Sorry for being so late. But now I'm back with the next update.

Summary:  Arnav was a cheerful boy before his father death but suddenly everything changed. He found himself  alone between all familiar faces. When he decided to move away from everything and everyone, suddenly he felt an unknown pull and decided to wait a few more days. And the next day he met a new girl named KHUSHI.. she recently came to Delhi from Lakhnow. On the first day, they had a fight over sitting on the same bench. Then she fought with the famous RAAKSHAS of her new school. Who was apparently her physics teacher. Arnav supported her at that time surprising both his teacher and classmates. Then they paired up for an assignment. Aranv was subjected to horrific torture at the hands of family members in his own home and was charged with theft. Then His mother beat him without any fault of his own. The very next day ignoring his body ache, he went to meet Khushi to complete their assignment. They had a great day. Everything went smoothly but in the end Khushi's one question spoiled Arnav's mood and with a GOOD BYE  he left from there.
Arnav didn't come to school the next day and his absence left Khushi in tension.

Three days later

Arnav did not come to school in these three days.. Khushi was very worried for him. Her heart kept telling her that Arnav needed her.. But the question was why would he need her? So even if she wanted to, she could not find a way to reach him.

Not that she didn’t try. She tried her best to reach him but no one helped her...

In this little time of span She had noticed that if anyone in this school was concerned about Arnav, it was Aman and NK. Although they didn't communicate with each other directly but some relation were like that only, one had to feel it. And these three had that type of relation. Khushi even went to Aman to know about his whereabouts and requested him to help her to reach Arnav.. But Aman refused to tell her anything about Arnav ....

She tried many times but he did not agree and upon that one of her nightmares was making her restless.

Suddenly in the middle of the night she woke up feeling that someone was calling her by her name.

But, she did not understand who called her. But she was sure that whoever  that person was, he / she  was not well and in some kind of pain. She felt a pain in her own heart. As if someone very close to her was not fine and calling for her. She came to  a concluded that the person must be very close to her, otherwise she would not have felt so uneasy.

So, Without wasting any second she got up from her bed and went to check her Bau ji and Bua ji. She went to their rooms and saw they were fast asleep. Then who might have called her?

"Arnav...!! Can that person be Arnav in any way?" A sudden question popped in her mind.

With the thought of Arnav in any kind  of danger she felt more restless. She wanted to go to him and confirmed he was OK, nothing happened to him. She had a bad feeling that Arnav was not well.

She wanted an assurance that Arnav was fit and fine.
But she did not know his address. If she had known his address, she would have gone to his house at that moment without thinking about the time.

She was angry at herself, why didn't she use her detective mind this  time to find out where his home was? And now because of her own stupidity she couldn't go to see him and know if he was ok or not.

" Now what can you do you sanki? You have to wait for his arrival. If he doesn't show up today also then i will go inside the office room secretary to collect his personal information. Be brave Khushi. You can do it.
Dosti ki hai nibhani toh padeg i. ( I have committed to friendship, have to live up to it)"  Khushi encouraged herself .

She got inside the classroom and was about to cross the beach, where Arnav always sits. But she felt someone was sitting there and With a jerk she looked to her right side to see who that person was.

And.

Her eyes went wide..

"Tum!!! ( YOU!!!)", Khushi shouted at the top of her voice.

Everyone looked at her as if she had just landed there from nowhere.

The one whom she called sat there without answering as if he hadn't heard anything and he was very busy enjoying the view outside the window.

A minute later, when he didn't hear her again, he turned to look at her with a very annoyed expression as if the person next to him was disturbing him im his interesting site seeing.

Seeing her still standing there, he pretended that she was nothing but a nuisance, so he turned his attention to the outside world again.

His behavior irked her. She mumbled a Sorry to others for her sudden scream as everyone was still looking at her to know why she screamed like that all of a sudden.

" Hey You!! What do you think of yourself? One day you treated me normally, spent some good time with me and suddenly the next day you despaired in the thin air. I thought you would treat me well after that day. But no sir went on a vacation without informing me. Do you know how tensed I was for you? " Khushi said while sitting beside him.

"You were tensed for me???" Arnav asked and disbelief was evident in his tone.

"Or nahi to kya? ( What else?)'' Khushi replied with a childish tone.

Arnav looked at her for a minute and then said, " You don't have to worry about my whereabouts. "

" Why so? You are my friend, my partner. If I don't care about you, who will? Bimla chachi (aunty)?" Khushi replied sarcastically.

" Now who is this Bimla chachi??'' Arnav asked and at the next second cursed himself from digging his own grave by asking this stupid question.

" Ohh, yes. I didn't tell you anything about her no? She was our neighbor in lakhnow.. She was so so................." Khushi started her blabber forgetting her main track.

Arnav looked at her amused. What type of girl she was? And why he was feeling something in his heart? Some alien type of feelings..

