Narrator POV

During the night, the birds were asleep in their little nests. The wolves of the night howling under the bright moon. But through the deepest part of the forest lies a little baby basket, it held a small bundle of dark blue blankets. Underneath however lie a small child. Around two years old, barely knowing what was around the little basket. However, you can see a shadow looming over the basket, in a protective manner of some sort.

Then a voice called out to the wild area, gentle yet begging for answers, "Please take him in, I beg of you! They won't let me keep him...Please take care of my baby boy." Then a glow of bright blue light surrounded the basket, marking the being inside as one of the forest's own children. A soft voice responded back to the other voice, "Know this Eisha, He won't be able to know about you until his mate deems it worthy for you two to see each other again." 

The woman named Eisha nodded before disappearing in a viral of flames, only slightly heating the basket to keep the baby warm and cozy for the night. We shall soon come to terms with the fact this young boy will grow up to be quite the charm to everyone around him. 

~ 10 year later ~ 

Mother Nature's POV

"Eden! Honey come on it's time to meditate!" 'Where is that little, he-devil?' I could only wait until he came to the shrine. Yes, unlike most people seem to know, my home contains a shrine, but there's only two reasons the first reason, Prayer. Then the second reason is for Meditation. I smiled seeing the young boy walk up to the shrine doors. I of course was waiting by him and held my hand out to him. He took it and soon we both went inside for the Meditation.

~ After that ~ 

Soon after me and Eden went inside the small cabin house we used. I gave Eden a bowl of fruit to eat while I went to our little greenhouse. What's neat about that is Eden often comes out here to take care of the plants/flowers while I'm away or sick. Which tends to happen a lot due to my state. However sooner or later I won't be able to take care of Eden, so thank every maker he is learning how to handle everything at his age. 

It wasn't even 20 minutes before a loud boom was heard near the entrance. I sighed before going back into the house. "Eden? Is everything alright-" I looked up and seen Eden on the beams of the ceiling. "Eden! get off the beams!" He turned around and looked at me sheepishly. I shook my head knowing full well he would be able to get down, I looked around and seen one of the heavier vases broken on the ground. Well, I moved my hand in a upside down pattern and the vase was fixed. 

~ 2 hours later ~ 

Me and Eden walked around the trails having somewhat of a better day. Eden of course would whistle to the birds or pet some of the rabbits/bunnies that came across our path. I would smile knowing that sooner or later most if not all of the animals would come to love Eden. 

~ 6 Years Later ~ 

Eden's POV

I walked around the greenhouse making sure none of the plants were rotted. Smiling to myself I looked over to the clock on the wall checking the time. 16:34 PM (4:34 PM).  Mother should be back soon hopefully. I got bored rather quickly and decided to do different hairstyles. I soon ended up styling my hair in a Viking style. I mean come on Vikings had some good attributes to them, Hairstyling was one of them. 

I looked at my hair in the mirror and smiled, I did surprisingly well for a beginner. I heard a knock on the door and went to go look. When I opened the door there was nobody there besides a letter. Strange? I picked it up and opened it.

Who the hell was Claude? And Half-Breed? I didn't have time to think about it because mother or Eli came back from her task. "Hey Eden! So, I got some new berries and new seeds for the greenhouse, but I-Are you okay hon?" I gave her the letter and her whole being went pale. I didn't know what to think really besides confusion. I mean that can't be true Eli is my mother, right? However, she placed the letter on the table and had me sit down. 

"Eden, there is something I wish to discuss with you regarding the letter..." I just looked at her still with the same confused look on my face. "The one who sent you this letter, Claude...He is an advocate for me in Hell." I nodded for her to continue. "He was tasked to deliver this letter to you when I was not here, seeing as he did what I have asked for him he no longer works for me." 

~ After Explanation Cuz I am thyn Lazy ~ 

I couldn't believe what I got told, my whole life was based on a lie? a LIE! What happened did my biological mother and father not want me or was I an ugly child? I just don't understand any of this I- "𝘌𝘥𝘦𝘯? 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥? 𝘔𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘰 𝘸𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴, 𝘴𝘩𝘦'𝘭𝘭 𝘬𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘪𝘧 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦!" I looked up and seen a good old friend of mine, "Nyna" You see Nyna met me when I was around 8 years old, Nyna is a copperhead snake. She bonded to me through a little song she and I loved hearing by Eli. 

