Dia lived a very long time ago in Ancient Greece. She spent her life performing and helping bring inspiration for others. There was a tragic accident though. She was traveling in a carriage with one other person. She had fallen asleep in the back of the carriage and the person driving the carriage also fell asleep. The carriage went off into a river and she drowned along with her companion. Because of how she lived her life and tried to bring enjoyment and pleasure to the people around her, the gods blessed the statue that was built for her in honor of her and memory of her, she might be able to live once again.

You learned of the myth of the young maiden and her statue placed in Greece that became a popular spot for photo opportunities. It became popular for the myth behind the statue. The myth says that the statue will come to life once her soulmate holds her outstretched and open hand. People go there to hold her hand and take pictures with her. Of course nothing has ever happened.

You're going on a big trip with your school to Greece and you're so excited to go explore the city and learn more about the history. And it'll give you the opportunity to see the statue in person and take a selfie by it.

So the day came that you were in Greece and walking around with your class. You guys were exploring Greece and finally came upon the statue. Everyone gathered around and took their pictures with the statue before moving on.

After everyone had walked away, you made you way over to the statue to take a selfie with her. You gently grasped her hand and as you clicked the picture, you barely had anytime to react as this woman was suddenly falling into your arms. She looked dazed and confused, her body barely covered by a silk white sheet. The pedestal the statue had been on just moments before was now empty.
