(SCENE CHANGE: ORC CLUB) (POV: 3RD PERSON)

Back in Kuoh Academy, Rias and Sona called their Peerages into the ORC for a very important announcement. They had no idea what the announcement was, but they were certain Rias and Sona will tell them.

However, once they've arrived, they were shocked to see Serafall and Grayfia with them. Well, most of them, anyways. Issei was making his stupid pervert face while Saji was looking at them with blood coming out from his nose and drool from his mouth.

Serafall & Grayfia noticed this as they gave a fake happy smile, when in reality, they're vomiting on the inside.

"Thank you all for coming." Grayfia says as she bows in politeness at the Peerages. "Apologies if this is unexpected, but something came up and he now wishes to speak you all earlier then scheduled." Grayfia says, confusing nearly everyone present.

"He? Who?" Asia asks in confusion. Suddenly, the Phenex summoning circle opened up as Riser and a disguised Oscar enters the room. "Ah, it's been a while since I've entered the human realm." He says as Oscar nods in agreement, but says nothing.

"What the?!? Who is this douchebag?!?" Saji exclaims. "Yeah! What possible reason could this dickweed have with Goddess Rias and Goddess Sona?!?!?" Issei exclaims as Oscar rolls his eyes at them.

"Riser Phenex is the son of Samson Phenex and Lucy Phenex from the Phenex Family. He's also the betrothed husband of Rias Gremory and Sona Sitri." Oscar explains, using his disguised voice.

"WHAT?!?!?!?" Issei and Saji exclaims in shock and surprise.

(POV CHANGE: OSCAR)

After everyone calmed down, we sat down while I explained things. "So, Rias and Sona needs to marry this douche to help with the Devil population?" Issei asks as I groaned at his stupidity. "Yes, that's precisely the reason. Unless you want me to explain it slowly or with sock puppets? 'Cause I can tell you're not the sharpest tool in the shed." I jokingly says as Riser smirked at this.

Issei growled at this as he prepares to attack me, but was stopped by Serafall. "Issei Hyoudou, you best stand down. Assaulting the brother like figure to a high class family will cause hostilities between the two families and being about a possible war." Serafall says in an angry tone.

'Sweet Lucifer that was hot.' I said in my head as I felt my face heat up a bit. I shook off the blush as I saw Akeno pouring tea for us. While Riser drank the tea, I merely set it to the side, not wanted to reveal myself.

"Ah, what a sweet taste and enticing aroma. Such masterful tea brewery, Akeno." Riser says. Akeno was caught a little bit off guard at how Riser knows her name, but she shrugged it off since she believed he heard of her name through her titles, such as BDSM Queen & such.

"Thank you for your praise, Riser Phenex." Akeno says as she bows in respect. She then walks next to Rias, who had a scowl on her face. "Riser, for the last time, we don't want to marry you!" She exclaims as she slams her hands on her desk. "Yes. We hold no romantic feelings towards you, so you should just tear up that marriage contract right now." Sona added on.

Riser sighs at this while he rubs the bridge of his nose. "Girls, believe me, I don't this marriage more then you do. But our parents signed this contract since they believe it'll help strengthen the Devil population. My hands are tied here and the options are at the bare minimum, so I'm left without much choice as you are." Riser explains, but Rias and Sona didn't believe him.

"Yeah right, you're only saying that just so we can lower our guard." Rias accusingly says. "Well, you are sadly mistaken. Because we won't fall for it." Sona says in a slightly arrogant tone.

Me and Riser sighs at this display. "Grayfia, since we're not getting anywhere, maybe you should tell them about the deal." I said, making the both Peerages confused at this.

Grayfia nods in agreement. "As this young man stated, the three families have arranged a deal. This debate will be settled in a Rating Game. If you two win, the marriage will be cut off." She says as I stopped her before she could get to our side.

"Grayfia, Serafall, I want to make this announcement myself. With my real voice and face." I said, catching Grayfia, Serafall and Riser off guard at this. "You sure?" Riser asks in concern as I nod in agreement. "I do. They're bound to find out sooner or later, so why not just reveal now? Plus, I can go for a double whammy." I said as I turned to Rias and Sona.