I pet her head gently, however that was short lived when a very loud growl was heard beyond the tree line. "ѕσσσ....ℓιттℓє є∂єη ∂ι∂η'т ℓιѕтєη тσ єℓι'ѕ ωαяηιηg тнє ƒιяѕт тιмє уσυ ¢αмє нєяє? ωєℓℓ ℓσσкѕ ℓιкє ι'ℓℓ нανє тσ яємιη∂ уσυ ωнσѕє тєяяιтσяу уσυя ιη!" I barely had enough time to dodge the wolf's attack. "Hey! Easy you over-grown rag of teeth! I got lost!" I keep having to dodge her attacks because out of all the wolves Eli took care of it's this crazy one! I sighed before dodging yet another one of her attacks. 

Nyna couldn't do much either, she could barely land a mark on the wolf. Well only option now is to- "Ah damn you!" I looked down seeing my side bleeding, I looked over to see Mytho giving me one crazy look. "Oh shit-" I turned on my heel and booked it clear back to the Cabin, Mytho was right on my heel too. 'Great I will never hear the end of it from Eli...' I could see the Cabin just a little bit more... *BAM* "..." Either A: I am dead. or B: Something threw me and Mytho onto the ground like we were sand. 

I looked up and oh did I forgot to mention that Eli looks entirely pissed off at us right now? No okay cause she looks like Death herself...If that was true... "Eden..Inside now, Mytho if you don't want to be fed to Cana and her Kids, go back to your home." Eli didn't have to tell me twice because I was inside and sitting down at the kitchen table. "Sooo on a scale of 1 to I'm grounded what am I placed at?"  If looks could kill I'd be crying in a tombstone right now. "Eden how many times did I have to tell you? to not go into mytho's home? HOW MANY TIME'S!" I covered my ears cause damn she was louder than a volcano erupting when she yells.

"Okay so I got side-tracked, you can't blame me momma! She attacked me first!" She just gave me a look that said 'Really?' I sighed before giving up there was no use in fighting with her. At least for now that is, okay no rewind I am not fighting with her. No point and I really don't want to see my grave this early and this young. 

~ 8 Hours Later ~ 

"Eden are you sure there's nothing I can do to-" I slammed the door shut and ran towards the entrance of the forest, yeah your probably wondering what the hell happened, well lets just say I blacked out after Eli patched me up just to be told I killed Nyna and Mytho...as a DEMON!!!! I couldn't remember it at all but I told Eli to bury mytho while I buried Nyna. That was the hardest thing to do, I can't even tell nor explain how Nyna looked after 'that'. 

I cried after running for so long, I soon ended up somewhere far away from the forest. I looked around and seen I was outside of a gate of some kind. "Great no money and no family...I am really all alone after all." I sunk down in front of the gate, heavy tears running down my face. "Uhm...E-Excuse me? Sir? Do you need any help?" I look up and seen this boy, he looked no older than 7-8 years old, looking down at me. "Y-Yeah I'm f-fine uh...?" "Kiko! My name is Kiko Sir." 

"Thank you Kiko, but I'm fine..." I felt coldness and looked down around me, 'great it's storming'. "Hey Kiko? It's raining don't you have to be home?" The boy nodded before looking at the park behind me. I shook my head before following behind the kid. To be fair I had no idea what I was expecting but a cottage that I was not expecting. "Well Sir this is my home! Official home of the one and only Kiko!" I chuckled softly and followed the child inside. I guess this will settle for nicely as a new home well if Kiko will allow me to stay that is. 

- 10 years Later - 

"Eden! I got in!" I look up from the book I was reading to see Kiko holding a letter happily. I placed the book I was reading down onto the table. I looked over the letter and smiled happily. "I am so happy for you Kiko." I didn't know what Kiko was going but I heard a lot about the place. I think he's going to a great university then after that he's going to try and work at the castle located in Volterra. 

I smiled softly before making us dinner, Kiko is going to be leaving within a few months so that'll give me a couple of days to get a job and work for a bit. Other than that I should just be happy for Kiko. I finished up dinner and once we finished eating we both retired to our respected rooms and easily fell asleep.
