At Haven and Rhodes Island things were looking worse than thought.

It seems they did not expect the Storm to worsen.

Alex: I did not think it would be this bad. I believe this may turn for the worst.

Rhodes: Hey kid your new guy is here.

Alex: I see, thank you.

A Fallen Sankta stepped inside. He had black Hair grey green eyes and a expressionless mostly at that, face. He held a Sword by his hip.

???: Hello Doctor. I am here to join you guys. My call sign is Lucifer but you can call me Luci.

Alex: Ok Luci nice to finally meet you. I am Alex altough you might've known that already.

Luci: True but still nice to finally meet you too in person.

Alex: And good timing too.

Luci: What is the situation?

Alex: Two to be precise.

Rhodes: We have a Blizzard out there tearing everything apart. So far the power is still on but that is not the worst of things right now.

Alex: We have enemy activities in the general vicinity. Reunion and Outcasts as well as True Sons and some Cleaners working with Rikers who seem to have a more military experience on set. Even their clothes are different. Never knew that Rikers and Cleaners could turn from Crazy Gun Folks to professionals.

Luci: Might be the rumors Doc.

Alex: Rumors?

Luci: Some People said there is a Hidden Group out there.

Rhodes: Yeah we call them Black Tusk.

Luci: No No I am saying there is another one.

Rhodes: What?

Alex: Your joking right?

Luci: No I am not.

Rhodes: Any Idea who they are? If we are dealing with a Dangerous Folk like Black Tusk?

Luci: I saw them operate and take down Black Tusk with ease. They hack or EMP the Drones first then they go for the Kill.

Alex: Damn... And Reunion.

Luci: No offense to the Infected but they would mop the floor with what they are capable of. If Black Tusk can't even Identify the Leader then Reunion is a Target Practice Compared to Black Tusk.

Lappland: I do not see how they can take us down easily.

Luci: Thing is they prefer the "Leave them Alone" treatment towards us.

Lappland: Then we are stronger!

Luci: Lappland lemme explain, if they wanted to, they could've taken us down for a long time by now. Not that it is simple but only because we have numbers is why we would last a bit longer. Numbers in Operators and Soldiers or Militia is the only thing keeping us alive longer. If that was not the Case this entire City would be in Ashes by the Second.

But they do not do that. It seems they don't like Civilian Casualties. In fact they get Angry with any other faction for harming Civilians. Especially Outcasts and True Sons.

Alex: I see. But we have no names?

Luci: Ask Lau. She knows.

Rhodes: She prefers not to say. I tell ya she might be a Division Commander but she has been wailing behind that Division Badge for far too long. I do not think it will be long before this all goes down.

Luci: Look... We just got a Storm to take care of. Let me and some Operators take care of this. We might even find some Intel.

Rhodes: I suggest going out at night. Better to be unseen than seen.

Alex: But even then, they might freeze to death.

Rhodes: Not if we can prevent the trouble. Now any plans?

Alex: I may have some volunteers for the Patrols.

Luci: Count me in.

Lappland: Ahahahaha might as well join in too.

Rhodes: *comms* Faye you got a Minute?

Faye: *comms* This is Faye Lau what do you need?

Rhodes: Got any Spare Agents?

Faye: We got a few but they are mostly from Lungmen recruits.

Rhodes: Prep them for the Cold Patrols. We need them out there.

Faye: Rhodes we already have a Mission undergoing work.

Rhodes: And that is?

Faye: There is a Underground Research Lab that we plan to get into tonight.

Rhodes: Make it your Primary Mission. Secondary we will make as a Take out All Hostiles.

Faye: Bad Idea Rhodes and I am still calling the shots. Can't your Militia Handle it?

Rhodes: You Crazy? They are not on the same league as Operators Faye! It's why you call them Militia!

Faye: Copy. I will see what we can do.

Rhodes: Copy that. Over and Out.

Faye: Over and Out.

The two called off Comms. Rhodes was angry but knew the Risks.

Rhodes: We may only be able to do this much.

Alex: Don't worry we got this. We will manage to finish the Mission.

Rhodes: I hope so Kid. I have seen too much already. But be aware of a certain type of group.

Luci: Hm?

Alex: Which ones?

Rhodes: Rouge Agents. That is as far as I will say.

