Captain Barnacles was walking around the Octopod silently.

It's in the middle of the night, and he didn't want to wake anyone up by accident.

As the polar bear continues to walk around, he heard a strange noise. It was far away, but close enough to hear it. The polar bear blinks before rubbing his eyes and follows the noise. 'What could it be?' the polar bear thought to himself as he follows the noise, which whatever is making that sound doesn't seem to stop for a second.

The noise is a weird one too, it sounds like someone is loudly whispering.

The Captain blinks for a moment before realizing that the noise is coming from outside.

The Captain also realized that he is in his nighttime uniform.
But he can care less.

After a bit of trying to not wake Tweak up, he managed to get to the gup A to drive after the noise, that the others seems to not hear.

He thought a bit. 'Am I just hearing things? The others are still asleep, maybe I should go back?' the Captain thought before the noise seems to get louder, he's at the coral reef now.
Whatever is making that noise, is now under the gup A.

The Captain got out of the gup A with his helmet and oxygen tank on, swimming under the floating gup.

The Captain got on the ground of the coral reef and walked over to the source of the noise.

It...It's a knife?

A knife decorated with gems?
It's glowing as well.
The Captain is confused, of course.

'wait...Is the gems changing colours?' the Captain thought to himself. And it's true.
Only the handle and the blade isn't changing colours.

The Captain stare at the knife with confusion before the whispering seems to have stopped.
The Captain grabbed the knife and hold it up, analyzing it.

Suddenly, something shock him.

Blood starts pouring from his pew, nose and mouth.

"A-agh...!" The Captain tried to losen his grip on the knife, only to fail.

The Captain starts coughing, blood splatting on to the helmet.

The Captain falls onto the ground and starts coughing again, more blood coming out.

"Aghh!" The Captain cries out in pain.

The Gup A suddenly swim up and an Octoalert is sounded. A yellow glow could be seen around the Gup.

"H-huh?...a-agh..." The Captain's vision starts to blur and suddenly passed out.

The knife have turned into a clock watch, with the gems that is on the knife attach onto it.

The Captain isn't waking up.
