It was now the next day and Elena had already dropped Jenna off at the nursery earlier in the morning. It was currently her lunch period and Elena had decided this would be the best time to tell Bonnie about Jenna's true parentage. Caroline planned to be there and tell Bonnie about her miracle pregnancy. Elena and Caroline planned to support each other just in case Bonnie didn't end up reacting well to the news. Which, with Mikaelsons involved, was a high probability.

They had asked Bonnie to come join them in their dorm for lunch, as they didn't want to do this in public. Especially if Bonnie's reaction was uncertain.

Elena and Caroline were on their respective beds with their lunches when Bonnie walked in and joined Caroline on her bed, "So why did you guys want to eat lunch in here?" Bonnie asked. "We usually eat in the cafeteria."

"Well, we wanted to be somewhere more private than the cafeteria." Caroline told Bonnie.

"Why?" Bonnie asked.

Elena took a deep breath and said, "Because we both have something we need to tell you, Bonnie." Bonnie looked between the two, confused. "Just promise you'll tell no one."

Bonnie was very much confused but since they were her best friends, "I promise." She said, smiling at the two.

"Should I go first or you Caroline?" Elena asked, looking over at Caroline. Caroline looked back over at Elena, which implied she wanted Elena to go first. "Okay then, I guess I'll be first."

Elena patted down on the spot next to her, "Come sit with me Bonnie. I want to be face to face when I tell you." Bonnie got up off Caroline's bed and walked over and plopped down on Elena's.

"What is this about?" Bonnie asked. "You two a being secretive and I don't like it."

"That exactly why we're here Bonnie." Elena explained. "To tell you the truth. Take my hands Bonnie, please." Hesitantly, Bonnie placed her hands in Elena's.

"This is gonna be a little hard, but I gotta get it out of my system." Elena muttered, taking another deep breath. "You know how I told you Jenna's father is Damon."

"Yes." Bonnie said. "Even though she looks completely like you, no Damon in her whatsoever."

"That would be right Bonnie." elena said. "Because Damon isn't actually her father."

"Excuse me?" Bonnie exclaimed. Elena tightened her grip on Bonnie's hands.

Elena then decided to blurt it out and get it over with, "Her true father is Elijah Mikaelson!" After that, Elena felt a weight lifted off her shoulders.

Bonnie sat there in silence and shock. Elena slept with Elijah Mikaelson? What the actual fuck?! She took a moment to breathe before speaking, "You slept with Elijah?!"

"Ultimately, why is everyone shocked?" Elena stated. " We were definitely a little too close when I was human. He understood me. But that's besides the point, it happened when my humanity was off Bonnie."

"So essentially it a was a pure lust jump at Elijah?" Bonnie asked. Elena nodded in response.

"It's not like he knows about her anyways, I haven't seen him since we slept together."

"Still Elena. It's the Mikaelsons! What where you thinking?" Bonnie exclaimed.

"That's the thing Bonnie." Elena admitted. "Technically I wasn't thinking at all when it happened, it just happened."

Bonnie sighed and then looked at Elena, "We'll be having a in depth talk later."

Elena nodded, "Noted." Elena knew Bonnie meant well, so she took no offense to it.

Elena looked back over at Caroline, "Now it's your turn Care."

Caroline smiled and came over and squeezed between Bonnie and Elena, taking Bonnie's recently released hands in her own. "I beg that you don't yell Bonnie. Please."

"What could get a worse reaction out of me than Elena and Elijah sleeping together?" Bonnie asked. She felt like not many things could top that in her opinion.

"Umm...." Caroline took a few deep breaths, needing to instill confidence in herself to do this. "Bonnie, I really don't know any other way to tell you this, but I'm pregnant."

Bonnie mouth was agape, "How the fuck?! I don't remember giving you any fertility potions or any fertility spells. So how?"

"You're right. No fertility spells or potions were involved in this." Caroline told her. "That's what makes it make no sense. It should be impossible. But that's not the only thing Bonnie."

"What more is there? Being pregnant is a big thing in itself. Seeing as you're currently a vampire." Bonnie pointed out.

"It's about the father of the baby." Caroline stated. "Klaus is the father, Bonnie. I slept with Klaus. And now I'm pregnant." Caroline admitted.

After that, silence fell upon the room. Caroline dropped one of Bonnie's hands and Elena gripped Caroline's now free hand. Squeezing to show Caroline that she's here for her, despite what Bonnie's reaction may be.

"You.. slept with Klaus?!" Bonnie asked. She wasn't the happiest right now. But she also didn't want to yell at her now pregnant best friend. "And no you're carrying his child?"

Caroline swallowed her nerves and nodded. Bonnie got up and paced around the room. Hoping it'd help calm her down a little. Klaus ruined multiple of their lives and now Caroline is carrying her kid. But Caroline is also one of her best friends, ever since they were little girls.

"I'm not happy with you right now Caroline." Bonnie admitted. "But you're my best friend, so I'll support you." Caroline smiled at that.

"But please, next time you two really need to make better choices." Bonnie stated. Elena and Caroline got up of the bed and Bonnie engulfed them in a hug. "Just so you know, I'm having in depth talks with both of you two later."

That made Caroline and Elena light-heartedly laugh as Bonnie hugged them tighter.