Benitez: Rhodes let me get you some Coffee alright. It's getting cold by now.

Rhodes: Yeah I am freezing.

Everyone entered inside as Rhodes Island and the Division prepped some Plans to set up the Missions in a OP of sorts. With the danger of the Cold Winter and Enemies out there it will be one of the most catastrophe ever recorded. It won't be long until someone bites the dust.

Alex: Faye we need to talk.

Faye: What is it I am kinda busy at the moment sadly so I only have a short amount of time.

Alex: I am sorry to interrupt but Rhodes Mentioned a hidden Faction unknown to us. He also mentioned Rogue Agents.

Faye: ....

Alex: Faye?

Faye: .... It is best we keep it simple.

Alex: What do you mean?

Faye: What I mean is that it is harder to explain. No one except the Division knows of this. The only thing I can mention is that the faction is dangerous and highly equipped. They do not think like Black Tusk nor do they act like the Militia or any other Faction.

Alex: So maybe we can be allies? I mean it could work right?

Faye: Well the thing is they work on their own.

Alex: Lau this is serious, we are gonna have an OP going out and it won't be easy due to us not knowing if they will be active out there.  Who knows maybe they will bring special forces too.

Faye: Listen, I know this but... we have our work to do and our Mission to complete. We can make it. We will finish the Mission.

Alex: I hope your idea works.

The speakers turn on to signal that the OP is about to start. 

Faye: Looks like we have to gear up.

Alex: Your going in?

Faye: I have to be there for when we find the underground Lab.

Alex: Then let us help you on the way to finding and accessing it. We can support you on that.

Faye: I need you to be around the Location and clear out Hostiles.

Alex: Alright, I have a Team ready. Excusiai, Lucifer, Lappland, Texas, SilverAsh, Ansel, Schwarz, Saria, Nearl, Liskarm, Hoshiguma, Ptilopsis, Pramanix and Shining. We will put them into four Operator Squads.

Faye: Who goes with who?

Alex: Let me see.... *thinks*
Let's put the Squads like this. *writes down the Squads*

A Squad, Excusiai, Ptilopsis, Nearl and Texas. Lead by Nearl.

B Squad, Pramanix, Shining, Lappland and Lucifer. Lead by Lucifer.

C Squad, Schwarz, Saria, Liskarm and Ansel. Lead by Saria.

D Squad, SilverAsh, Hoshiguma, Adnachiel and Steward. Lead by Hoshiguma.

Faye: Seems like a good strategy. Can even help them work together for a while.

Alex: Well for now we have the Teams.

Faye: Yeah I have five Division Agent Squads at the ready.

Alex: Alright then, let's begin.

The two walked to the Prep Room where everyone mentioned and the Agents were waiting. Thanks to Lungmen being a literal city in place of many others which were unclaimable or worse, destroyed they rebuild it under a Banner of Power. As of now the only thing left to do is to work on what remains and making Lungmen the New HQ and Haven a Scout Zone many Territories were recaptured and put under control once more. Black Tusk decided to Pull out for a while too ever since Schaeffer decided to put up all reinforcements for something else. After all he lost many Soldiers and Drones trying to kill Keener.

Faye: So now that everyone is here let's get to business. We are gonna infiltrate a underground Laboratory that may hold some Data and Equipment we need. We also might be making it our Medical Base. In the meantime Rhodes Island will provide Recon, Backup and Elimination of Enemies in the Area. We will be on the frontal Assault. Any Questions?

Lappland: Do we get to kill everyone?

Alex: High Value Targets may be captured but if they resist too much we may have to use brute force. Worst case as a last resort is to kill them.

Lappland: Aw but why capture. No fun with that now is it.

Texas: Lappland shut up and follow orders.

Excusiai: Texas don't be rude. Yeah Lappland wants to kill but I am sure she will have enough fun targeting Assaulters.

Lappland: Excusiai your too nice about this. Why defend me?

Texas: She is how she is. *sigh*

Alex: Everyone please. We are all allies and even friends here.

Texas: I am not-!

Faye: Texas! Not the time!

Texas: .... Fine.

Faye: Look we have a Job to do and the last thing we need is you bunch arguing like kids. This is serious and we cannot afford to have bad connections.

