"you've been caught red handed, for smuggling" nova drew his katana and pointed it at the smugglers " the goods will be confiscated, and you'll be taken into custody" but nova didn't relise on of the smugglers holding a dynamite in his hand, till he lite it then threw it at him

By the harbor

Serena liberta and Dante were by the docks moving some supplies, just then they heard an explosion

'' what was that?'' Liberta asked'' looks like an explosion" Dante answered, they looked over towards were we saw smoke, Serena jumped down" what are we waiting for?"she said before running towards the action" hey wait up!" Liberta smirked running after her "wait!" Dante yelled at the two, but they were all ready gone, when they arrived, they saw nova, sword fighting against a group of smugglers " please just wait here princess, allow me" liberta says, of course she listened, but as soon as they start to struggle then she would join in " I'm gonna lend a hand!" He yelled to nova, catching his attention, " there's no need for that!" He yelled, knocking his attacker back, liberta knocked his attackers sword out his hand, tripping him, then stomped on his back " you should learn to except the generosity of others you know!"

"what your offering is an unwelcome favor!" both boys ran at each other, backs against one another " beggars can't be choosers" liberta stated " yeah? well i don't recall begging for anything" nova responded, suddenly a few smugglers were knocked down at the speed of light, liberta broke the silence in confusion " what the! what was-?!" the two boys heard a whistle, and turned to see Serena with her duel swords " what? you expected me to just sit and watch?" she smirked " p-princess!?" both boys exclaimed, suddenly a car started speeding towards them.

Serena back flipped out of the way, and the boys just moved aside " hold on!" liberta yelled, two guys entered the car, then sped away " stop it! he's getting away!" nova tried to run after to them, but liberta grabbed his wrist " if their in a car there's only certain routes they can take, we can catch up by using the back roads" nova gave his same unamused look" what!?"

" hurry up" he started running " i know already" liberta groaned, Serena face palmed, then followed both boys

Debito was sitting in the casino, working at the poker table when he heard " there's some trouble at the harbor" the two ladies in front of him spoke" trouble?"

meanwhile at the resturant, pace was waiting for, of course, his favourite dish " here you go" the waiter handed him a plate of lasagna " lasagna! ive been waiting for you!" he stared lovingly at his food " thank you for the meal!" as soon as the car sped by, he knew there was trouble, the sounds fade and pace looked at his lasagna all sad, trying to fight between two options

somewhere on the streets

"milady" luca said, filicita turned and glared at him, along with her bodyguards " what is it now, luca" she said darkly, sending shivers up the boys spine " t-the party tonight is a very special one, we should meet up with lady Serena and start heading back to the mansion" luca insisted

" there will be plenty of time, after we finish our patrol" she continued walking, with the body guards following " yes but...you and Serena will need time to change"

suddenly the conversation was interrupted by the car, speeding down the road " ha! found you!" felicita looked up at the roof and saw liberta, jump down and onto the car " liberta?" nova and Serena emerged from around the corner " that stupid idiot! hes too reckless"

"nova, serena"Felicita called, both turned and saw her " Felicita" they say

on the car, liberta looked up at All three smugglers aiming their guns at him " don't move liberta" he heard a familiar voice, he turned back "debito" he exclaimed, debito pulled out his twin pistols and fired them, at the car, causing it to lose control and send the other  two flying, the driver smirked as he turned the wheel, trying to shake of liberta " jump liberta!" both turned and saw Dante, holding a bazooka, aiming it right at the car " are you serious!?!" liberta shouted as he fired, the driver jumped out and liberta leeped into the air " thats dangerous Dante!" He yelled " no need to worry" suddenly, someone caught him, he looked and saw pace " you see" he says, smiling " pace" says surprised, a scream broke the conversation, they turned and of saw the driver pushing past the crowd " move!" He stopped in his tracks when he saw Luca, holding a knife with a smirk on his face, which changed to a more serious face,  the guy looked around, then saw Felicita and the group bodyguards, He then started running towards them, one of felicita's guards was about to pull something out of his side coat, but Felicita stopped him, she then reached for her blades, she was about to throw them at the attacker, but Serena stood in front her only holding one sword, then she sliced him three times, but only splitting his clothes into pieces " I-I surrender" he said before falling to the floor, Serena put her sword back into its holder, the battle was over and the crowd burst into cheering

" and that takes care of that" Dante said, walking next to felicita " Dante, what are we going to do, about the car?" she referred to the flaming vehicle, still in flames, people running towards it with buckets of water, nova facepalmed letting out a sigh, pace and Liberta walked over" I was about to die! your actions are getting a little bold you know" Liberta scolded, Dante smirked, rubbing the top of his head " well I am bald after all" he then started laughing " just kidding!" everyone was looking at him with unamused faces " well, lets go" Liberta clapped, the group the started walking away

