The next morning, Liam woke up feeling sore but rested. He looked around the room, and everyone else was waking up as well. Only Jrasta was not there.

"Probably harassing our unwilling host," Liam thought to himself. He wasn't sure what to do about it all. He thought maybe he should speak up in Harv's defense, but he knew he'd have no success convincing Jrasta anything was wrong. He realized the only help he could be was to try to hurry the group out the door to give Harv, or whatever his name was, back his home.

They climbed downstairs, and Ezra went to work on breakfast as it was his turn to make a meal. He went to the pantry only to return complaining that what he could find was the last of the food in the house.

After breakfast, they all cleaned up and went outside. The sun was shining, the birds were chirping, but there was no sign of Jrasta. Harv was missing as well. They didn't want to waste valuable traveling time, but they were left with no choice but to wait and see what might happen.

After about an hour, Harv returned to the house, wearing a really big smile and whistling to himself. He had Jrasta's sword and knife in his hands.

"Here, I suppose these belong to you now," Harv said as he handed the weapons to Liam.

"What? Where's Jrasta? What did you do with him?" Liam asked the man.

Harv looked at Liam, chuckled to himself and said, "I handed him over to the Lizard Men. He keeps coming for visits, barging into my house, eating all my food and kicking me out of my bed. It was time I gave back to him. I described him to the Lizard Men last night, and it turns out they've been looking for him for years. We went for a walk early this morning over to the Lizard Men and, well, here we are! I could go for some breakfast!"

Liam was shocked and didn't know what to say. Ezra, fortunately, was never short on words: "You're too late, Harv! We finished up all the food in the house. No more breakfast!"

"Well, isn't that a rotten end to a very happy experience," Harv exclaimed.
