujhse kya bat karni hai"

"Aapko kaise...I mean..." but she interuppted her, "Sana tumhe pata hai maine tumse uss din Sid ke baare mein achanak kyu pucha tha? Kyunki maine dekha hai tum dono ko aankho mein sab. Ek dusre ke liye feelings, jo time ke sath aur bhi gehri ho gyi hain...itni gehri ke jab tumhe tumhare rishte ke bare mein pata chala toh tum apne aap ko rok nahi payi"

Understanding her inner turmoil, she spoke again, "But tum tension mat lo tumhare liye rishta kisi aur ka nahi, Sid ka hi aya hai"

"Kya? Woh ready hai?"

"Jaise tum ready ho gayi, waise hi woh bhi hoga. I know uske muh se nikalwana thoda tough hai, lekin main bhi uski Maa hoon. Isiliye toh yeh plan bnaya hai maine"

Then she told what and how she planned everything so far, so that the two get closer to each other and agreed for the marriage.

"Aur phir, jaisa maine socha tha bilkul waisa huya. Main janti hoon Neetu aur Shehzad ke dimag mein indirectly tune hi yeh baat dali ke Sana ki shadi tujhse honi chahiye"

This revelation left him speechless.
Till now he thought, he is the one who planned everything, but his mother was always one step ahead of him. Even he was working according to her plan.

"Jab tune shadi ke liye han ki thi, main express nahi kar sakti, how happy I was that day. Lekin tumhari acting dekh ke bahut hasi aa rahi thi" said Rita Maa making both Sidharth and Shehnaz chuckle.

Sighing, he shook his head and said, "Mom aapne yeh sab plan...aapko sab pata tha na"

"Han. Yahan tak ke mujhe toh tumhari honeymoon location bhi pata thi. But maine yeh Shehnaz se share nahi kiya. Nahi toh tumhara surprise spoil ho jata na"

"Kya? Aapko yeh bhi pata tha? Aur main aise hi blackmail hota raha" said Sidharth in shock.

"Blackmail?" both Shehnaz and Maa spoke in unison.

#Flashback

My thoughts got interrupted, as soon as I heard my phone ringing. Seeing the caller ID, I frowned and immediately picked up the call. Before I could speak anything, the other person over the phone started threatening me and I got alarmed.

"My dear jijaji, what if I tell everyone about your honeymoon location?" spoke Shehzan.

"Tum aisa kuch bhi nahi karoge. Aur yeh baat ghar walon ko bilkul bhi pata nahi chalni chahiye. You got that?" I said gritting my teeth. But hearing another threat, a sudden tension crept over me.

"Waise honeymoon ke liye location bahut romantic choose ki hai aapne. I so want to tell everyone ke mere jiju bahut hi romantic hain, bata du?"

"Apni keemat bolo"

"Nek lena saali ka haq hai, aap ise keemat ka naam mat dijiye. Aur aap itna insist kar rahe hain toh...chalo bta hi deti hoon. 10 lac toh aapke liye koi badi baat nahi hai, haina?"

Hearing the answer, I replied with the finality, "Apna account number message karo, tumhe tumhare paise mil jayenge. Aur ek baat yaad rakhna, agar Maa ya Shehnaz ke samne muh bhi khola toh main bhool jayunga what we share"

Then he told that after the marriage, when he asked Shehzan what she did with the money, she told, the money he had transferred to the account belongs to the same orphanage where Shehnaz usually goes to spend time and take care of the children.

"What? Usne woh Nek Orphanage mein...." Shehnaz couldn't say anything as it was an extremely proud moment for her.

"Bahut hi deep thinking hai uski" said Rita Maa smiling to which Shehnaz also passed a smile and looking at him again, she giggled and asked,

"Lekin aap Shehzan se blackmail ho gaye? I can't digest this" he gifted her a glare to which she pressed her lips to suppress her laugh.

"So pati-dev, kaisa lag raha hai galat fehmi ka gubara phootne ke baad?" Shehnaz asked again, raising her eyebrows.

He opened his mouth and closed it immediately as he couldn't understand what to say. Seeing him sighing, she giggled and said,

"Ab pata chala main kyun itna hass rahi thi? Yeh sab aapne kiya nahi hai, aapse karwaya gaya hai. It was indeed Arranged By Shukla, but not by you Mr. Sidharth Shukla, it was by Rita Shukla" she said the last line pulling his cheeks.

Seeing her teasing smile, he held her hand and pulled her close to him, causing her landed on his chest.

"Toh tumhe pehle se hi sab pata tha" he said to which she smiled sheepishly.

"Bahut maza aa raha hai na tease karke, be ready for the punishment" he said smirking.

"Punishment?" she asked confused. Her heart was pounding when he moved forward and whispered into her ear, "Honeymoon yad hai na? Jo surprise tumne tab plan kiya tha, waisa hi surprise aaj bhi plan karna padhega"

As soon as he uttered those words, her eyes widened and then blushed crept over her cheeks remembering their honeymoon.

#Flashback

Fifteen days after their wedding, they flew for their honeymoon. Honeymoon destination was surprise for her. Because the day she told that she wanted to go to Leh-Ladakh and experience the beauty and adventure activities there, he decided that day, he would take her there to fulfill her dream. And the moment he told her that they are going to the place she wished, there was different level of enthusiasm in her.

No one except the both families knew where they were going because he did not want their honeymoon to become headlines in the media. And at the airport also, they only provide the media only half information that they are going to Delhi, but no one knew that it was a connected flight till Kashmir.

