Okay, to all my contestants, my deepest apologies for dropping off the face of the earth! I would like to tell you I had been unexpectedly swept away on a vast and dangerous journey to a far away land full of dragons and castles, but alas my excuses are not so grand.

Which brings me to my next announcement: AWC is back in action! I will be committed to hosting a monthly contest with original prompts each time, and everyone is welcome to join whether you've been apart of AWC before or not. Should anything arise that may prohibit my involvement in a month's contest, I will announce a temporary pause or a cancellation in advance.