A few days ago he was sure that his heart forgot to feel any kind of emotion? Then why now? Why he was feeling happy to know that someone was tensed for him. Someone noticed his absence?

This feeling was something very new to him. Which he failed to name. Was this that hard for him to name this feelings?

What should he do now? Should he ignore this feeling and distant himself from her or should accept this new feeling?

He came back from his thought when Khushi playfully hit her own forehead.

" This is the problem with you. You always divert my attention to another topic. Now come to the main point. Where were you? Why didn't you come to school. Why didn't you inform me of your absence before? I was so tensed and upon that I had a nightmare. I saw you were in pain and was calling for me. Were you sick and because  of your illness you couldn't come to school ?" Khushi asked all her questions in one go.

Arnav was surprised to hear that she had a nightmare on the same night when he really called her by her name in his ill state.

Flashback

Arnav had a great day with Khushi. He enjoyed the day a lot. He never thought he would find someone like her in his life.

Now he wanted to stay a little longer because he wanted to make some good memories with Khushi, so that when the time of his departure would  come,  he could leave this place with some beautiful memories of her and their new found friendship.

Abhi ke liye, wo bas thodi der aur rahana chaahata tha, isase jyaada kuchh nahin.

(For now, he just wanted to stay a little longer, nothing more.)

He went to bed with all the happy thoughts about the upcoming days. But in the middle of that night he woke up feeling pain all over his body. At the day time he ignored his pain because he was with Khushi and to spend a good day with her he ignored his pain and tried to forget his mother’s cruel behavior for a while.

but now there was no Khushi to erase his pain. His pain was increasing with every passing seconds. With pain he also had fever. When he could no longer bear the pain, he started calling Khushi by the name, believing that thinking about her would relieve his pain.  However, it did not help, but he felt more pain thinking about his loneliness.

Where life had brought him today? 
There was no on beside him.

Where was he sleeping?
On the floor of their storeroom.

Why no one was there beside him?
Because he was all alone in this big world. No one cared if he was alive or not.

All these thoughts made him  more suffocated. That night was one of his worst nights of his life.

It took him two and half days to recover and came to school to see her again and to spend some time with her.

'' Hey! Where are you lost? I asked you something Arnav. Please tell me you were fine. I tried a lot but couldn't reach you. I was feeling so bad. Please reply no?" Khushi again asked him.

Arnav came out of his Flashback and looked at her and thought what type of girl she was? He ignored her shouts a few minutes back and here without getting angry she was concerned about his health.. Unbelievable....

" Nothing happened to me. I was fine. See I'm sitting in front you fit and fine . Now stop your question bank." Arnav lied as he didn't want to make her worry.

" You are saying truth na, Arnav?? " Khushi again asked.

" Yessss. I am fine."

" Then tell me where you went for three long days? " Khushi inquired.

" I was searching for some answers " Arnav replied

" What types of answers? Did you find the answer? If you haven't.  Then don't hesitate to ask me. I will help you Arnav" Khushi said cheerfully.

" Will you really help me to find my answer? " Arnav asked her with a very soft tone.

" Yes. Yes. Lest start from today. I will help you." Khushi replied happily.

" No Khushi. I got my answer." Arnav said in a low tone. Only auditable for Khushi.

"So tell me your answer. Areeee no no. First tell me the question yaar otherwise what I'll do with your answer?" Khushi asked cutely.

" Girl, there is something called privacy. Apko pata bhi hai privacy ka matlab hota kya hai?
(Do you even know what privacy means?) " Arnav asked playfully.

"Haww!!! I know what privacy is. " Khushi replied with a puppy face.

" Really " Arnav teased her.

" Please na. Tell me.. Please Arnav. " Khushi pleaded to know his answer and question.

" Okay. But I'll only tell you the answer and you have to search the question." Arnav said seriously.

" But? How will I? ....(thinking for a minute).....
Okay. No problem. Nothing is impossible for Khushi Gupta." Khushi said proudly.

'' Okay then. The Answer is
A Little Longer ..." Arnav said looking straight into her eyes.

" Huhhhhh!!! What type of answer this is? It has neither head nor tail. Now how will I find your question? No. No..no.. it's cheating. Tell me the question." Khushi asked with a pout.

" That's your problem." Arnav replied in a sentence.

" You just wait and watch  I'll definitely find you question. " Khushi said with determination.

After that answer and question discussion that day went quite peacefully. Arnav was enjoying Khushi madness and Khushi was busy in finding Arnav's Question.

At the end of the day. Arnav was roaming in the street aimlessly when he felt something fishy. He felt as if someone was following him. He looked back several times but couldn't spot anyone. So, he decided to go home early.

He couldn't figure out who that person was but the person who  followed him was lucky enough to be scape from his ( Arnav) rage for following him.

The man got the information he needed and left for there before..