"Rias, Sona, if you and your Peerage lose the Rating Game, not only will you marry Riser, but your territories will be given to me." I said as I tossed aside my masks and cloak, revealing myself to the two Peerage. "Oscar Storm! The new Pawn of Riser Phenex and leader of the first ever Free Peerage!" I dramatically exclaimed.

And boy, did I enjoy the looks on their faces. Their jaws were hanging down to the floor, their eyes were widened to the size of dinner plates and the color of their skins were as pale as a ghost.

"That's right. Both your territories will be given to me after the wedding. But I am fair and reasonable, so I will forget about taking your territories if both Peerages gives me a sincere and meaningful apology for all you've done to me during my time in both of your Peerage." I explained.

"APPLOGIZE?!?!?!? FOR WHAT?!?!?!? WE HAVE NOTHING TO APOLOGIZE FOR!!!!!! YOU LEFT US TO JOIN WITH OUR ENEMY!!!!" Rias exclaims in anger as Sona nods in agreement. "Indeed, we thought you were better then this, but now we see you're now a traitor to our families." Sona says.

"Yeah! If anyone here should apologize, it should be you, your useless ex-pawn!" Issei exclaims as Saji agrees. "Issei's right! You've been nothing but a disappointment to both the Gremory and Sitri clans! You should be begging for forgiveness from Goddess Rias and Goddess Sona, on your knees like a proper peasant!" Saji exclaims.

Grayfia and Serafall were about to blast these two when I stopped them. "It's okay. I knew they would do things the hard way. So, looks like it's a Rating Game it is." I said as Riser agrees with me. "Yes, I figured as much so." He says as he takes a look at the Peerage Members of Rias and Sona.

"Eh, these Peerages aren't that bad, but not good either." Riser says as he snaps his fingers, summoning both mine and his Peerage to the ORC. Rias and Sona focus were mainly on my Peerage as they appeared to be intrigued by them. Though I noticed some of them where glaring at Raynare, Kalawarner and Mittlet.

Issei and Saji? Being dumbasses, they were too busy staring at the girls and their body parts.

"Hey ladies, why don't you leave that douche and that traitorous pawn & join us? We're the Wielders of Ddraig and Vritra, after all. Besides, we can last in bed for hours." Issei brags as Saji joins in on the bragging. "Yeah! We can show you all a great time with our harems. More so than with that jerk and weakling!" Saji brags.

Me and Riser were on our last nerve. It was pretty much written on our faces.

Grayfia and Serafall saw this as they intervene. "Okay you two, that's enough!" Serafall exclaimed in anger as Grayfia calms her down. "Serafall, calm down. Let me handle this." She says as Serafall complies and calms down as she lets Grayfia talk.

"Since Riser Phenex and Oscar Storm have agreed to the Rating Game, what do you say? Lady Rias? Lady Sona?" Grayfia asks as Rias and Sona nod their heads. "Certainly. If it means we get out of this stupid marriage and to be with our beloved Issei & Saji, then we accept." Rias says. "Plus, we can punish our former for being naughty and joining with our enemy." Sona adds on.

I swear, I could hear Akeno going all 'Ara Ara' at that. Really glad I ditched these two Peerages when I got the chance. It would also seem they're completely in the dark or ignorant of what's currently around them.

'Cause my Peerage looks like they're about to commit a massacre. "Okay then, guess we're done here. Time for us to go. Need to train." I said.

"Good idea. The Rating Game will be within a week, so training is the best idea." Riser says as he opened up a portal back to the Phenex Mansion. We entered through the portal, but I purposely entered last as I turned around and gave them one last smirk. "Also, you have until after the Wedding to apologize. Just to let you know all know." He says as backwards walk into the portal.

(Here's chapter 5 done. I was going to add a part where Rias and Sona were gonna feel guilty and all that, but I realized that it's too soon and might not enjoy such a part so soon. Then again, maybe I'm wrong, so who knows? Anyways, next chapter will show Oscar how to make the other boys in his Peerage happy.)
