Tony packed up the computer and went to his lab. I followed him. Pepper said something about 'Avengers'. I stared at the ground in confusion but then relaxed. I stopped and Tony already in his lab. I trotted to his lab and down the steps.

"We need you in. Tomorrow after noon." A familiar voice spoke. I immediately knew it was Agent Coulson. I heard Tony sigh and that's when I stepped in.

"So what is the Avengers?" That seemed to startle Tony because he jumped from his spot with his eyes widened, and then he turned to face me after placing the phone on the working desk. I held in a giggle by replacing a smirk.

"Something important," He looked like he was lost in his thoughts for a moment then looked at me. "It actually concerns us both." He then just shrugged.

"How?" I asked and tilted my head to the side. I stood infront of Tony, my eyes nearly reaching his.

He turned around and went to work on his suit. "Well.... They assign the world's mightiest superheroes in the world to gather them. That's all I know."

I watched him working on his new suit. It had a nice shape. It was red like the others but a hint of orange - yellowish color, but not gold. "And you're in it." That caught me for a moment.

"What?" I looked up at him. I'm not sure if he said the sentence right because I have done NOTHING outside in the world but fly in the nights.

"You're in it too. You're in the Avengers Initiative."

"How come? I barely even go outside! I either stay in this tower or fly at night where I'm not even noticed!" I exclaimed.

He looked over his soldier with a smirk. "And we're gonna need that." He replied then continued on adding new weapons on his Mark IV.

I stared at him, utterly confused. "I barely even meet people outside." I said in a low voice but he seemed to hear it.

"Believe me. You'll be meeting alot of people. Some you'll hate and some you'll like." He replied, still working on his suit and not bothering to look back. I snorted and turned around to go up to the living room. I had a good five-step distance when his voice spoke.

"Can you give me that crowbar?" Tony pointed his hand to the metal table which had a hundred tools placed on it. I found it with ease and trotted to it.

"Why a crowb-"

"Just give it!" He exclaimed and turned to be.

I shook my head and handed it to him with my red scaled tail.

"What time are we leaving tomorrow?"

"Night. Most probably at 8. The headquarters is only about 1 hour away." Tony shrugged. We were now sitting on his couch.

"So are we just going to sit here?" I asked and looked up at him.

"Until my suit is done from the inside. JARVIS will be done with it soon. And after that, we'll be out." He had his left hand on my neck. He said he liked the feeling of my scales although they seemed rough.

I nodded and looked outside. Meeting new people isn't my favorite thing. But Stark seemed to trust me and I'll go with that. I placed my head on his lower thigh and closed my blue eyes. I needed a nap until we head out and soon I began to drift into a soundless sleep.

Hey Crystals!
I'm so sorry if I haven't updated for a while... I kinda saw that no one really liked my story and I left it for a while. And in that absence, I have gained some ideas for this.

Oh and can you guys please go over chapter 1 and 2 since I changed a few things.

Oh and that dragon picture is just an example of Nera's body.
