Nurses and Doctors passed or entered the rooms of their patients. A doctor finished talking to one of the doctors and walk toward the elevator. He pressed the up button and a ding was heard. The elevator doors open nurses, doctors, and some visitors walked out. He entered the empty elevator and pressed a number. He removed his mask to breathe before putting it back on. The elevator starting moving up. He took out his phone and waited to get to his destination.

The elevator opened once it reached to its pause. He pressed the #8 button before getting out quickly. The elevator doors shut and started going down. The doctor walk straight down the empty hallway and made a right turn. He entered the first room and shut it quietly. He took off his coat and sat it down. The lights are low, the machine is beeping, IV tubes sticking on his patient vein and hanging from the IV pole. The doctor sat down near his patient.

He grabbed his patient hand and sighed. "Almost 5 years and still haven't made a movement." said the Doctor as he squeezed his hand. "You got to wake up soon Archer." said the Doctor as he got up from his seat, letting go of Archer's hand. He lift up Archer's hospital gown. He removed the bandage around his wound, revealing that his wounds are now completely healed. He remember how he forced himself to remove the bullets from his chest, just to save him.

He threw away the bandage and cover him with his gown. For almost 5 years he never knew how close he is with this teenager. He didn't even know why he cared about him in the first place. Was it because he reminded himself when he was a teenager? Was it because he felt pity? Or is it because he's been in the same situation he was before..? Why was it? We'll probably never know why.