Lucifer: She has a point you know. We all have our parts to play in order to finish the Mission. If we don't no one else will. Lungmen won't do anything because they do not have the guts like we do. I will not mention this to anyone else but I joined hoping to make our Faction grow in numbers and supplies. We may even find a way for a Cure once and for all.

Everyone was stunned at this. But then again he has a point. However the biggest problem will be the Blizzard. It is minus thirty degrees out there or minus twenty two Fahrenheit for American standard. Hell it could be less than that.

Faye: We are going out now. Gear for the Blizzard will be at the ready so no one freezes to death.

Liskarm: What do we do if we encounter enemies like Rogue Agents?

Faye: Better leave them to us. They might not engage you since they prefer to attack Division Agents or Militia.

Liskarm: Copy.

Alex: Everyone else ready?

Everyone: Yes.

Faye: Ok let's get started then.

Everyone went to the Gear Room to Gear Up for the Blizzard Mission. In the moments of gearing up some thought of how dangerous this OP is.

Steward: You think this OP will work?

SilverAsh: I never doubted the Doctors Ideas nor do I dismiss Miss Lau's Operation. It is our only real Chance.

Hoshiguma: I hope you know your planning. This Mission won't be like any normal OP.

Texas: I have had worse.

Saria: You never know so be on your Guard. We may encounter some strange Enemies too. We will not risk too much so always be on your Guard.

Ansel: I will provide medical Care if needed either way so everything should be fine for the time being.

Shining: May we make this through and return home safely.

Once all Operators and Agents were geared up it was time to proceed with Phase two. While they head out towards the Blizzard three Helos will be on Standby in case of an Emergency Evacuation or even Extraction after a Successful Mission.
In the meantime they pushed through the Cold Blizzard Covering the City. Some Agents were scanning the Areas and looking for anything to light up some Barrels so that the way is marked for the Helos to see on their way for extraction.

The City looked Frozen. The Streets were empty. Barely any sign of Enemies. It was like a Dead Zone with nothing to see except a big Squad trying to reach an Objective.

Getting close to a Dark Zone they crossed by and equipped their Masks.

Faye: Ok we will split up into several Squads as planned. A, B, C, D, E and F. We will look to the Underground Lab and also for any potential Servers still active for ISAC to use. I want you all on guard.

Everyone: Yes Ma'am!

Everyone split into their respective Squads and proceeded.

Agent 1: You know if this freezing Cold wouldn't be so bad I would not mind being here for now. No enemies or anything.

Agent 2: That's the Idea Genius it is why you do not see anything. Imagine trying to go out here on your own free will.

Agent 3: You all talking like you know this stuff already. Calm down let's focus.

Agent 4: Jeff's right Focus on the objective. Once we take back all of the USA you can do what you want.

Agent 2: Yes Sir.

Jeff: Hey why is my Watch Glitching? Sarah any ideas your a techie.

Sarah: No clue Jeff. Maybe the Goddamn Blizzard.

Agent 1: Shut up you two. Make out later.

Sarah: What?!

Jeff: Fuck you Karl.

Karl: You too buddy.

Agent 4: All three of you shut up what did I just say.

Karl: Brad he is right tho the Watches are Glitching really bad.

Brad: Let's hope we find a Wifi then.

Karl: Real funny Brad.

The four Proceeded on trying to find a way into the Lab as planned.

In the meantime Saria and her Squad found the Entrance.

Saria: Faye we found it but it's locked. You know the password or where we can find one?

Faye: Let's gather up first and proceed from there.

Saria: Ok.

Ansel: So anyone else thinking this Zone has an Electricity Problem?

Schwarz: I can see why but it does not look like a problem yet.

Saria: Let's wait for the Regroup.

Lucifer: This is a bit too good to be true.

SilverAsh: Indeed.

Nearl: We may have some luck but then again literally nothing happened the entire time.

Liskarm: I hope Dragov is not here right now. Or maybe so I can capture him and keep him under close "watch".

Saria: Yeah...  Sure Liskarm.

Liskarm: Don't deny my wishes to be with him again.

Saria: Am not but you don't have to hide it.

Ansel: Anyways Faye is here.

Faye: So this is where it was hidden all this time.

Faye used a Keycard on the Pad and the doors Opened. 

Faye: Get in and grab anything useful we will cover from here.

Saria: Copy let's go everyone.

