The government is a authoritarian regime ran by a council. The council is made up of 12 members. 3 of these members represent the rejected population. The council rule every aspect of your life with some freedom afforded to the accepted people. Representatives are decided via popular vote but rejects canidates are restricted to the three spots. They can not be voted to replace an accepted council member. All legal matters are brought to the council for a ruling.

This is the longest running member of the council. She is renowned for her intellegence and cool head in daunting times. She is one of the most vocal public officals. She is Eliza Forge. She has the heart of the people on her side making her a very powerful member of the council.

Blaire Brent is a newer member of the council and is mostly an unknown. Her views have yet to be determined but she won over the people with actively holding meeting with the public to hear what they want. She is very hard to read.

Slyvia Milbourne was the first reject in the council and she paved the way to have the 3 seats. She is still currently in office. She often fights for the rights of the rejected but many see her as going to slow. She is smart and calculating however. She knows things are not achieved overnight.