" wow, that was intense" a traveller said standing next to his buddy " yeah, who were those people" his friend asked " is this your first time here boys?" the woman next to them asked " huh?" they said in confusion " I'm curious if its the first time you been to the trade island of regalo" she said "y-yes" they answered " then let me tell, you, clean out your ears and listen well" she looked over at the group leaving"  they are the vigilante organisation that protect regalo island, the arcana Famiglia"

the night came and felicita and Serena were with the maids" milady, lady Serena  you cant be serious" one of the maid say astonished, each maid held a dress in their hands" oh please, you mustn't" the second on begged " this isn't an ordinary party" the third one stated

from outside, Luca knocked on the door, waiting for both girls " milady, lady Serena, well everyone is waiting for you two" the door opened, as soon as he saw them, his face became shocked as both girls stepped out in their uniforms " milady! lady Serena!"

" what's wrong Luca?" felicita asked " your both not attending the party dressed like that are you!?" he asked panicked " um, yeah" Serena answered, he let out a short shriek " but you both simply mustn't! today is-" " is papa's birthday right?" felicita cut him of " lets go Fukalota" she called to her pet owl, it flew and landed right on her shoulder " come on moon" Serena called her pet wolf, both started ran down the hall, Serena's wolf next to her side, Luca let out a sigh of defeat " milady used to be so obedient, she's even rubbing off on lady Serena" he sulked " maybe its because of the way you raised her" the maid referred to felicita" huh?" he looked at her in confusion " indeed, you were milady's attendant when she was little" the second maid responded " huh?"

" this is all your fault Luca!" the third maid said "huh!?" " come on Luca!" felicita called " we're gonna be late!" Serena said " right away milady's" he ran to catch up to the two, the three maids let out a sigh, at the party, debito was leaning against the wall, not interested by pace's eating habit, he then saw something which caught pace's attention " whats wrong?" he followed his gaze and saw both girls, with a sulking Luca behind them, still wearing their uniforms " what are you two wearing, bambina, bella?"

" yeah I mean, we were kinda, sorta looking forward to seeing you both in a dress you know?" both girls tilted their heads in confusion " what's wrong with what we're wearing?" felicita asked

" Luca! do your job as their attendant!" debito yelled " yeah luca its bad enough we're surrounded by guys!" pace joined in " but I wanted!....I wanted them both to wear a dress so badly!" he cried, then nova walked over to them " if something were to happen, its better for them both to wear something that's less restrictive than a dress" he stated "hmmm, you've got a point my friend" debito walked over to nova " its easy to admire, bambina and Bella's long, beautiful legs with what they've got on now" he put an arm around nova's shoulder " so do you have a leg fetish shorty?" he asked in a curious tone " we may agree on something after all" moon let out a growl at debito, he just glared back" I'm really starting to get annoyed at this mutt" Serena stared at him with an unamused face " don't be stupid" nova pushed his arm of,

then petting moon, moon then went over to Fukalota and laid down, nova then noticed felicita looking at him differently, her arcana powers activated and she saw herself in a kimono, that's what was in nova's heart, she looked away, nova looked at her in confusion " huh? how come  your not wearing a dress you two?" they saw Liberta jogging over, her powers kicked in again and saw both her and Serena, barley wearing the dresses they were holding, she turned away bright pink and angry, Serena noticed this

" is something wrong?" she asked, felicita whispered in her sisters ear " your kidding" she shook her head, Serena's face turned bright red, then looked away " what's wrong, princesses? your faces are red" felicita looked at Liberta with a glare, then roundhouse kicked him right in the stomach, falling on the floor, other members of the family were laughing, he groaned rubbing his stomach " ow! what the hell was that for princess, what did I do?" he looked up a felicita, holding her knifes giving him the death glare " w-what ever it is I'm sorry okay! Geez......" they heard someone walking towards them ,everyone turned and saw " jolly" Luca said as he walked right past him, cigar in hand" its because you were thinking bad things, and it was also about lady Serena " he smirked " what do you mean bad things!" Liberta glared at him " this shouldn't need explaining again, but we've all made a deal, a deal with tarocco to gain our arcana powers" he looked at Liberta

" for example, you Liberta, have the first card, ' il matto' the fool" . "r-right" jolly then turned to nova " and nova, you have the thirteenth card ' le Morte' death" jolly Explained " you know you don't need to explain things now" nova said, unimpressed  jolly then turned to Felicita " now milady made a deal with the sixth card, ' Gl amanti' the lovers" she nodded " and her power, I mean her arcana power, she can see deep into other peoples hearts"Liberta finally knew what jolly meant " then.."he looked at both girls, felicita looked away in angry, where as Serena looked away with a bright red face, Liberta slouched slightly " but, I just saw it by chance" Felicia says, still looking down " yes, arcana powers use emotions as their foundation" jolly moved closer to her "the reason you don't have controller your powers milady"he tilted her chin up " is because your still just a child" their lips were about touch, if it weren't for Luca, grabbing jolly's hand, looking at him with an angry face " please remove your hand from milady"he increased his grip, jolly smirked " very well then"jolly walked away, Luca then realised something

