Tony and I flew behind the Quinjet, keeping it secure just in case if any other things came in out of now here.

The wind was cold since it was night and I could see the orange color on my right. Meaning the sun was just coming out. We've been out for more than an hour but in a few minutes we would reach.

"Hey, Tony?" I turned my head and looked at him. A small smirk grew on my mouth.

"What is it?" He looked at me, guessing from my face I had a small idea.

"How about a race to the Hellicarrier?" I asked and looked ahead, already spotting the big carrier in the distance.

"Race? Haven't had one in a while." He replied and looked ahead. Without warning, he sped off and whizzed past me.

"Hey! That's cheating!" I yelled and began to flap my wings, allowing me to go faster. A comfortable feeling grew on my spine and down to my tail. And that gave me enough energy to reach to a super sonic speed, leaving the sound barrier behind me.

Flapping my wings that now made me go faster, passing the Quinjet in a flash.

I wasn't able to reach Tony since he was on the same exact speed. So I stayed only a few meters from him. I noticed him slow down and so did I, seeing that we reached the Hellicarrier. We both landed, Tony landing first then me after less than a second.

I looked back to see the Quinjet still in the far distance. Now I had a chance to observe my surroundings. We were in the Tarmac, having a good view on the clouds and sea from our spots.

"C'mon." Tony said in his robotic voice through his suit, beginning to walk to the door that was nearest to us.

"Keep walking straight. I'll be in there in a few." Tony spoke and then turned and walked through a door. I looked ahead and continued to walk.

I stepped in and walked down a long, narrow hallway. It had its turns every now and then. Finally, I entered a room which was wide and many people were jumping from one place to another.

My guess is that these are agents. I nodded to myself in confirmation. A feminine voice then caught my attention.

"Ms. Nera. Glad you joined us." I whipped my head around to see a tall woman with black hair and dark eyes. She had a small grin on her face.

"Thank you. And you are?" I asked back in respect.

"Agent Maria Hill." She answered with a nod. I smiled and walked ahead.

I felt it awkward because honestly, it's been years since I talked with someone other than Pepper, Tony and JARVIS (Yes. I talk to an AI system).

Just as I was about to speak,  four figures stepped in. I looked back to see the red - headed Black Widow, Thor as I assume, Captain America and then lastly, the well known Bruce Banner or the Hulk. We all greeted silently as Natasha sat down at the end of the table that I noticed which was behind me, Bruce standing on the side of the table, Captain sitting on the chair and looking around the ship. I can feel how he's feeling. This must all be new to him. He slept for 70 years and thought the war ended but woke up to see a new war coming. And lastly, Thor stood behind him, deep in thought.

Sighing, I walked up to the small staircase and leaned on the small rail. Maria went around to look at what the other agents were doing and ordering them. Later in that moment, a conversation caught my ears. I stood quietly and listened.

"This is an impressive cage," the villainous god said as I heard through the speakers. I turned around to see Romanoff, Captain, and Banner looking at the table. There seemed to be light illuminating from the table so I went and checked it. There was a small screen. I smiled lightly but then replaced it with a hard stare. "not built, I think, for me."

"It's built for somethings 'lot stronger than you," Fury's voice sounded as the camera only pointed at Loki within his cage.

"Oh I've heard," Loki's light green eyes drifted to the camera behind him. "the mindless beast and the devious creature. Both make plays for the man," My yellow eyes drifted up to meet Banners brown ones. He looked uneasy at the madman continued to talk.

"How desperate are you? To call on such lost creatures to defend you?" Loki continued. A deep frowned contorted my face, making me scowl.

"How desperate am I?" Fury asked, now seeing him through the camera as Loki turned around to look at him. Nick stepped infront and frowned. "You threatened my world with war, you steal a force that you hope to control, you talk about peace and you kill 'cause it's fun. You have made me very desperate. You might not be glad that you did," He explained threateningly.

"Ooh! It burns you to have come so close. To have the Tesseract, to have the power. Unlimited power," Loki started. "and for what?" He then looked up at the camera again. "And a warm light for all mankind to share. And then to be reminded of what real power is." The God then looked back at Fury and narrowed his eyes.

At first Nick just stood there, glaring dagger at the god but then a small second smile stretched across his lips. "Oh yeah? Well tell me if Real Power wants a magazine or somethin'." And with that, he walks out of the cage room while Loki takes a last look at the camera and the screen disappears.

I let out a breath that I just realized I was holding and looked up at the others. "He really grows on you, doesn't he?" Banner stated. I sighed and sat in my spot, curling my tail around my claws.

"Loki-"

"Loki's gonna drag this out." Steve cuts me off. I looked at him with a small glare. Something about him made me not like him much. But for now, I'll have to see what happens in the future. "So," He then looked up at God of Thunder who was thinking again. "Thor, what's his play?" The Captain asked.

"He has an army called The Chatauri," His booming voice sounded. "Not of Asgard and not any world known." He explained and turned around, staring and studying me for a few moments. I raised a brow but looked at everyone else. "He means to lead them against your people. They will win him the Earth."

Frowning, I looked down at my claws and looked up at Thor as he spoke again. "And then return, I suspect, the Tesseract." I then noticed Maria walk up and stand next to Thor, listening to our talk.

"An army. From outer space." Steve then glanced at us. His face showed a clear face that he was done.

"So he's building another portal?" The doctor spoke up after his silence. "That's why he needs Eric Selvig for." He said as he took off his glasses.

"Selvig?" Thor asked as he raised a brow at Bruce.

"He's an astrophysicist." Bruce explained but then Thor interjected. "He's an friend." I looked up at Thor and I raised a brow.  "So you know him?"

Thor only turned to me and nodded.

"Loki seemed to have him under some kind of spell. Along side of ours." Natasha spoke up with a sigh.

"I wanna know why Loki let us take him," Steve stated. "He isn't leading an army clearly."

"I don't think we should be focusing on Loki. That guys brain is a bag full if cats." Bruce instructed and I let out a soft chuckle. "I can smell crazy on him."

"Me too." I said and everyone glanced at me with a confused expression. Maria crossed her arms and showed a small smile.

"Have care about how you speak!" Thor said at Bruce. "Loki's beyond reason but he is still of Asgard. And he's my brother."

I looked up at Thor in pity. It shows clearly that he loves his brother yet Loki doesn't see it. Sighing, I remembered something I read a while ago. "He killed 80 people,"

"In 2 days." Natasha continued for me.

"He's adopted." Thor stated.
