The door had opened and sure enough, Claude was behind it.

'What do you want?'he moaned, rubbing his eyes.

I looked at him. He was in his boxers. That's it. No shirt, no nothing. Just a pair of gray boxers.

I reddened.

'What do you want?' He said again, a little louder.

'It-it was a dare,' I stammered silently.

'What?' He replied, cupping a ear with his hand. He probably didn't hear me.

I shouted it, this time, into his ear.

He stepped back a bit, covering it.

'A dare? From who?'

There was loud sniggering coming for my door, which was a few inches open.

I rolled my eyes.

I started walking back to my apartment.

I went inside and slammed the door behind me.

'Are you satisfied?!' I yelled at them both.

'Very!' Connie replied, smiling.

'You should have seen your face,' Ayesha commented.

'You were so staring at him!' Connie added, trying to immitate how I looked like.

I shoved her. 'Let's go sleep now. Its really late, besides we have school tomorrow.'

Heading to my bedroom, I retrieved lots of pillows, cushions and blankets. I found a large duvet in one of my cuboards and returned to the living room.

I fashioned three makeshift beds out of the duvet and cushions, the remaining blankets we would sleep with.

'I guess we'll have to make due with this tonight.' I yawned.

We all got into our own little 'bed', still chattering in the dark.

It was hard to sleep with your friends were gossiping loudly in the background.

Finally, near about one, they started to drift off into sleep.

My eyelids, too, were getting heavier until I finally found myself asleep.