" if milady read liberta's heart...." Luca looked at liberta, very angry" does that mean!? you were think milady and lady Serena in unbecoming ways!?-"" what do you mean unbecoming ways!?" liberta cut him of "well, I mean like-" when Luca imagined what he thought, and his face became red, with a nosebleed, felicita kicked him the same as she did with liberta, he smacked into one of the pillars, both moon and fukalota looked with confused faces " my apologise milady's" he said, his hat, rolled on the ground " my condolences" debito said with a disappointed look on his face "hey!"pace caught everyones attention " dante's going to give his greeting"

"first, gentleman, I would like to thank everyone for showing up, despite your busy schedule, for our famiglia's papa, mondo" he annouced " we will start with a word from papa" he turned his head to the stairs as both papa and mama, walked down, other members started cheering

" gentlemen, thank you for gathering here today, I am celebrating your 59th birthday today, the reason I have got this far is because of all of you" papa and mama stopped by the stairs " our regalo island has over come many hardships, Raids from smugglers, occupations from foreign countries, lack of goods, oppression from a tyrant, epidemics, once you start counting, there's no end, but we are able to overcome all these adversity with our famiglia bond with also, our arcana powers, but now I've gotten to this age, I'm starting to think about retirement" everyone looked at papa in shock

"Papa...." both girls said in shock, papa continued his speech " therefore, I'm considering choosing someone to take my place as papa, in two months, we will be holding the arcana duello" everyone was officially in shock

Felicita:" duello?"

" it will be a fight for all one with arcana powers, to determine who has the strongest arcana powers, I, the 21st card, il mondo, will give the winner the spoil of victory, I will grant them a wish, and name them papa" papa finished, other members of the family cheered " one more thing, the winner will marry one of my daughters, Felicita or Serena" both girls gasped as did liberta, nova, Luca, debito and pace

liberta:" marry one of The princesses.."

Nova:" what are you thinking papa?"

Pace:" wait what? What does this mean?"

  Debito:"this is getting interesting" mondo noticed both his daughters walk up and stare at him " is something wrong girls? Do you have any concerns?" He asked " and what if... we don't want to get married" Felicita asked " you both chose your free will to join the arcana famiglia, this is the rule of the family, meaning you have to do exactly what I said, am I wrong" both just stared at him in disbelief " one of you will become the new mama and support the family"

" papa why are you doing this?" Nova asks, with liberta by his side " there is a reason, however, I need not explain myself" suddenly he caught to knives thrown at, he knew very well, that it was his daughters, both got in their fighting stance " if you don't want to follow orders, then challenge me here and win"

Luca:" papa" Luca exclaimed in shock

Pace:" that's in possible

Debito:" Both of you just shut up, this i wanna see" Debito said as papa dropped both the knifes, thrown at him, Both girls ran at him, using all their force into their kick, but papa, blocked both girls, they tried to push further, but his strength was much stronger " is that all your special kick have to offer girls" he smirked " we. will chose. our own path!" both girls swung a kick at their father, only to have him block every attack " you haven't the right to choose you own paths" papa said, grabbing both girls legs " at least in your present conditions" he them throwing them aside like rag dolls, everyone but mama gasped " milady's" Luca ran to both

" are you just going to sit there and glare, a little child can do that to" both grit their teeth at their papa's word " why not shed a tear or two, you maybe able to earn the pity of the men, who are going to participating in the arcane duello" liberta grit his teeth in angry " your robbing the princesses of their freedom" he caught papa's attention " how can you call yourself a father huh!?" he shouted " liberta, what do you think your doing" Dante warned, debito snorted with laughter " well done liberta 'the fool' your careless no regard outbursts are fantastic!" 

