They made it and headed for the room where the council resided.

"Let me go in and let them know you're here. I'll let you know when you can come in,"  Jayce told them.

They nodded and Jayce went in. Jamie felt the nerves return when she felt Viktor put an arm around her.

"You don't need to be nervous. You will be rewarded for what you've done," he assured.

"I know, but the only reward I really wanted was for you to be okay. Now that that's happened, nothing will compare to that," she said.

Viktor smiled and hugged her, which she returned, and kissed the top of her head.

At the same time, Vi and Caitlyn were leaning against the wall.

"That must've been scary when Jamie showed you her scar," Caitlyn commented.

"Yeah. I gave her a hard time and I didn't even know what she was going through," Vi said.

"You know now and that should be all that matters. You're with your sisters again and everything will be okay," Caitlyn assured.

Vi smiled and responded while taking her hand, "Thanks, Cupcake."

She leaned her head on Caitlyn's shoulder and Caitlyn leaned her head on Vi's. Powder looked between the four of them before shrugging.

"Guess I'm the fifth wheel in these relationships," she commented, making them laugh.

"You can come in now," Jayce called.

They all headed in, the couples hand in hand. They then stood in the middle of the table with each of the eight counselors.

"So as I've said, Jamie has perfected the medicine that healed both her and Viktor to where they stand before you today," Jayce said.

"I see. And you have looked into this for a long time, Jamie?" Heimerdinger asked.

"Yes, sir," Jamie nodded.

"And why did you need it?" Mel asked.

"Ten years ago, there was an attack on the bridge to where many people of the Undercity died...at the hands of enforcers. My sisters, Vi and Powder, and I lost our parents and we were separated. I was injured and when I couldn't find them, I went to the only person I trusted in Piltover at the time: Viktor. He helped me heal and gave me a home. But a year ago, my injury was infected with no reason why and I decided I would be the test subject for when the medicine was finished," Jamie explained, holding up the vial.

"And it was a success as you can see," Viktor concluded.

"And can it work with any injury or ailment?" Bolbok, the only robot counselor, asked.

"Yes. Since Viktor and I had completely different ailments to be treated, we were given the same thing and it worked," Jamie answered.

"Interesting. I believe it is worth looking into," Cassandra, Caitlyn's mom, said.

"And any action for someone in need is worth rewarding," Mel stated.

"I agree and I know just the thing," Jayce replied.

"And what do you suggest?" Salo, the blond counselor, asked.

"Jamie has done a lot for our city, even when not being here. Since she is of the Undercity, we should make her their ambassador and in charge of any shipment for the medicine," Jayce proposed.

Jamie was shocked to hear this. She turned to the others, who were smiling proudly at her.

"I agree. She has been quite an asset to Hex Tech and Piltover. I second the motion," Heimerdinger stated.

Then Jamie thought that since she didn't do this alone, she shouldn't be the only one rewarded.

"Well, I thank you for this. But I will accept on three conditions," Jamie started.

Everyone was a little confused as to what these conditions would be.

"And what would those be?" Cassandra wondered.

"The first being that since it will be a part of Hex Tech, we divide the shipments between Piltover and the Undercity. There are people down there in need of help and this can provide them a fresh start. The second being that since she also helped, Caitlyn should be promoted to sheriff. She's the reason I believe that not all enforcers are bad and with her in charge, I will start trusting them more. And the last being that my sisters and I share the position of ambassadors to the Undercity. They helped me get the medicine and they know the Undercity like the back of their hands. They can help with the shipments to us and send their half of the perfected medicine back to them to deliver. That is all I request," Jamie explained.

Caitlyn, Vi, and Powder were shocked to hear them being brought in to the deal. The counselors looked among each other before Mel raised her hand, a light shining down on her.

"While I am not familiar with her family, I trust Jamie's judgement and agree to all the conditions she requested," Mel said.

One by one, the other counselors voted yes to what Jamie requested. In response, she and Viktor hugged and Vi, Powder, and Caitlyn joined in. There was hope for the Undercity and Piltover alike.