On reaching Srinagar Airport, Thar, which he had already booked, was handed them over with GPS facility. And then they made their way towards Leh-Ladakh to experience the most beautiful journey together.

Although the distance from Kashmir to Leh is 9.40 hours but it took them 11 hours to reach there because they had to stop at various military checkpoints to show or submit permission documents. And they also had to shop for essentials as they had planned to set up tent at various places because they say, the best way to soak in the enthralling and raw beauty of Leh-Ladakh is through camping. That's why they didn't book any hotel or rental house because they wanted to experience literally everything.

Those were the most exciting days of their life. Exploring charming towns with delightful markets and tourist spots. Enjoying nature in its magnificent glory, in form of breathtaking valleys and snow-capped mountains.

They could never forget the ride to Magnetic Hill, which people also called in mystical one. They were finding it difficult to believe it as the locals mentioned it wonder. But the visit made them question Newton's law of gravity. As the car was halted in the middle of the road, instead of moving downhill. It moved uphill, anyone would be amazed at the wonder.

The eye rewarding view of Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake. They were taking the scene along with them, the view so beautiful to ever forget. They had enjoyed so many activities like Carmel ride, boat rides, camping to romantic walk. So contented place where one could be in touch with nature, enjoying a sense of real beauty.

After glimpsing at the custom of Buddhists, and finding their accident trait in the Lamayuru monarchy. They strolled down the village, greeting some friendly natives. It was an awesome time enjoying a night camp with them.

Later dining in a star-studded sky, in calm and pleasant Zanskar Valley and then started with hiking in Drang Drung Glacier and Shanti stupa. Although she was very tired by the time the climbed 500 step to reach there, but the hardwork was satisfying as they got to view such beauty through their eyes.

They also visited the Kali Mata Temple and the famous Gurudwara Patthar Sahib as she insisted.

On the last day of their honeymoon, completing the river adventure with Tso Moriri, they decided to camp there because that's a beautiful place for a couple to stay.

It was night, he was setting the tent while she was busy looking at her handsome husband. Done with setting up the tent, he sat on the top of the rock.

His heart was filled with love looking at his woman walking up to him after having changed into a top and a pyjama with a shawl wrapped around her head and arms, which was shielding her from the cold.

As soon as she came near him, he sat in the ground while she took her seat, hugging him by his arms as he laid down in the ground.

Keeping her head on his chest, she ran her palms around his chest. She could feel the hammering of his heart under her palms. Moments passed but they kept quiet, cuddling each other as he lay on the ground with her on top, his fingers running through her hair.

As it was winter season, the chilly wind that passed by was so cold, sending chills down their spine.

"Andar chale?" she said while her lips shivering in cold. He nodded and took her back to the tent.

Once she went inside, he lights up the fire outside the camp to make themselves warm but she had different plans. She was quite shy yet she wanted to do this for him, for them.

As he was busy with the woods and fire, she changed her dress and pulled the covers over. She was feeling shy, like damn shy.

He walked back in and found it weird to see her blushing under the covers. Okay this was weird and new but he was not a kid. He had an idea what was she planning to do but why did he feel shy himself?

He came out of his trance when she let go of the cover that was covering her whole body and stood in front of him. His eyes popped out in surprise and felt shy. She was dressed in a red satin sleeveless gown with lower deep neck and it had a slit in between.

His heart started burning with passion and he took steps forward. The tent wasn’t big for her to run away from his unwavering gaze. She was locked in his orbs that she didn’t move an inch.

Each step he took, she could feel her insides twisting in shyness. She was blushing hard like her cheeks were painted in red hues.

His fingers worked on her chin and lifted it up a little making her look at him. He died the minute she blushed looking down.

And then his lips moved towards her eyelids, kissing them one by one taking his own sweet time while her hands that were holding his t-shirt for support were now crushing his t-shirt as his lips moved all around her face.

Stopping at her lips, he looked at her closed eyes. Smiling softly, he brushed his lips once, twice and thrice before pulling her in for deep long kiss. She could feel butterflies fluttering inside her.

Moving downward towards her neck, his lips brushed along her neckline as he nuzzled his whole face in her neck while biting her neck giving her hickeys.

His fingers ran up to her shoulders which were naked. The tingling feeling, that sending chills, was just too much for both of them. And the very next moment, his hands moved up to her shoulders and he removed the strings that kept her in place.

The night intertwined two souls in love as they made love to each other in passion and love. The moon, who was witnessing their passionate moments from long, blushed silently and hid behind the clouds, leaving the love birds all alone.

Next morning, she woke up with a strong soreness between her legs and when she tried to move, she felt an uncomfortable feeling. Suddenly blush came rushing to her cheeks remembering last night and she bit her lower lip to control her inner thoughts.

They were still busy looking at each other and seeing them lost, Rita Maa let out a fake cough to break their trance. Hearing the coughing sound, they came to the reality. They parted immediately when they saw their mother was looking at them with a teasing smile on her face.

"Uhh Mom..." he went to her and holding her hand, he said, "Aapko pehle hi pata hota hai na, mujhe kisse khushi milegi. Thank you Mom, Shehnaz ko meri life mein lane ke liye" saying this, he hugged her.

"Sana jaisi pyari bachi, kise nahi apni life mein chahiye. Hmm?" she said pulling away from the hug to which he returned a smiled.