" debito! don't antagonize him!" Luca hissed " Liberta, are you saying that you cant follow orders either?" papa asked

" then why not defeat me, right here and now" Liberta tensed up " whats the matter, scared of making a fool of yourself, like felicita and Serena did" papa taunted, making Liberta angry

" you'd like that wouldn't you? but theres no guarantee that I'm going to make a fool of myself!" he charged at papa with his sword "Liberta!" both felicita, and Serena screamed in horror, but Liberta stopped and froze when he saw Nova standing in front of him, protecting papa " n-nova!?" he said in disbelief 

" stop right there, remember papa is still the father of this family, i wont condone any harm to our father, do you understand" he glared, pulling out his katana, pointing towards Liberta's direction "move!" he yelled stubbornly, both charged at each other, both girls shut their eyes, waiting for it to be over, but were stopped when pace, grabbed hold of Liberta, and nova tripping, dropping his katana, nova looked towards where he'd dropped his katana " debito" he mumbled, suddenly the katana lifted of the ground, debito's mark appeared on his ankle, 

"very perspective " he then turned visable " i made a contract with the 9th card, L' Eremita, the hermit" he finished " so i see your powers, are to make yourself invisable" nova said " let me go!" both turned to liberta yelling a pace " let me go! would you let me go you! you meat head!" but pace ignored his insult " i understand how you feel, but you shouldnt disobey papa,  Capiche?" his gripped tightened and activated his arcana powers

 nova:" pace has a deal with the 11th card, 'La Forza' strength, his strength is overwhelming, no one can oppose it

" Liberta finally stopped struggling, and hanged his head low " let me go" he groaned, pace looked at him puzzled " LET GO OF ME!" Liberta yelled, the mark on his head shined a bright, making pace losses his grasp " what the-" somebody quickly caught Liberta from his fall, he looked up ad saw  certain pink haired girl " s-erena, wait but weren't y-" she put a hand on his head " calm yourself" the mark on the back of her neck shined, Liberta felt himself calm down

jolly:" lady serena made a deal with the 2nd, ' La papessa' the priestess' which allows her to calm the mind of any negative emotions but she also made a deal with the 15th card ' Il Diavolo' the devil, which grants her amazing speed, no one can catch her" ( but apparently papa can XD)

" please don't, I don't want you to get hurt because of me" she had tears in her eyes" Serena..." papa then walked forward " how pitiful" liberty was about to protest but was scared when papa leaned forward with a terrifying look on his face

"if you want to be then who free's my daughters, then you better win the arcana duello, I told you, I will grant any wish for the winner" he then started walking away, Serena walked back to her sister " Felicia, Serena" both looked and saw their mama had stopped in her tracks " mama" they said " there is a way for you both to win as well, I only have one question, your both going to choose your own path right" she smiled, the proceeded to follow her husband

luca, debito and pace were all sitting in the living room, still thinking about papa's words " there's no way I'd get married" debito leaned in his chair " but I certainly wouldn't mind being bound with bambino or Bella" Luca slammed his hands on the table " debito how dare you!" he yelled " hmm yep" he turned pace "I'm sure everyday would be fun if one of the princesses were my wife, yes sir that would be one sweet life"

" pace you too!?"Luca darkly roared, he nodded " what are you going to do Luca, about the arcana duello?" he asked " I will cheer on milady and lady Serena and that is all!"

" however, papa said" Luca looked at debito " that everyone with arcana powers will be fighting in the duello"

"...." luca hesitated

" bambina and bella are heartless women, however that can be rather charming"

" mondo has thought up rather upsurge,dont you think?" Dante stared his glass " I'm getting all excited think about milady or lady Serena as my bride, its quite tittilating" Dante looked at him in surprise " jolly you..."

"come on, seriously? do you think could possibly lose? unfortunately thats not going to happen, if I take this seriously"

both princesses sat, still devastate, then liberta walked over " liberta? What are you doing here?" Serena asked " don't worry you two, I'm going to win this, and take the title of papa, then-" " then, me or Serena will be your bride?" Felicita guessed " n-no! No! That's not what I meant! Um...anyway ummm...what It means is...its means you'll both once again reclaim your freedom, right?" Both girls looked at him in surprise, then smiled and nodded " that's right.." they looked at him in confusion " if I win... then the of one of you might become my bride, err, but that's sort of weird to think about right" he smiled awkwardly " your oblivious" all three looked and saw nova " what do oblivious you chickpea!" Liberta shouted " don't all me a chickpea!" Nova growled " you at barely able to control your arcana powers, and yet your foolish enough to say you'll win the arcana duello, if that's not oblivious, then what is?" Liberta froze and touched his sword

" I made there decision, to live by this sword, so I have no need to use my arcana powers" Nova sighed " your truly oblivious"

"  but you can't use your arcana powers either, Am I right?" Nova stayed silent " in fact, I've never seen you use your arcana powers, ever" liberta stated" don't compare me with you!" Nova snapped, as soon as he realised what he did, he looked down" there's nothing to worry about Felicita" she looked u at him in confusion "if I were to win, ill not marry you, or you Serena, right or wrong, you both should have some say so, right" both girls looked at him surprised, then nodded " don't worry, it will be alright, that means if either of us win, then both of you get to be free" liberta said

" the likely hood of you winning is slim, in fact it's impossible" nova stated " the hell did you say, chickpea!?" Liberta exclaimed " the truth" nova stated, walking away " and don't call me chickpea"