While all of Rhodes Islands Operators went in meanwhile Faye realized her watch was being glitchy.

Faye: Goddamn Blizzard.

Agent 5: So anything else besides hate for the Storm.

Shining: *comms* Faye we found a lot of Data but most of the Equipment is Burned.

Faye: *comms* Copy that. Take everything left and the Data. ISAC will do his trick.

Shining: Copy Over and Out.

Once connection called off it made a static sound. Faye was confused because she never expected this to happen.

Faye: Ok we are heading out in 5.

Once everyone regrouped they set off to call for a Helo Extraction. The Rhodes Operator Team was gonna be in the big Area for the Large Helo to extract. In the meantime Faye and her teams are heading to the other two Extraction Zones.

Faye: Ok so once we get there we will set up a Defensive Position!

Agent 6: Copy that!

Agent 7: I will call it in whenever your ready!

Faye: Alright then!

Once both Division Squads were in position all was set in motion.

Faye: *comms* Ok Rhodes Island Squads are you in Position?

Hoshiguma: *comms* We are all in position! We are getting glitchy connections. How *static* over?

Faye: Come again last part?

Hoshiguma: We are *static* how *static* over?! *intense static*

Faye: Shit! I can't hear a thing!

The Comms were static the entire time. Faye decided no time to waste.

Faye: Call in the Extraction.

Jeff: Copy that.

Everyone called in the Extraction. Luckily Hoshiguma had the same idea. As the flare rang up in the sky everything felt like it stopped.

It was quiet... too quiet...

The static got worse and worse.

Still silence...

....

The Rhodes Island Operators were all focused on their Surroundings.

Something is not right...

A Flash and Smoke broke the silence for everyone as suddenly Shots rang out killing one Division Agent and hitting Saria's Shield.

Saria: SHIT! CONTACT!

Lucifer: I knew it was too good to be true!

Ansel: Take Cover!

Excusiai: damn I wish it would be easier, the armor won't give in!

The Hostiles looked to have extreme Heavy Gear and Weapons.

One looked off though. No one knew who they could've belonged to but the Armor was not American Standard. Lucifer was almost convinced Russia was invading the US.

???: AHHHHRGH OH GOD!!! 

Everyone looked to see an Agent being Shocked and then killed by an Axe to the Neck. The Hostiles were wearing Hockey masks. It seems they were targeting the Division Agents for the Kill.

Hoshiguma: HOLD THE LINE *gets shocked* AHHHGHH...  AGH!!

Most of the Operators were Shocked or Knocked out. Meanwhile the Agents were being slaughtered.

Karl: GET AWAY! ARGH!!!

???: ... *heavy breathing*

Sarah: KARL!!! AHHHH!!!

Faye: GET OFF THEM!  *shoots at the hostiles*

Faye tried to shoot but her mag was empty and those Mask wearing Hostiles were simply too quick.
One by one Agents fell. Screams of horror and death surrounded the streets.

Agent 7: FAYE GET OUTTA HERE WE GOT THIS! WE WILL HANDLE THEM JUST GO!

Faye: I can't! Not while your getting killed!

Agent 7: JUST GO FAYE!!!

Faye didn't know what to do. She turned and looked to where she could take cover but was knocked out from a body hitting her and the pressure knocking her into a wall.

Schwarz: Who the Hell?! *gets shocked* ARGH!  Your gonna need more than that you Freak!

The Figure just hits her in the head with their Guns Buttstock.

Steward: Damn...  You... *gets knocked out*

Brad: Fuck you! Die Assholes!!

Brad tosses a Grenade towards the Hostiles but they simply kicked it back into his face and it exploded taking half his body away.

Agent 5: You Bastards! Why!? WHY NOW!?  WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU!?

???: ... .... *swings axe into the agents skull*

Once everyone was either killed or immobilized the Unknown Hostiles pulled back.

Excusiai: H-Holy shit...

Lucifer: Not bad... but they're mistake was not killing me. I will remember how they work... You won't get me next time.

The Helos arrived and extracted those who were still alive.
Faye was the only Agent still alive. 7 KIA, the Rest were either injured or knocked out.

No one knew what the fuck just happened. It was like a Clusterfuck of Surprise attacks one after another. So far Faye could only count 3 but was sure there were more.

So far...  There is a New Threat to look out for.
